Jesus Christ is exalted, Zion filled with righteousness and justice, and knowing Him is the wisdom and strength of our Salvation.

“The Lord is exalted, for He dwells on high;” Isaiah 33:5a

The Lord God was made flesh through Jesus Christ, and when we see Jesus we see the Lord God, Jesus says, “He who has seen Me has seen the Father;” John 14:9

Our Lord Jesus Christ has been exalted and lives eternally in Heaven with the Father; “…which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.” Ephesians 1:20-21

“Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11

“He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.” Isaiah 33:5b

Zion is not referring to the earthly Zion in the land of the State of Israel but is referring to the eternal Zion in the New Jerusalem, a place filled with justice and righteousness, as quoted, “But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant,” Hebrews 12:22-2

“Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, and the strength of salvation; The fear of the Lord is His treasure.” Isaiah 33:6

Our Lord Jesus is the mediator of the New Covenant, and that covenant is, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

The “your times” speaks to everyone who has ever lived after the first coming of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the stability of our times by the faith we have in Him, “This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast,” Hebrews 6:19 Jesus gives the Holy Spirit and without Him in this world the Holy Spirit is taken away and lawlessness comes. The Holy Spirit restrains lawlessness, “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.” 2 Thessalonians 2:7 Click for a post on the lawless one.

Jesus Christ is the strength of our Salvation, “…let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole. This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:10-12

The fear of the Lord is the treasure, and where our treasure is that is where our heart is.
