Measurement of the bed of rest found in Christ Jesus, and the blanket of the Holy Spirit comes up short.

Isaiah 28:20-22

“For the bed is too short to stretch out on, and the covering so narrow that one cannot wrap himself in it.” Isaiah 28:20

That verse is describing measurements used with Jesus Christ as the measuring tape and Chief Corner Stone, as described in Isaiah 28:16-19.

The bed is too short to stretch out on means that the rest found in Jesus Christ is not present in this world today. Today’s culture does not believe in God the Creator, and rejects the mercy, grace, and forgiveness found in Jesus Christ. “There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His…For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Hebrews 4:0-10, Ephesians 2:8-9 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

The covering is so narrow that no one can wrap themselves in it, which refers to the covering of the Holy Spirit who is sent as the Comforter. As the blanket of the Holy Spirit is removed from this world, lawlessness is unleashed globally because the Holy Spirit is He who restrains lawlessness, as quoted, “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” 2 Thessalonians 2:6-8 Click for a post on the “lawless one”.

Our Lord Jesus gives rest and the Comforter to whoever believes in Him, “I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees Him not, neither knows Him: but you know Him; for He dwells with you, and will be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. “A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also.” John 14:16-19

The measuring of the Churches is described in the post on Revelations 11. Also in the post on Revelations 4, where five of the seven churches, from the chapters of Revelations 2:1 through 3:21, are spiritually corrupt. That leads to the opening of the Seven Seals, by Jesus Christ, as described in Revelations 5. The opening of the Seven Seals is described in Revelations 6.

“For the Lord will rise up as at Mount Perazim, He will be angry as in the Valley of Gibeon—That He may do His work, His awesome work, and bring to pass His act, His unusual act.” Isaiah 28:21

Mount Perazim is the place where king David had victory over the Philistines, as quoted, “So David went to Baal Perazim, and David defeated them there; and he said, “The Lord has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water.” Therefore he called the name of that place Baal Perazim. 2 Samuel 5:20 Baal Perazim means “Master of Breakthroughs”

The Valley of Gibeon is the place where Joshua had victory over over the enemies though the Lord’s anger that allowed Joshua to command the sun and the moon to stand still, as quoted, “Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel: “Sun, stand still over Gibeon; And Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon.” So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the people had revenge upon their enemies. Joshua 10:12-13

That was by the miracle of God. By natural revolution and rotation of the earth, the stoppage of the movement of the earth would cause devastating destruction in a fierce whirlwind. We know the Lord will have His final victory when Christ Jesus returns, and in His anger, this present heaven and earth will be destroyed. That is described in the post on Joshua 10:12-15

Because the bed of rest in Jesus Christ is too short, and the blanket of the Holy Spirit too narrow, the judgment of God is coming to this world. His judgment is coming to usher in His victory as King of kings, and will be in the wrath of His anger to destroy this present heaven and earth.

“Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign forever and ever!” And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying: “We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was and who is to come, because You have taken Your great power and reigned. The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, and those who fear Your name, small and great, and should destroy those who destroy the earth. Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.” Revelations 11:15-19

In that day of doing His work, His awesome work, it is referred to as an unusual act. It’s unusual because this world has never experienced anything like it before, and will never experience anything like it again, as quoted, “A day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness…A people come, great and strong, the like of whom has never been; Nor will there ever be any such after them…A fire devours before them, and behind them a flame burns; The land is like the Garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness…”

Today, the global government of the beast, and its global culture, plan on creating an earthly Garden of Eden, as seen through the “Sustainable Development Goals” of the United Nations, but the Lord’s “unusual act” is going to destroy them, like what happened at Mount of Perazim and the Valley of Gibeon. The beginning of His “unusual act” is already seen in the appearance of global warming, which is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9.

Today, some people do not want to admit that we are living within days of the beast and they want people to believe that Christians will not be on this earth during that time. They are the same ones who will not admit that there is a presence in this world that has power over physiology to give people what to speak, do, think, and feel. It despises belief in God, Christ Jesus, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. It is the beast that gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through people. By what they are given to say and do they are conformed to the mark, name, number of the beast. We must decide whether to allow the beast to speak and live through us or live for God through Jesus Christ in the presence of the Holy Spirit.

His unusual act is described like this from the Seventh Plague, “Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, “It is done!” And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth. Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath. Then every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great” Revelations 16:17-21

“Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away.” Revelations 21:1

“Now therefore, do not be mockers, lest your bonds be made strong; For I have heard from the Lord God of hosts,
a destruction determined even upon the whole earth.” Isaiah 28:22

Mockers cover all seven continents of this planet because the whole world serves the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel, as quoted, “All who dwell on the earth will worship [the beast], whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” Revelations 13:8

“Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder), that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 2 Peter 3:1-4

As followers of Jesus Christ, whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, we are not to be mockers. We have heard from the Lord, and we know for certain that a destruction is determined upon this whole earth. Things are not continuing as they were from the beginning of time, we are seeing fulfilled prophecy happening in front of our eyes. Below is a list of fulfilled prophecy, since the 1940’s, that all the world is able to verify;

• 1940^s: Airplanes are mentioned in Daniel 8:5-7. The ability to travel overseas by airplane is related to the ushering in of the global system of the beast. Airplanes capable of flying overseas began around 1920’s, but the airplanes talked about in Daniel 8 were created around 1940 [related to WW2].
• 1945: The global government of the United Nations was established immediately after WW2, which brought the government of the beast with it, as described in Daniel 8 and also Revelation 17.
• 1945 thereabouts. The beast that has power over physiology to give people what to think, feel, do, and say is here. That beast gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking/living through people in every city around the world. The masses of the global culture are groomed to the mark, number, name of the beast by what they say and do. That is described in Revelation 13. That beast is the power center of the global government of the beast.
  
  The only place this is mentioned is in the Bible, so of course there are no public records of its beginnings. This is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 The “him” in this verse is the “man of sin”. Click here for a post on the “man of sin”. “….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets, ‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’” Revelations 2:24-25
• 1948: The Jewish people have been gathered to the State of Israel in 1948, where God unleashes the fury of His judgment on them, as described in Ezekiel 22:19-20, Ezekiel 36:22, and Ezekiel 20:34.
• 1950^s through 1970^s: The seven continents were not discovered until research revealed them through the 1950^s and 1970^s. The beast, in the book of Revelations, is known to be on seven continents involving ten kingdoms [making it a global presence]. We are living in the days of the global presence of the beast.
• 1988 or thereabouts: Global warming is here and is the Fourth Plagued mentioned in Revelation 16:8-9. The more powerful the United Nations becomes as the one world government the hotter and more intense the effects of global warming becomes. Global warming is instrumental in destroying the power center of the beast [Fifth Plague], rendering the world government and its global culture powerless. At this time, the beast with power over physiology to give people what to think, feel, say, and do will not be functioning. • 2025: The President of the United States signed into law a bill to make the USA the “crypto-capital” of the world, called the “GENIUS Act”. This lays the foundation for the cashless society. Click here for an article on the signing of the “GENIUS” ACT. “For before these days, there were no wages for man nor any hire for beast; There was no peace from the enemy for whoever went out or came in; For I set all men, everyone, against his neighbor.” Zechariah 8:10 The phrase, “for before these days”, refers to the days leading up to global tribulation. Click here for a post on Zachariah 8:10.
• Also, Jesus Christ has come in the flesh 2000 years ago to fulfill the prophecies of the Bible.
• Today’s global government of the beast, operating through the United Nations, is the last government this planet will ever know. None other will come after it.
