“But you have not called upon Me, O Jacob; and you have been weary of Me, O Israel.” Isaiah 43:22

We know that verse is speaking to the Jewish people as “Jacob” and “Israel” because they do not call upon God through Jesus Christ and have become weary of Him. As followers of Jesus Christ, the only way we are brought into the family of God, as “Jacob” and “Israel”, is by calling upon Him in the name of Christ Jesus, and we are refreshed in His Spirit, not wearied of Him. “This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face.” Psalms 24:26 “For they are not all Israel who are of Israel… that is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed…for you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Romans 9:6,8, Galatians 3:26, 28-29

The kingdom of God has been taken away from the flesh-and-blood Israel, taken from the Jewish people, and given to us who live for God through Jesus Christ in the presence of the Holy Spirit, as our Lord Jesus says, directed towards the Jewish culture, “Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it.” Matthew 21:43

“You have not brought Me the sheep for your burnt offerings, nor have you honored Me with your sacrifices. I have not caused you to serve with grain offerings, nor wearied you with incense. You have bought Me no sweet cane with money, nor have you satisfied Me with the fat of your sacrifices; But you have burdened Me with your sins, you have wearied Me with your iniquities.” Isaiah 43:23-24

Instead of bringing respect, reverence, and honor, to the Lord God, the Israelites burdened Him with their sins and wearied Him with their iniquities. The Israelites completely turned away from God by ignoring the practice of animal sacrifices to atone for sin and not doing any of the practices to bring honor to Him as their God. The Ten Commandments were left on a shelf collecting dust.

We live in a culture today, which is global, that does nothing to honor God through Jesus Christ but burdens Him with sins and iniquities. They live for the power of darkness through the beast that gives them what to say, do, think, and feel. By what they are given to say and do they oppose belief in God the Creator, reject the need for Jesus Christ, and ridicules the presence of the Holy Spirit. The beast gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through people. People are groomed to the mark, name, number of the beast by what they are given to say and do.

The Lord has not created us to live for Him by twisting our arm to coerce service to Him with our ritualistic devotion and prayers that are not of the spirit but merely words. He has not caused us to serve Him with the sacrifices of grain offerings and incense that comes through earthly and human effort. Instead of rules, regulations, and laws to solicit our service to Him, He requires mercy and knowledge of Him from within our heart, “For I desire mercy and not sacrifice, and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.” Hosea 6:6 God prepared a body, the body of His Son Jesus, to die on the Cross as the Lamb of God to free us from mandated service to Him. Jesus did His Father’s will to atone for sin so that we can walk by the Spirit, “Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said: “Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me; with burnt offerings and sin offerings you were not pleased. Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll— I have come to do your will, my God.’” Hebrews 10:5-7

We live in a culture today where we see what it is like to be told, coerced, and mandated to live by a governing authority. People in every city around the world are being told, quietly, that they must live by what they are given to say and do, and to welcome what they feel and think, according to what the beast imposes on them to say, do, think, and feel. Our Lord Jesus does nothing like that, but with grace, mercy, and forgiveness He enters into a heart receptive to Him through the meek and gentle presence of the Holy Spirit, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

“I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake; and I will not remember your sins.” Isaiah 43:25

The whole purpose of the coming of our lord Jesus was to blot out our transgressions so that God His Father would not remember our sins anymore. That was the work of Christ Jesus, to enable people to believe in Him, “Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.” John 6:29 “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.” 1 John 1:9-10

“For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more…For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Hebrews 8:12. Ephesians 2:8-9

The Israelites had turned away from the word of God, the animal sacrifices to atone for sin meant nothing to them, they gave no honor to Him as their God, and the Ten Commandments were scriptures sitting on a shelf collecting dust. The Lord encouraged them to return Him to their thoughts and then let them come to Him so that they could reason together, “Come now, and let us reason together,” says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, they will be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, they will be as wool.” Isaiah 1:18 Coming to God through Jesus Christ means we are acquitted of our sins, “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered; Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.” Romans 4:7-8 That is quoted from Psalms 32:1-2.

“…for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus…God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we will be saved from wrath through Him. For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we will be saved by His life.” Romans 3:23-24, Romans 5:8-10

“Your first father sinned, and your mediators have transgressed against Me.” Isaiah 43:27

The first father of the Israelites is the first father of all creation. Adam is his name. He sinned through disobedience to the word of God that warned him against eating the forbidden fruit. As a result, every human being has inherited sin within our human nature. “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men…For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation…For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners…” Romans 5:12, 16, 19 Click here for the full scripture text from Romans 5:12-19

The mediators were those who were made priests to offer up animal sacrifices to atone for the sins of the people. However, they transgressed against the word of the Lord, voiding the sacrifices they made on behalf of the people to atone for their sin. That is definitely where we are with the mediators of today’s fallen churches. Because God knows the sinful nature of each one of us, and the weakness of human ministers, He sent His Son Jesus to be the only minister we will ever need, “For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens; who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the people’s, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself. For the law appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints the Son who has been perfected forever.” Hebrews 7:26-28

If Jesus was on this earth today, He would not be a priest/minister within the manmade churches, “For if He were on earth, He would not be a priest,” Hebrews 8:4

Jesus is our mediator who makes intercession for us from within the spirit, “Therefore He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” Hebrews 7:25

Christ Jesus is the last Adam, the redeemed Adam, the sinless person as God created us to be, “And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.” 1 Corinthians 15:45  

“But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many. And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification. For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.) Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.” Romans 5:15-19

“Therefore I will profane the princes of the sanctuary; I will give Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches.” Isaiah 43:28

The sanctuaries of the Jewish culture are not preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ that says, “God so loved the world that He gave His only Son so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life” John 3:16. As the world can see through the State of Israel, the Lord has given the Jewish people to the curse of much violence and global rejection. They are given to the reproaches of world indignation.

Today, our Lord Jesus has walked out of the fallen churches, and they are in ruins…Matthew 24:1-3. The churches have abandoned His Gospel, and their lampstand has been removed, Revelations 2:1-7 “I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works,” Revelations 2:4-5

The leaders of the fallen churches of today are profane, they are profane because of their disbelief of God the Creator, rejection of the message of the Cross, and not wanting the Holy Spirit to be part of who they are. For that reason, Christ Jesus has begun opening the Seven Seals of Revelations 6. That is described in the post on Revelations 4 and also Revelations 5. They have been given to the curse and reproaches of sin, death, and eternal Hell.

Today, the Jewish people, as seen worldwide through the State of Israel, have been given to the curse and reproaches that comes through earthly ways. The global culture, in cities around the world, protest and riot against Israel standing independently in the Middle east. With that, is the curse and reproaches coming against Israel within the assembly of the United Nations. We live in a world where the global culture has formed by the power of darkness, working through the beast that has power over physiology to give people what to do, say, think, and feel.
