“For you have trusted in your wickedness; You have said, ‘No one sees me’; Your wisdom and your knowledge have led you astray; And you have said in your heart, ‘I am, and there is no one else besides me.’” Isaiah 47:10
Trusting in wickedness is to put trust in the guidance of the power of darkness through the beast that gives what to say, do, think, and feel. Those who do so are welcoming the image of the beast into their life that is given breath/life to speak by speaking and living through them. They have no belief in God as the Living Creator. They crucify Jesus Christ every day in the way they intend to drive Christianity into extinction. They intend to keep Him buried in the graveyard of the soul so that the born-again experience never happens. They oppose the Light of Christ living within us through the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Those who live for the beast says, “No one sees me“. No one speaks about the presence in this world that has power over physiology that gives them what to say and do. They think it’s a secret, but God sees them and has revealed in the Scriptures what they think is hidden in the dark. God says to us that we are His temple, the temple of God through the Holy Spirit. But the beast wants to make the body, the temple of God, its temple and then to make the claim of being God. The beast does that by entering in through physiology to give people what to think, feel, say, and do. The beast is the one, “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Click for a post on that.
The Holy Spirit says to us, “….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets, ‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.…I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.’” Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
The wisdom and knowledge of today’s culture, which is global, has led them astray. That’s because their understanding of things comes by the empowerment of the beast that gives them uncanny knowledge and heightened intuition. But everything they mysteriously know and can predict is limited to this earth. They are not able to speak of the Living God who is the Creator over all the earth and everything in in it. They talk a lot about “Mother Nature”, and the “Universe” but have been led astray from the Creator. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is nowhere near to being in their heart nor their mouth. They have been led astray from the Light of the world who can change their heart. They know a lot about love for the human being but are led astray from the Holy Spirit that unites us with the love of God through Jesus Christ.
“…the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 14
Within the darkness of the heart of the culture of the beast they say, “I am, and there is no one else besides me.” All they believe in is humanity without Christ, their own desires, and who they are within the community culture. They care nothing about being conformed into the image of Christ but claim their identity by what the beast makes them to be. The beast gives them what to say and do and by what they are given to say and do they are conformed to their identity. The beast never ever makes a Christian! Then people honor one another for being made into the image of the beast that is given breath/life to speak by speaking and living through them. Our Lord Jesus says, “How can you believe, who receive honor from one another, and do not seek the honor that comes from the only God?” John 5:44
Jesus Christ is the voice of the Good Shepherd and will never lead us astray, Jesus says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6
To be like Jesus!
This hope possesses me;
In every thought and deed,
This is my aim, my creed;
To be like Jesus!
This hope possesses me;
His Spirit helping me,
Like Him I’ll be.
[To Be Like Jesus, this Hope Possesses Me]
“Therefore evil will come upon you; You will not know from where it arises. And trouble will fall upon you; You will not be able to put it off. And desolation will come upon you suddenly, which you will not know.” Isaiah 47:11
The people of today’s culture don’t think that evil will ever come upon them, and they even boast in their attitude and behavior, “Who is like the beast? Who can make war with him?” Revelations 13:4 They go about their day doing what they have always done, not worrying about their eternal destiny, not thinking about what all the calamity in the world means for them and future generations. Today is just like the days of Jonah, as Jesus said, “But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, merrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.” Matthew 24:37-39
Evil is coming upon the government of the beast and its global culture. Everyone can see it in the skies but can’t see it as being related to God trying to wake them up to repent of their unbelief. Global warming is here and is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9. “When it is evening you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red’; and in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times.” Matthew 16:2-3 They do not know from where the evil against them arises! Neither do they know that evil arises from their rejection of Jesus Christ that leads to a heart and soul without the Holy Spirit.
All the people in the world, even though they come together as a collective force, are not able to put off the wrath of God’s judgment coming upon them. While they think global warming is a pressing and overwhelming problem today, what will they do when this whole world system falls into chaos, lawlessness, violence, social and economic collapse? Global warming plays a part in plunging the power center of the beast into darkness, as described in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. Then the entire government of the beast and its global culture will be powerless. Desolation will come upon them quickly! The Battle of Armageddon is the Sixth Plague of Revelations 16:12-16.
Our Lord Jesus Christ returns in combination with the Seventh Plague of Revelations 16:17-21 and the Seventh Trumpet of Revelations 11:15-19. That is known as the Day of the Lord, as described in Zachariah 14 and also in Zephaniah Chapters 1, 2, and 3. At His return, He comes very quickly, and today scoffers fill the world in every city around the world, “…scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, ‘Where is the promise of His coming?'” 2 Peter 3:3-4 After thousands of years of people doing what they want to do and scoffing at the belief in Christ’s return, but, “…as lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.” Matthew 24:27
The only reason they won’t know is because they don’t read the Bible and they don’t want to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As followers of Jesus, we share His message, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 4:17 We share the voice of John the Baptist, “The voice of one crying in the wilderness: ‘Prepare the way of the Lord; Make His paths straight.’” Matthew 3:3
“Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Though a sinner does evil a hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that it will be well with those who fear God, who fear before Him. But it will not be well with the wicked; nor will he prolong his days, which are as a shadow, because he does not fear before God.” Ecclesiastes 8:11-13
