“Is this your joyous city?” The Lord asks of the global government of the beast.

“Cross over to Tarshish; Wail, you inhabitants of the coastland!” Isaiah 23:6

Tyre had been crossing the Mediterranean Sea, to Tarshish, which is the southern coast of modern-day Spain. That was a far journey from where Tyre was from, which was along the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea of modern-day Lebanon. See the map below. The inhabitants along the coastline around Lebanon, such as Sidon, Egypt, Spain, and others, were told to wail. They were to wail because of the destruction of Tyre. Although being an economic powerhouse, on an international scale, their far-reaching trade influence would not save them from the judgment of God coming against them. The collapse of Tyre would bring the economic devastation to nations all around.

The collapse of the United States of America’s global economic influence is also prophesied about, as described in Ezekiel 26 and Ezekiel 27, and really from Ezekiel chapters 26 through 32. America is made rich by the coastlands of the Atlantic Ocean to the east, the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Gulf at the southern border. Even today, we see the global economic and political influence of the United States steadily declining as the influence of the United Nations steadily progresses in becoming the one world government of the beast. The wealth of the United States, and of all nations, will be contributed to the global economy, which relates to fulfilling the “Sustainable Development Goals” of the United Nations.

The final prophecy is against the global economy of the one world government, which reaches from coast to coast, to all nations of the world. At the fall of the global economy, all nations will wail, from coast to coast, as described in Revelations 18. “And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise anymore…The fruit that your soul longed for has gone from you, and all the things which are rich and splendid have gone from you, and you will find them no more at all…They threw dust on their heads and cried out, weeping and wailing, and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city, in which all who had ships on the sea became rich by her wealth! For in one hour she is made desolate.’ “Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God has avenged you on her!” Revelations 18:11,14,19-20

On the map below, Tyre is on the far east side of the map, circled in red, above Jerusalem and on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The inhabitants of the Mediterranean coastline would include countries north and south of Tyre, Egypt, Tarshish, Cyprus and others.

“Is this your joyous city, whose antiquity is from ancient days, whose feet carried her far off to dwell?” Isaiah 23:7

“Is this your joyous city…” is the question the Spirit of the Lord was asking to all of the coastal cities that once gave port to the ships of Tyre. From the coasts around Tyre and Sidon, to Tarshish, and every coast in between, the trade ships of Tyre brought economic joy. Tyre was the joyous city of nations all around…until Tyre’s collapse. Today, we see how the United Nations promises economic prosperity and joy to every nation around the world. They are steadily progressing into becoming the undisputed one world government, holding the economy of the world in their hand. When the global economy collapses, the Spirit of the Lord will be saying, “Is this your joyous city?”

Tyre existed “from ancient days” much before Isaiah’s time. Tyre is known to be founded around 2750 BC, whereas Isaiah prophesied around 700BC, so Tyre existed about 2050 years before Isaiah. Likewise, when the global government of the beast collapses, they will have been the longest running government in modern times. Today, the United Kingdom is about the longest running government in modern times, existing since the 17th century. Russia was formed around 1721. The Republic of China was established in 1912, transitioning to the People’s Republic of China in 1949. The United States of America has existed for over 250 years, since about 1776 [Constitution formed in 1788]. The global government of the beast was established in 1945, through the United Nations, as described in Daniel 8:1-14. It has already existed for 81 years, and will come to its end when the power center of the beast collapses in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9. The beast rules on this earth for “42 months”, as described in the post on Revelations 13:5-6.

Global warming, of the Fourth Plague of Revelations 13:8-9, is instrumental in bringing the collapse of the power center of the beast.

The economic traders of Tyre were also involved in cultural exchanges, and the inhabitants of Tyre lived in nations everywhere that trade with them was conducted. They had somewhat of an economic-social agenda to enrich nations with cultural diversity and economic prosperity. What they didn’t have was belief in God, nor the Ten Commandments, nor the animal sacrifices to practice the atonement of sin. They depended on people and worldly wealth, and is exactly the agenda of the government of the beast, operating through the United Nations. They do not have God the Creator in their thoughts, they discard the need for Jesus Christ, and do not want the Holy Spirit to be part of their culture. Our Lord Jesus says this, “How can you believe, who receive honor from one another, and do not seek the honor that comes from the only God?” John 5:44 Also, “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:19-21

“Who has taken this counsel against Tyre, the crowning city, whose merchants are princes, whose traders are the honorable of the earth?” Isaiah 23:8

A “crowning city” is one of fame and renown in an important and reverent way, by worldly standards. Tyre was a “crowning city” for making nations everywhere economically prosperous. Today, the global government is the “crowning city” that has renown and importance in every nation on all seven continents. That renown and reverence comes through the beast with power over physiology to govern by giving people what to speak, do, think, and feel. The global culture of the beast sees itself as a united family as they boast, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” Revelations 13:4 The beast gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through people everywhere. By what they say and do, they are groomed to the mark, name, number of the beast.

Who has taken counsel against the government of the beast? The Lord has, and His word is spoken through His Son Jesus, the Christ, “And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.” John 3:19

The honorable people, by worldly standards, are those who are in powerful places, who make decisions for the economic prosperity and social inclusion of nations and people everywhere. Nowadays, those who make a city, state, or nation economically prosperous are “princes” and “princesses”. They are the honorable of the earth. However, they don’t want the Holy Spirit to be part of who they are, they discard Jesus Christ, and they are atheists who do not believe in God the Creator.

There is nothing the “honorable” of this earth can do against the counsel of God’s judgment coming against them. The events of the Seven Trumpets are coming, as described in Revelations 8, 9, and 11. The Seven Thunders of Revelations 10 are coming. The events of the Seven Plagues are coming, as described in Revelations 16:8-9. Global warming is already here and is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9.

“The Lord of hosts has purposed it, to bring to dishonor the pride of all glory, to bring into contempt all the honorable of the earth.” Isaiah 23:9
