The Lord uses the “Medes” to bring violence, suffering, and ending, to the global government.

Isaiah 13:17-22

“Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, who will not regard silver; and as for gold, they will not delight in it.” Isaiah 13:17

Those to whom the Lord stirred up the Medes against were the Babylonians, as quoted, “The burden against Babylon which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw.” Isiah 13:1 The Babylonians represents today’s global government of the beast. The Medes represent those that come against the global government, near to the time leading up to the Day of the Lord, as described in the post on Isaiah 13:11-16.

Today, the Medes symbolize those through whom the Lord brings chaos, lawlessness, and suffering to the global government. The “Medes” will fill the earth in every city around the world when the power center of the beast is plunged into darkness. That happens in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. At that time, the power to impose on people what to speak, do, think, and feel, will not exist. People everywhere will be free to think, feel, do, and say what they want, and they will be hostile to the global government that they were once made to serve. No one in the world will have uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, extraordinary skills and abilities, uncanny authority over others etc. The global government will be powerless.

The Battle of Armageddon comes in the Sixth Plague of Revelations 16:12-16. That would be an attempt of the powerless global government to regain control of a lawless world, the old-fashioned way. Our Lord Jesus returns when the Seventh trumpet blows of Revelations 11:15-18.

Also, in the day of the “Medes”, money will not mean anything to them. Mostly because the global economic system will have collapsed at that time. The cashless society and digital currency will have been implemented in every city around the world, which the global government will no longer be able to manage nor control in the day of the “Medes”. The digital currency is a “stumbling block of iniquity” due to being associated with the image and mark of the beast, as quoted, “They will throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will be like refuse; Their silver and their gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord; They will not satisfy their souls, nor fill their stomachs, because it became their stumbling block of iniquity.” Ezekiel 7:19 Click here for the full post on Ezekiel 7.

“Also their bows will dash the young men to pieces, and they will have no pity on the fruit of the womb; Their eye will not spare children. And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldeans’ pride, will be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.” Isaiah 13:18-19

Those verses describe the suffering, lawlessness, and violence brought by the “Medes”, whom God uses as His instrument against the global government of the beast. The global government will be powerless to prevent the worldwide rebellion against them as described in the previous section. The “Medes” will bring death to the young men, whom the global government cherishes as the strength of their global culture. The “Medes” will mercilessly destroy the infants to render infertile the growth of the population of the global government. The weaned children will not be spared and the global government will have no more people to educate in the ways of atheism, rejection of Jesus Christ, and opposing the Holy Spirit. The future of the global system will be erased. The global government, which is the glory of all other forms of governments, will be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. “Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God, that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.” Revelations 19:17-18

“It will never be inhabited, nor will it be settled from generation to generation; Nor will the Arabian pitch tents there,
nor will the shepherds make their sheepfolds there. But wild beasts of the desert will lie there, and their houses will be full of owls; Ostriches will dwell there, and wild goats will caper there. The hyenas will howl in their citadels, and jackals in their pleasant palaces. Her time is near to come, and her days will not be prolonged.” Isaiah 13:20-22

This present global government is the last government that this world will ever know. The Lord sends the “Medes” in the last days to make sure it will never be inhabited again, nor will it be settled from generation to generation from that day forward. This present heaven and earth is destroyed and the Lord creates a new heaven and earth where the eternal New Jerusalem is. Jesus says, “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and will not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” John 5:24

We know shepherds are those who guide others by the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and sheepfolds are the sheep of the Good Shepherd, we who live for God through Jesus Christ. Instead of shepherds and sheepfolds, there will be beasts, wild goats, hyenas, jackals… The world will be a place of demons, “She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.” Revelations 18:2

Today’s churches have abandoned the Gospel of Jesus Christ to partner with today’s culture. They have married themselves to the culture of the beast, the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel. The shepherds are not making their sheepfolds in today’s world. The corruption of the churches is what led to the opening of the Seven Seals of Revelations 6. That is described in the post on Revelations 4.

“Her time is near to come, and her days will not be prolonged.” The beginning of the end for the global government is already here for all the world to see. Global warming is the Fourth Plague, which leads to the destruction of the power center of the beast in the Fifth Plague, which leads to the Battle of Armageddon of the Sixth Plague, which leads to the return of Jesus Christ.
