The smoke seen in the picture below is also what I see by looking out my apartment window. One of the ladies who smoke cigarettes looked at the sign on the apartment building that said, “No Smoking Within 25 Feet of Building”. Then she looked again with mouth open as if to say, Whaaat!?” The smoke was here yesterday and is expected to be around tomorrow as well.

Today’s culture puts a lot of human effort into beautifying the community, and especially making every building smoke-free, but unless our Lord Jesus Christ is involved in bringing Salvation to humanity and the planet, it is effort done in vain, “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
