“Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, and rely on horses, who trust in chariots because they are many, and in horsemen because they are very strong, but who do not look to the Holy One of Israel, nor seek the Lord!” Isaiah 31:1
Today, the State of Israel has gone down to the United States of America for their military and political power. They rely on “horses” for war instead of riding on a lowly donkey of humility. They rely on the many war “chariots” instead being carried by peace. They rely on people who are skilled at operating war equipment, and even relying on drones and robotics, instead of relying on the meek and gentle spirit of peace. The Israelis do not look to Christ Jesus, the Holy One of Israel, nor do they seek the God of their heritage.
Today, the global government and its global culture rely on the strength of the beast that has power over physiology. To them, that beast is their “horses” and many “chariots” seen living through the masses of people around the world. They see themselves as the “horsemen” who are very strong as they boast in their attitude and behavior, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” Revelations 13:4 The beast gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through people. The global population of the beast rejects Jesus Christ, the Holy One of Israel, and rejects God the Creator. By what they are given to say and do, they are conformed to the mark, name, number of the beast.
Even with that said, the United Nations, from where the government of the beast operates, has a global military. Today, the United Nations has a military size of about 60,000 to 80,000, but changes to address global conflicts, according to approved mandates. The military comes from contributions of members of the United Nations. When the United Nations becomes the undisputed one world government, they will be in control of a global military. The rest of the civilian population will be unarmed, even as we see the disarmament of the civilian population happening today. When the United Nations was established in 1945, immediately after World War 2, the government of the beast came with it, as described in Daniel 8:1-14 and also Revelations 17.
“Yet He also is wise and will bring disaster, and will not call back His words, but will arise against the house of evildoers, and against the help of those who work iniquity.” Isaiah 31:2
The Lord God is wise in bringing disaster to the government of the beast and its global culture, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God! For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.” Revelations 19:1-2
The Lord will not back down from His words of judgment against this world. He brings calamity to this world in a way that every person has a chance to see that He is real, alive, and working in this world. He wants everyone to believe in Him, through Jesus Christ, to receive eternal life. Global warming is here, for all the world to see, and yet the global culture of the beast refuses to repent of their unbelief. Global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9, “Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory.” Revelations 16:8-9
The Lord is rising and will continue to arise against the “house of evil doers”. He has already set the wrath of His judgment into motion, and with each event He provides the opportunity for anyone to choose Jesus as the Christ and Lord of their life. The Lord is sending the events of the Seven Trumpets of Revelations 8, 9, and 11, the Seven Thunders of Revelations 10, and the events of the Seven Plagues of Revelations 16.
The disaster coming to this world is also coming for those who help those who work iniquity. They are those who help to discourage belief in God, help to discourage acknowledging Jesus as Lord and Savior, and help to discourage living in the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit also has a promise for those who help a follower of Jesus Christ, “For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.” Hebrews 6:10 Our Lord Jesus says, “And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward.” Matthew 10:42
“Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; And their horses are flesh, and not spirit. When the Lord stretches out His hand, both he who helps will fall, and he who is helped will fall down; They all will perish together.” Isaiah 31 1-3
As powerful as what we think people are in this world, regarding their political, military, and economic influence, they are only flesh and blood. They are not living in the Spirit. The Lord speaks to us these words, “‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts.” Zachariah 4:6 The beast that has power over physiology has just that, power over the flesh and blood. The beast has the power to give thoughts into the flesh of the mind, able to give feelings into fleshly emotions, able to influence what we say and do through the manipulation of the flesh…but is not operating in the realm of the Spirit. That is why the Lord Jesus says to us, “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:28
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” John 3:16
When the Lord stretches out His hand, both he who help the culture of the beast will fall, and he who is helped by the empowerment of the beast will fall down; They all will perish together. With that, there is this promise, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
