“O Lord, be gracious to us; We have waited for You. Be our arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble.” Isaiah 33:2

I gave my life to Jesus Christ in 1979, but I have gone through the “terrible twos” and “teenage” rebellion, but through it all He has been gracious to me, always there with arms wide open to draw me closer to Him. He is truly an arm to me every morning, helping me to do according to the Lord’s will day-by-day. He is my Salvation in the times of trouble, difficulties, and afflictions that come through those of this world. I have learned to walk with confidence through Jesus Christ, and no longer able to be devastatingly shamed by today’s culture, as quoted, “For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:11-13 The day I am waiting for, as is all followers of Jesus Christ, is the day of His return. “For they will not be ashamed who wait for Me.” Isaiah 49:23

Part of my growth in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ was to come to the awareness that those of this world have special abilities. Which I have never had. I was in the age of my later fifties when I began to realize that people know things and are extremely capable of doing the jobs that they do. I began to realize that people have heightened intuition about what will or will not happen. They have uncanny knowledge to know things. They have extraordinary skills and talents, amazing physical abilities, uncanny authority over others etc. But they also do nothing to help those who aren’t uniquely empowered. And they are treacherous towards those who are not part of their social network. By the Holy Spirit, I knew I wanted nothing to do with them because of their hostility to specific individuals. And as a follower of Jesus Christ, I know they are very negative and disapproving of my belief in God the Creator. They are very put-off when I talk about Jesus Christ and they frown on the decency of living in the presence of the Holy Spirit. While they live by a different sort of light and awareness, I have found Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Word made flesh, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalms 119:105

Any person living for Christ Jesus knows the afflictions and hardships we are routinely put through in this world. We are living in the time when the beast is present in this world that has power over physiology to give people what to say, do, think, and feel. By what those of today’s culture are given to say and do, they oppose belief in God, criticize the Gospel of Christ, and are hostile to the decency within the presence of the Holy Spirit. We thank our Lord for His grace and for being gracious to us in these difficult times. We are waiting for His return, which He lets us know He is preparing to come. Global warming is here and is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9. He helps us with His arm every morning by the presence of the Holy Spirit, our Comforter and Helper. He is truly our Salvation in these dark, cold, and loveless times. Jesus keeps us from falling deeply into the traps of those who are uncannily empowered within their physiology and mean to lead people down a destructive path.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.” John 3:16-19

“At the noise of the tumult the people will flee; When You lift Yourself up, the nations will be scattered;” Isaiah 33:3

When our Lord Jesus rises up, the global government of the beast and its global culture will experience the noise of a tumult, and they will seek somewhere to flee. The nations will be scattered. Today’s culture, which is global, will not always be empowered with uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, extraordinary skills, etc. The power center of the beast, that empowers them, will be plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. That is a day of lawlessness and tumult as people will be seeking to escape the chaos around them. The nations will be powerless, no longer united by the beast in their purpose, no longer united in their thoughts, words, behaviors, and feelings. The nations will truly be scattered.

“And Your plunder will be gathered like the gathering of the caterpillar; as the running to and fro of locusts, He will run upon them.” Isaiah 33:4

The Lord will plunder the global culture like how a swarm of locusts devour a land or like how caterpillars gather when they relentlessly feed. That is describing the gathering of the nations to the Battle of Armageddon of the Sixth Plague , as described in Revelations 16:12-16. That comes after the power center of the beast is plunged into darkness, mentioned in the paragraph above. “Therefore wait for Me,” says the Lord, “Until the day I rise up for plunder; My determination is to gather the nations to My assembly of kingdoms, to pour on them My indignation, all My fierce anger; All the earth will be devoured with the fire of My jealousy.” Zephaniah 3:8
