Today’s culture says, “I see” and “I know”, but only God has prophesied about today’s world system and only He can save.

Isaiah 43:8-13

“Bring out the blind people who have eyes, and the deaf who have ears. Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled. Who among them can declare this, and show us former things? Let them bring out their witnesses, that they may be justified; Or let them hear and say, “It is truth.” Isaiah 43:8-9

Today, the blind people who have eyes and the deaf who have ears are those who boast, “I see” and “I know” as they live for the beast that empowers them with uncanny knowledge and heightened intuition. They have “eyes” but do not see and they have ears but do not hear as they are blind and deaf to the way of Jesus Christ. The beast gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through people in every city around the world. “Jesus said to them, “If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now you say, ‘We see.’ Therefore your sin remains.” John 9:41

Those who serve the power of darkness through the beast are gathered together from nation to nation, united by the beast that puts them in synch by giving them what to think, feel, say, and do. That is the global culture. The leaders of nations are assembled together through the United Nations, which was formed in 1945, immediately after World War 2, and brought the government of the beast with it, as described in Daniel 8:1-14 and also Revelations 17.

When the Spirit of the Lord says, “Who among them can declare this, and show us former things? ” He is referring to His ability to reveal past and future events, for all the people to see. That verse is referring to what was written as described in the post on Isaiah 41:25-29 and also in the post on Isaiah 41:21-24 “Who has declared from the beginning, that we may know? And former times, that we may say, ‘He is righteous’? Surely there is no one who shows, surely there is no one who declares, surely there is no one who hears your words.” Isaiah 41:26 “Show the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that you are gods;” Isaiah 41:23.

The global government of the beast and its global culture are living by the power of darkness and are not able to declare former things concerning the prophecies of the Bible. If they did, they would be shining light on themselves as the fulfillment of prophecy about them being governed by the beast that gives them what to say and do. They promote themselves as Godly humanitarians trying to save the planet and humanity. They will never be able to declare what is written in Daniel 8:1-14 nor what is written in Revelations 17 nor what is written to describe the beast that they serve in Revelations 13. Neither are they able to declare future events as described in the Bible, which are beginning to appear in the world today, such as global warming. Global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9,

“Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory.” Revelation 16:8-9

“You are My witnesses,” says the Lord, “And My servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, nor will there be after Me. I, even I, am the Lord, and besides Me there is no savior. I have declared and saved, I have proclaimed, and there was no foreign god among you; Therefore you are My witnesses,” says the Lord, “that I am God.” Isaiah 43:10-12

As followers of Jesus Christ, we are His witnesses through our born-again experience, which is the Gospel of Christ written on our heart, that we “…may proclaim the praises of Him who called [us] out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.” 1 Peter 2:9-10

We are servants of God through our faith in Jesus Christ, “Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?” Romans 6:16 We are chosen by God through the atonement of sin at the altar of the Cross of Jesus Christ, “For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13 We know God and believe in Him through Jesus Christ. By the Spirit, we know that He is indeed God the Creator, who brings Salvation through His Son Jesus, and gives us the Holy Spirit. How can we know that we have the Holy Spirit? If we do not speak against Jesus, and say that He is Lord, then we have the Holy Spirit, “Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12:3

Before God, there was no other God, nor is there any other God after Him, as our Lord Jesus says, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.” Revelations 22:13 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.” John 1:1-3 The Holy Trinity includes God the Father, His Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, and the “Our” and “Us” in the following verse is speaking of the Trinity, “Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness;” Genesis 1:26

The only Savior that this world will ever know comes through God who sent His Son to bring Salvation by believing in Him, and His name is Jesus, “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12 “For God so loved the world that He sent His only Son so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life” John 3:16

As followers of Christ Jesus, we shun the foreign god of this world, a god foreign to the Living God, foreign to Jesus Christ, and foreign to the presence of the Holy Spirit. The only God we serve is through Jesus in the presence of the Holy Spirit. The foreign god of this world is of the power of darkness and sits within the temple of God, our body, as if is God. That is done by the beast that has power over physiology to give people what to think, say, do, and feel, and is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Click for a post on that.

Because we live in the light and shun the presence of the beast, we are the witnesses of the Lord. We can speak in Truth about the prophecies of the Bible. We can speak about the power of darkness operating through the culture of today, which is global. We are able to speak of the word of God coming to pass in this world today. We can speak of what is coming to this present world system, speak of the judgment to come beyond the grave, and speak of eternal Hell and of eternal life in the New Jerusalem. We are able to speak of the need for repentance and to believe God, acknowledge Jesus as Christ and Lord, and to welcome the Holy Spirit to be part of who we are.

We are able to declare what is written in Daniel 8:1-14 and what is written in Revelations 17 and what is written about the beast in Revelations 13. We are able to declare future events as described in the Bible, which are beginning to appear in the world today, such as global warming. Global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9,

“Indeed before the day was, I am He; And there is no one who can deliver out of My hand; I work, and who will reverse it?” Isaiah 43:13
