Isaiah 45:20-21

“Assemble yourselves and come; Draw near together, you who have escaped from the nations. They have no knowledge, who carry the wood of their carved image, and pray to a god that cannot save.” Isaiah 45:20
Who is the Spirit of the Lord speaking to when Isaiah calls for the people to assemble themselves and draw near? At that specific time, it would have been the Israelites from the kingdom of Israel who escaped the devastation coming from the invading nation of the Assyrian army years earlier. It would also include those who fled the kingdom of Judah, although the majority of those of Judah were taken captives and exiled far from Jerusalem [capital of Judah]. Jerusalem was devasted by the nation of the Babylonian Empire. Even before the nations of the Assyrians and Babylonians brought destruction, Israel was divided between the kingdom of Israel to the north [consisting of ten tribes of Israel] and the kingdom of Judah to the south [consisting of the tribe of Benjamin and Judah].
By the Spirit of the Lord, Isaiah says to those who escaped the nations that invaded them, that the idols of those invading nations have no knowledge and are not able to save. The false gods of the Assyrians were not able to save them from being conquered by the Babylonians and the false gods of the Babylonians were not able to save them from being conquered by Cyrus, the Persian. Their idols were not able to save them. Cyrus came many years after Isaiah prophesied about him coming to conquer the Babylonian Empire and to free the Israelites from their captivity to the Babylonians. The prophesy about Cyrus is given in the post on Isaiah 45:1-7.
We live in a world today where many people find their own way of escape from the nations that afflict and fill their lives with difficulties. Today’s culture, which is global, are hostile to anyone who is not part of their social network, which is global. The global “family” lives by the beast that gives them what to say, do, think, and feel and by what they are given to say and do they hurl affliction upon we who do not share their bond with the beast. We have to realize that persecution can be very subtle, as well as very brutal, because Satan disguises himself as an angel of light as he roams around like a roaring lion seeking for someone to devour, “Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works…your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” 2 Corinthians 11:14-15, 2 Peter 5:8
The Lord says to all of us who are downtrodden, “Assemble yourselves and come; Draw near together…”. We assemble and draw together through the Spirit, not necessarily physically, to hear the word of the Lord, to hear the words of the Holy Bible. The Lord wants us to know that those of today’s culture, which is global, have no knowledge. They serve the beast that empowers them with uncanny knowledge and heightened intuition, they even boast in their attitude and behavior, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” Revelations 13:4 However, they have no knowledge that they are the fulfillment of Bible prophecy and that they are the culture of the government of the beast. They have no knowledge of the wrath of God’s judgment that comes upon them, even though they see global warming which is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9. They do not know that they will face a judgment beyond the grave and be condemned to eternal Hell.
Today’s culture serves the beast that cannot save them. Salvation comes from the Cross where Jesus Christ forgives sin, ignorance, arrogance, and unbelief. There has been a change in my life since the word of God began to be the lamp on my feet and the light on my pathway. I truly feel reborn by coming apart from today’s culture to be set apart for God, through Jesus Christ, in the presence of the Holy Spirit. “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” Revelations 7:10 You know you have the Holy Spirit when you do not speak against Jesus and you say that He is Lord, “Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12:3
Our Lord Jesus Christ says, “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and will not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” John 5:24
Today’s culture of the beast does not know that the power center of the beast, the power center of their false god, will be plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. When that happens, that will be the end of all the empowerment given to them by the beast. Global warming is in the world and is instrumental in bringing the collapse of the power center of the beast. Global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9. The Battle of Armageddon comes in the Sixth Plague of Revelations 16:11-16 , which brings the destruction of this present world system. The false god of the beast is not able to save them. Our Lord Jesus returns in combination with the Seventh Trumpet of Revelations 11:15-19 and the Seventh Plague of Revelations 17:21. The Day of the Lord is described in Zachariah 14 and also Zephaniah chapters 1, 2, and 3.
Below is a list of four posts on the false god of this world.
“Tell and bring forth your case; Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has declared this from ancient time?
Who has told it from that time? Have not I, the Lord? And there is no other God besides Me, a just God and a Savior;
There is none besides Me.:” Isaiah 45:21
Isaiah encouraged those who escaped the destruction of invading nations to bring forth their case and bring all of their counsel together. The Lord wants people to examine His word to see that what He says He will do. Isaiah was specifically speaking about the prophecy of Cyrus. Cyrus was called by name as the one the Lord would raise up to defeat the Babylonian Empire and to release the Israelites from captivity to the Babylonians, “Thus says the Lord to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held—To subdue nations before him…Who call you by your name…” Isiah 45:1, 3 The Lord declared years before the birth of Cyrus that Cyrus would come to fulfill the prophecy. Only the Living God could declare such a thing. “Who has told it from that time? Have not I, the Lord? And there is no other God besides Me, a just God and a Savior; There is none besides Me.”
From ancient times, the Living God spoke through the prophets concerning the coming of Christ, the Savior of the world. “Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin will conceive and bear a Son, and will call His name Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14 That prophecy was fulfilled at the birth of our Lord Jesus, “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” Matthew 1:18-23
“Who has declared this from ancient time? Who has told it from that time? Have not I, the Lord? And there is no other God besides Me, a just God and a Savior; There is none besides Me.:”
Also, the post on Daniel 12:4-10 provides a checklist of fulfilled prophecies, 1) Has knowledge been increased nowadays? Yes. 2) Are many people traveling? Yes. 3) Has God’s people been scattered? Yes. 4) Does the wise understand the book of Daniel? Yes.
Below is a list of fulfilled prophecy since the 1940s;
- 1940s: Airplanes are mentioned in Daniel 8:5-7. The ability to travel overseas by airplane is related to the ushering in of the global system of the beast. Airplanes capable of flying overseas began around 1920’s, but the airplanes talked about in Daniel 8 were created around 1940 [related to WW2].
- 1945: The global government of the United Nations was established immediately after WW2, which brought the government of the beast with it, as described in Daniel 8 and also Revelation 17.
- 1945 thereabouts. The beast that has power over physiology to give people what to think, feel, do, and say is here. That beast gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking/living through people in every city around the world. The masses of the global culture are groomed to the mark, number, name of the beast by what they say and do. That is described in Revelation 13. That beast is the power center of the global government of the beast.
The only place this is mentioned is in the Bible, so of course there are no public records of its beginnings. This is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 The “him” in this verse is the “man of sin”. Click here for a post on the “man of sin”. “….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets, ‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’” Revelations 2:24-25 - 1948: The Jewish people have been gathered to the State of Israel in 1948, where God unleashes the fury of His judgment on them, as described in Ezekiel 22:19-20, Ezekiel 36:22, and Ezekiel 20:34.
- 1950s through 1970s: The seven continents were not discovered until research revealed them through the 1950s and 1970s. The beast, in the book of Revelations, is known to be on seven continents involving ten kingdoms [making it a global presence]. We are living in the days of the global presence of the beast.
- 1988 or thereabouts: Global warming is here and is the Fourth Plagued mentioned in Revelation 16:8-9. The more powerful the United Nations becomes as the one world government the hotter and more intense the effects of global warming becomes. Global warming is instrumental in destroying the power center of the beast [Fifth Plague], rendering the world government and its global culture powerless. At this time, the beast with power over physiology to give people what to think, feel, say, and do will not be functioning. That leads to the Battle of Armageddon in the Sixth Plague, followed by the Day of the Lord and the return of Jesus Christ. Click for a full post on the Seven Plagues.
- 2025: The President of the United States signed into law a bill to make the USA the “crypto-capital” of the world, called the “GENIUS Act”. This lays the foundation for the cashless society. Click here for an article on the signing of the “GENIUS” ACT. “For before these days, there were no wages for man nor any hire for beast; There was no peace from the enemy for whoever went out or came in; For I set all men, everyone, against his neighbor.” Zechariah 8:10 The phrase, “for before these days”, refers to the days leading up to global tribulation. Click here for a post on Zachariah 8:10.
- Also, Jesus Christ has come in the flesh 2000 years ago to fulfill the prophecies of the Bible.
- Today’s global government of the beast, operating through the United Nations, is the last government this planet will ever know. None other will come after it. Today’s world system ushers in global warming [Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9], the Battle of Armageddon [Sixth Plague of Revelations 16:12-17] the Day of the Lord as described in Zachariah 14, the return of Jesus Christ [Seventh trumpet of Revelations 11:15-18]. “Who has declared this from ancient time? Who has told it from that time? Have not I, the Lord? And there is no other God besides Me, a just God and a Savior; There is none besides Me.:”
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’
I am coming soon.
Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.’”
