Destruction for the global culture of the beast.

Isaiah 15:5-9

“My heart will cry out for Moab; His fugitives will flee to Zoar, like a three-year-old heifer. For by the Ascent of Luhith they will go up with weeping; For in the way of Horonaim they will raise up a cry of destruction, for the waters of Nimrim will be desolate, for the green grass has withered away; The grass fails, there is nothing green.” Isaiah 15:5-6

In the Spirit of the Lord, Isaiah’s heart cries out for Moab in deep anguish concerning their hostile ways towards the Israelites. Moab’s intentions to harm the Israelites brings the wrath of God’s judgment on them. That is like every Believer who cries out for today’s atheistic culture whose end will be by the wrath of God’s judgment. “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

On the map below is seen the places mentioned in the verses above. They are boarder cities that the population of Moab fled to in order to escape the devastation coming to them. Around the time of the Battle of Armageddon [Revelations 16:12-17], just before the return of Jesus Christ, the global population will be looking for safe cities from the lawlessness in the world.

They flee to “Zoar” like a three-year-old heifer. When a heifer cries out, it’s a loud howling of distress. A three-year-old heifer is also full of vigor and “owns the world” so to speak. That describes the nature of the global culture of the beast just before our Lord Jesus returns. Today, they live by the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel, They are full of vigor and the world is theirs, as they declare in their attitude, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” Revelations 13:4 When our Lord Jesus prepares to return, they will be crying out with a deep howling of distress.

At Luhith was a steep rugged ascent, not an easy climb at all, and they go there weeping. The global government and its global culture are facing a steep rugged ascent in realizing their earthly Garden of Eden. Around the time of the return of our Lord Jesus, they will be crying over their continuing rugged and steep ascent. Global warming is in the world, which is making the ascent to an earthly Paradise extremely difficult. Global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9.

Horonaim is where the people raise up a cry of destruction. The name means “two caves”, places where the inhabitants of Moab fled to escape the devastation coming to them. Around the time of the Day of the Lord, the global population will be looking for places of safety from the lawlessness and destruction of the planet, seeking to hide in “caves”.

The waters of Nimrim was a place of Moab that was vital for living, watered the land of Moab, and made the land fertile. However, in the day that the Moabites were fleeing their destruction, the waters were desolate and dried up. The land was no longer fertile but withered away, nothing green at all. Around the Day of the Lord, this planet will be totally ravished, not able to adequately sustain life. The Water of life, Jesus Christ, will have been dried up by atheism, by those choosing to serve the beast that waters them with what to speak, do, think, and feel. The Water of the Holy Spirit and belief in God depleted. However, the power center of the beast will be plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. The waters of the global culture be desolate, dried up, and nothing will grow for the government of the beast.

“Therefore the abundance they have gained, and what they have laid up, they will carry away to the Brook of the Willows.” Isaiah 15:7

The Brook of Willows [River Zered on the map above] was located to the southern border of Moab, marking the boundary with Edom. The Moabites were trying to escape their destruction with every worldly possession they owned. Today’s culture lives for materialism, which is the way of the beast they serve, to live for earthly benefits and reject the eternal rewards given through Christ Jesus. In the Day of the Lord, earthly possessions will not save them. The global economy collapses in Revelations 18. The Christ, Jesus, says, “In that day, he who is on the housetop, and his goods are in the house, let him not come down to take them away.” Luke 17:31

“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6: 19-21

“For the cry has gone all around the borders of Moab, its wailing to Eglaim and its wailing to Beer Elim.” Isaiah 15:8

The borders of Moab is where the population of Moab fled to in order to escape the devastation of Moab. All around the borders of Moab was the crying and wailing of the Moabites. On the Day of the Lord, every city around the world will be filled with the crying and wailing of the global culture of the beast. “Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.” Revelations 1:7

“For the waters of Dimon will be full of blood; Because I will bring more upon Dimon, lions upon him who escapes from Moab, and on the remnant of the land.” Isaiah 15:9

Dimon/Dibon is on the northern border of Moab, and can be seen on the map above. The waters of Dimon will be turned to blood, which is exactly what happens to today’s culture just before the return of Jesus Christ, “Then the third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood.” Revelations 16:4 “And the winepress was trampled outside the city, and blood came out of the winepress, up to the horses’ bridles, for one thousand six hundred furlongs.” Revelations 14:20

Dimon, also known as Dibon, was the place of a temple of the false god of Moab, as quoted “He has gone up to the temple and Dibon, to the high places to weep.” Isaiah 15:2 That false god represents the beast that sets in the temple of God, our body, as if it is God. That is done by giving people what to speak, do, think, and feel. The waters of the beast will be full of blood. That is the beast “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Click here for a post on that.

The blood comes to the global government of the beast and its global culture because in the wrath of the Lord’s judgment, He brings “lions” upon them, “lions” of lawlessness. None will be left in the Day of the Lord, at the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. not a single remnant of those who deny God, rejects Jesus Christ, and mocks the presence of the Holy Spirit.

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25
, 3:1
