Seal of God is put on the forehead of the “144,000”, before the Seven Trumpets sound, and after six of the Seven Seals are opens.

Winds of global turbulence are held back after opening of Six Seals.

 “After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree.” Revelation 7:1

This chapter of Revelations refers to a time between when the Seven Seals has began to open and the events of the Seven Trumpets. Between those events, the winds are about to blow to unleash turbulence on this earth that has never been experienced before. Before the seventh seal is opened to start the events within the Seven Trumpets, the winds are being held back until the Seal of God is put on the foreheads of those faithful to the testimony of Jesus Christ [Revelation 7:2-3 of this post]. The seal which God puts on the forehead of His followers happens after the Seven Seals have begun to open and before the Seven Trumpets sound. The event of first six of the Seven Trumpets of Revelations 8 and 9 bring severe global tribulation upon the planet. Christ Jesus returns when the seventh trumpet sounds in Revelations 11:15-19.

Today, we see that the first of the Seven Seals of Revelations 6:1-2 has already been opened. The opening of that first seal describes the beast that gives people what to say, do, think, and feel. The beast gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through people in every city around the world. By what they are given to say and do, they are groomed to the mark, name, number of the beast.

Today, global warming is in the world, and is the Fourth Plague of Revelation 16:8-9, as quoted, “Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory.” Revelation 16:8-9 The intensity of global warming increases as time moves forward.

God’s seal is put on the forehead of those faithful to Him before the Seven Trumpets sound.

“Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, saying, “Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.” Revelation 7:2-3

Today, every follower of Jesus Christ should be standing in line in anticipation of receiving the seal of God on their forehead. That’s because we know we are between the opening of the Seven Seals and the sounding of the Seven Trumpets, which is before severe global tribulation is unleashed on the planet. We are even seeing the appearance of the Fourth Plague which is global warming (mentioned above). Now is the time to file an application to receive God’s seal. To apply, simply go to the Cross of Christ Jesus and reconcile to God by the remission of sin, “…if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Revelations 10:9

The events of the Seven Trumpets brings devastation to the earth, sea, and trees. There will be global tribulation upon the earth. The seal of God is put on the foreheads of the followers of Jesus Christ, before entering into the tribulation.

The beast is in this world and has power over physiology to be able to form what people feel, think, say, and do. By its power over physiology, the beast turns people away from belief in God, away from recognizing the need for the remission of sin through Jesus Christ, and away from living life through the Holy Spirit. That began to happen at the opening of the first seal. These are certainly the days when we need God’s seal on our forehead.

The seal of God on the forehead would definitely enlighten us to be able to counter the imposition of the thoughts received from the beast which enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people. For example, the seal of God would definitely involve the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit being retained in what we think. In essence, when thoughts come to our mind, which we know are unnatural and of Satan, God’s seal on the forehead counters it. If I don’t act on the anti-Christian thoughts that come to mind, then the thought comes to nothing. The seal of God on the forehead is to keep me in tune to Him, to always maintain the testimony held for Jesus Christ, and to welcome the Holy Spirit.

God’s seal on the forehead relates to this, “In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance…” Ephesians 1:13-14 God’s seal on the forehead also relates to this, “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12

 “And I heard the number of those who were sealed. One hundred and forty-four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel were sealed:” Revelation 7:4

The Lord sets His seal upon the “forehead” of the “144,000” after the opening of the Seven Seals began, but before bringing harm to the earth through the events of the Seven Trumpets. The opening of the Seven Seals began as a result of the corruption of five of the seven churches, leaving only two faithful churches to witness to the testimony of Jesus.

The “144,000” are of the two faithful Churches of the seven churches of Revelations 2:1 through 3:21. Those Churches are the faithful two witnesses to the testimony of Jesus. We know that because the Lord began opening the Seven Seals after the corruption of five of the seven churches. That is described in the posts on Revelations 4 through Revelations 5. The seal is put on the “forehead” of the “144,000” after that and just before the unleashing of the events of the Seven Trumpets of Revelations 8, 9, and 11, the Seven Thunders of Revelations 10, and the Seven Plagues of Revelations 16. The “144,000” faithful witnesses are persecuted where the “temple of Satan” is, but remains faithful to Jesus Christ. They have little strength, little strength in numbers, but are made the pillars of the “Temple of God” and given eternal life. The “144,000” are those who are faithful to Jesus Christ and who hang on with little strength while being slandered, persecuted, and murdered.

Second Church–Persecuted and faithful Church, where the temple of Satan exists, is given the reward of eternal life.

Sixth Church–Faithful few have little strength but are made pillars in the temple of God and preserved for the eternal New Jerusalem.

The faithful Churches represent every believer around the world who suffer hardship, affliction, and physical harm as a result of living for Jesus Christ. The corrupt churches represent everyone around the world who rejects God the Creator, Jesus Christ, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. They live for the beast that gives them what to say, do, think, and feel.

The “144,000” is a symbolic number representing the multitudes of the faithful few. There are twelve tribes of Israel so 12,000 from each tribe [“144,000”] represents the faithful few followers of Jesus Christ in every nation across the globe. When we enter the gates of the New Jerusalem, each person will enter through one of the gates that have the name of one of the tribes, as quoted, “Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel…” Revelations 21:12 “For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, “In Isaac your seed will be called.” That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed.” Romans 9:7-8  “And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Galatians 3:29

In essence, every born-again believer in Jesus Christ is the new Israel that enters into the New Jerusalem. “Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham…and to your Seed, who is Christ…if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Galatians 3:7, 16, 29

We have to realize that a lot happens during the “42 month”, or “1260 days”, that the beast reigns on this earth. There is the opening of the Seven Seals, the events of the Seven Trumpets, the Seven Thunders, and the Seven Plagues. Some of the “144,000” will be living during the beginning of the reign of the beast on this earth, and some will be on this earth right up to the return of Jesus Christ. Some of us are living on this earth today as the seven seals have begun opening and the beast is forming its global government, as described in Daniel 8:1-14, and also Revelations 17. Some live during the glory and “rosy” period of the global government of the beast when becomes the undisputed one world government. Others live when the power center of the beast is plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. Global warming is in the world, and has been talked about by the unbelieving world since about 1980, for about 45 years. Global warming is just one of the seven plagues, and just one of all the 28 events that come to this world during the reign of the beast. Global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9.

Salvation of the Faithful After Coming through the Tribulation.

“After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” Revelation 7:9-10

John saw a vision of the multitude of those in Heaven, who had come to God through Jesus Christ and lived in the presence of the Holy Spirit. That vision is reassurance to every believer that we will live eternally in presence of God after our resurrection from the dead, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed in us.” Romans 8:18 In the New Jerusalem, we will be clothed in the white robes of the righteousness of Christ Jesus, “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21

As we see in verses 13 and 14 of this post, those clothed in white robes is specifically referring to the “144,000” who comes through the great tribulation and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. They will be from every nation around the world, on all seven continents. Palm branches represent victory, triumph, and peace. As followers of Jesus Christ, we have victory and triumph over sin and death through Jesus Christ, and peace through the Holy Spirit, our Comforter and Helper.

The “144,000”, along with every born-again Believer, will be praising God in the eternal New Jerusalem, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” Salvation is given to whoever believes in God who sent His Lamb to atone for sin. Salvation belongs to Him and to Jesus Christ. Only in the name of Christ Jesus, the Son of God, can we be saved, “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12

Wisdom, Honor, and Power Is God’s. 

“All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, saying: “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen.” Revelations 7:11-12

That verse is speaking of the multitudes who are in Heaven today, before and without we who will be resurrected into eternal life. They are those who will be with Christ Jesus when He returns, as quoted, “And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.” Revelations 19:14

The angels around the throne are not the born-again Believers, they are Heavenly beings who live in the presence of God. The Angels, Elders, and Four Living Creatures are mentioned in this verse, “Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands…” Revelation 5:11 They acknowledge all blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and might belongs to Him.

“Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” Luke 15:10

There is no description of who the twenty-four elders are, but they are among the many angels and living creatures in Heaven. I like to believe that twelve had something to do with the twelve Apostles of Christ, and twelve had something to do with the twelve tribes of Israel. That would bring the Old and New Testaments together to acknowledge our Lord Jesus as the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

“Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?” And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.” Revelation 7:13-14

That verse is specifically referring to the “144,000” who come through the great global tribulation. John saw that vision referring to the “144,000”, to bring reassurance of eternal life after enduring the hardship, affliction, suffering, and persecution in this world, “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” Romans 8:18

Eternal Paradise for Those Faithful to Christ.

“Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. They will neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore;  for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 7:15-17

Every follower of Jesus Christ serves God in His temple, which is our body as the temple of the Holy Spirit. “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?” 1 Corinthians 6:19 When we enter into the eternal New Jerusalem, we will be living in the presence of God. The “144,000”, who come through the great tribulation, will be before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in the New Jerusalem, and He will live among them.

The “144,000” will never hunger and thirst anymore like the hunger and thirst suffered at a time when no one is able to buy or sell except those who have the mark, name, number of the beast, as described in Revelations 13:16-17. Not to mention trying to survive under a global economic collapse.

There is going to be an intense heat on this earth as global warming becomes more and more intense as the days progress. While we are experiencing the heat of global warming today, the “144,000” who live near to the time of the return of Jesus Christ, will suffer the intensity of the sun’s heat. The Lord promises to the “144,000” that, in the New Jerusalem, the sun will not strike them any more, nor any heat. The Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
