All who make wages will be troubled of soul

Isaiah 19:5-10

“The waters will fail from the sea, and the river will be wasted and dried up.” Isaiah 19:5

Water is essential for life, from everything we eat to everything we drink. The seas, oceans, and rivers are also essential for transporting needed resources across the globe. All of that will fail, and the global economy of the beast will collapse [as seen in the coming verses]. Click for a post on the collapse of the global economy from Revelations 18.

Also, Isaiah was speaking prophetically by the Spirit of God, using Egypt to speak a message to all of us today. From the Mediterranean Sea, the Nile would dry up. But keep in mind that the Nile flows north into the Sea [unlike other rivers], not the Sea flowing into the Nile. To this day, the Nile flows north. The waters would fail beginning from where the Nile flows into the Sea, and the Nile itself would be wasted and dried up.

Today, we associate the waters with the Water of Life, Jesus Christ. Under the global government of the beast, the Water of Life fails from flowing into the sea of the global population. Without the Christ, whose name is Jesus, the Holy Spirit quits flowing and lawlessness overwhelms every city around the world. People reject Jesus, and the presence of the Holy Spirit, in order to serve the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel. In that atheistic global culture, the Holy Spirit is taken away and it is He who restrains lawlessness, “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” 2 Thessalonians 2:5-8 Click for a post on the “lawless one”.

The drying up of the waters is also associated with bringing the Battle of Armageddon of Revelations 16:12-17, “The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East… demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world…then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.” Revelations 16:12, 14, 16

On the map below, you can see where the Nile River flows [flows north]through Egypt and empties into the Mediterranean Sea. The area of the Nile nearest to the Sea, close to where the three branches are seen, is known as the mouth of the river, or the delta. The distance from the Nile’s delta to the Mediterranean coast is approximately 10-20 miles, with the Nile’s total length being about 4,135 miles.

“The rivers will turn foul; The brooks of defense will be emptied and dried up; The reeds and rushes will wither. The papyrus reeds by the River, by the mouth of the River, and everything sown by the River, will wither, be driven away, and be no more.” Isaiah 19:6-7

The “brooks of defense” refers to using waterways to defend against enemy invasions. When the Lord brings the wrath of His judgment upon the global government of the beast, the global culture will have no means of defense. That will be a day when they are no longer empowered with uncanny knowledge, nor heightened intuition, nor extraordinary skills and abilities, nor uncanny authority over others, nor fabricated emotional responses, nor amazing physical abilities, etc. The global culture becomes powerless when the power center of the beast is plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. Their brooks of defense will be emptied and dried up.

The rivers will turn foul refers to the a flow of spiritual “poison” that creates a population infested with demons, “She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.” Revelations 18:2

Also, the foul rivers of water will be brought upon the global government of the beast in the events of the third trumpet, “Then the third angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.” Revelations 8:10-11 Click for a post on Revelations 8. Also in the third plague, “Then the third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood. And I heard the angel of the waters saying; You are righteous, O Lord, the One who is and who was and who is to be, because You have judged these things. Everything the rivers provide for economic prosperity, agricultural fertility, drinking water, cooking water, bathing water, restaurants, and hospitals, etc. will be tainted, and fresh water will be scarce, “The papyrus reeds by the River, by the mouth of the River, and everything sown by the River, will wither, be driven away, and be no more.”

“The fishermen also will mourn; all those will lament who cast hooks into the River, and they will languish who spread nets on the waters.” Isaiah 19:8

When the Lord brings collapse to the global economy of the beast, it comes through the catastrophe coming to the oceans, commercial fishing, trade across the oceans, etc., as quoted, “For in one hour such great riches came to nothing.’ Every shipmaster, all who travel by ship, sailors, and as many as trade on the sea, stood at a distance and cried out when they saw the smoke of her burning…’ Revelations 18:17-18 Click for a post on the collapse of the global economy from Revelations 18.

“Moreover those who work in fine flax and those who weave fine fabric will be ashamed…” Isaiah 19:9

When the Lord brings collapse to the global economy of the beast, it comes through the catastrophe coming to the global resources of the earth, as quoted, “The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes anymore— cargoes of gold, silver, precious stones and pearls; fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet cloth; every sort of citron wood, and articles of every kind made of ivory, costly wood, bronze, iron and marble; cargoes of cinnamon and spice, of incense, myrrh and frankincense, of wine and olive oil, of fine flour and wheat; cattle and sheep; horses and carriages; and human beings sold as slaves. “They will say, ‘The fruit you longed for is gone from you. All your luxury and splendor have vanished, never to be recovered.’ The merchants who sold these things and gained their wealth from her will stand far off, terrified at her torment. They will weep and mourn and cry out: “‘Woe! Woe to you, great city, dressed in fine linen, purple and scarlet, and glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls!
In one hour such great wealth has been brought to ruin!’” Revelations 18:11-17

“And its foundations will be broken. All who make wages will be troubled of soul.” Isaiah 19:10

The foundations of the global government of the beast will be broken, beginning with the power center of the beast being plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. With that loss of power, the global economy is devastated, by land and sea. Everyone who makes wages will be troubled in soul, meaning inflation would be so astronomically high that money would be worthless. All who make wages will be troubled of soul. All who makes wages would be those who would be able to buy and sell in those days. They are those who live for the beast that gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through people everywhere. That beast has power over physiology to give people what to speak, do, think, and feel. By what they are given to say and do, they are groomed to the mark, name, number of the beast.

In the days of Isaiah, there were no words in their vocabulary to be able to speak of a digital currency, and certainly not about a cashless society with an economy based on digital currency. For that reason, we can interpret wages, money, etc. to be anything that enables a person to buy or sell. “They will throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will be like refuse; Their silver and their gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord; They will not satisfy their souls, nor fill their stomachs, because it became their stumbling block of iniquity.” Ezekiel 7:19 Click for the full chapter of Ezekiel 7. The cashless society, rooted in the government of the beast, becomes the stumbling block of iniquity.

Today, we see how the global economy is moving towards digital currency, which is programmable to control what is bought and sold. There will be no cash, just digital credits that are placed on a card, computer, etc. designed specifically for each individual’s identity. When the power center of the beast is plunged into darkness, that will pretty much put the system of the digital currency offline.
