Often, I use parable-like stories to make a point, to avoid directly confronting the person to whom the parable is intended. For example, there was a person who routinely would do acts of kindness for me, but the end result ended up undoing the gratitude that should blossom from me. Like offering to make a grocery shopping trip but the products bought are not the desirable ones. Once, while standing on the porch by the flower bed, there was a plant withering away. I pointed to it and told her that the person who planted it (not her) did it as an act of kindness, but the mud from the leaking gutter would fall on it and made the act of kindness fruitless. I could sense she knew I was talking about her, but instead of precariously opening that can of worms she said something like, “such a shame.”
- The secrets of the Word of God are known to the followers of Jesus Christ.
- The Gospel seed is stolen out of hearts by today’s social network.
- Trials are created towards new Believers to steal the joy and cut the roots in Christ.
- Money, possessions, and physical comforts choke out the Gospel seed.
- A fruitful heart is rooted in Jesus Christ
The secrets of the Word of God are known to the followers of Jesus Christ. Jesus often spoke parables to large crowds of people, “And when a great multitude had gathered, and they had come to Him from every city, He spoke by a parable…” Luke 8:4 To people with an unreceptive heart, God’s word is a parable to them, but they know it means more than what they are seeing and hearing.
Jesus spoke the obvious in His parables without explaining the “moral of the story.” For example, everyone knew how to sow seeds, so it was unusual for Him to tell them not to sow seed on a rock. Their curiosity was peaked as to what He was talking about, but would that curiosity enable the seed of the parable to be implanted in the good soil of their heart? Or would the secret of the Kingdom of God always be a parable to them due to their unreceptive attitude?
After hearing the Word of God, it is our curiosity within the Holy Spirit that brings us to Jesus Christ. That is a receptive heart which will blossom with the fruit of God’s Word. The disciples of Jesus had that curiosity and went to Him for the deeper meaning of His parables. The Holy Bible can only be interpreted through Jesus Christ, and through no other.
As followers of Christ, we look to Him for interpretation of His word, “Then His disciples asked Him, saying, “What does this parable mean?” Luke 8:9 The spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus as written in Revelation 19:10, which means once we live in His Spirit, we see how to interpret the garden of the world. “And He said, “To you it has been given to know the secret of the kingdom of God, but to the rest it is given in parables, that ‘Seeing they may not see, and hearing they may not understand.’” Luke 8:10 The rest closes their mind and heart to the Spirit of Christ, but we want to learn the secret things of the Spirit.
The Gospel seed is stolen out of hearts by today’s social network. In telling His parable, Jesus stated the obvious without putting any special meaning to it, for example, some of the seeds that are planted might not make it to its destination. That is something every farmer knows, so I’m sure they are wondering what the “moral of the story” is, but without Jesus there is no “moral to the story.”
“A sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some fell by the wayside; and it was trampled down, and the birds of the air devoured it.” Luke 8:5 It is only through Jesus Christ that we understand that the sowers are we who share His Gospel. We also understand that the communities of today are dominated by those who are plucking the teachings of the Bible from their social network and trampling Christianity down. There is even a thing that has power over physiology to devour the Gospel seeds from our thoughts, hearts, feelings, and behaviors. It enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people and destroys the seed of the Gospel. The garden growing in this world is blossoming with people who are planted in their row, or their place in life. They are planted by their signpost as they are groomed to the mark of the beast.
While the non-spiritual world does not understand the parables in the Spirit, Jesus Christ explains His Word to Believers. After Jesus spoke the parable, He explained the meaning to His disciples privately, ““Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.” Luke 8:11-12 Those of the “democratic” society of the beast pluck away the Gospel seed lest people believe and come to God through Jesus Christ.
Trials are created towards new Believers to steal the joy and cut the roots in Christ. Again, Jesus states an obvious fact about sowing seed that anyone would know, roots do not grow through a rock. Jesus does not provide an interpretation to the masses because their heart is that rock. “Some fell on rock; and as soon as it sprang up, it withered away because it lacked moisture.” Luke 8:6 Most of us know that as soon as we mention the Lord Jesus, people shut the conversation down. Most of the time, we just think about mentioning the Gospel and already the people around us do not allow us to speak a word. When people do receive the testimony of Jesus, someone is right there to make their life difficult to discourage them away from Jesus.
The heart of rock is in those who blaspheme God, discard the need for Jesus Christ, and trample on the Holy Spirit. Their life is devoted to the thing which gives them their thoughts, words, behaviors, and feelings as they attack the softness that moisturizes the seed of the Gospel of Jesus. They intend to rob the joy and to create trials to those who believe in God through Jesus, and to cut off the roots which grow in Him. Jesus Christ explains that privately to His disciples, as quoted here, “But the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of trials fall away.” Luke 8:13
Money, possessions, and physical comforts choke out the Gospel seed. Jesus continues to state the obvious without providing an interpretation to the masses, which is that seeds do not grow well among the thorns. “And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up with it and choked it.” Luke 8:7
The communities of today are founded on the thorny ground of money, possessions, and physical comforts. It is a social network of humanism empowered by the thing which forms thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. Materialism is given as rewards for their citizens but is withheld from those who oppose their “democratic” society. People abandon Jesus Christ because of a lack of any way to provide for themselves and loved ones. They are destitute with minimal financial and material resources, on top of having few physical comforts. They are coerced to abandon the testimony of Jesus to join the broad way of mainstream society. Jesus privately explains that to His followers, “Now the ones that fell among thorns are those who, when they have heard, go out and are choked with cares, riches, and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to maturity.” Luke 8:14
A fruitful heart is rooted in Jesus Christ. Again, Jesus states the obvious that when seed is planted in good soil it will blossom and bring a lot of fruit. Instead of giving an interpretation, He says that those who have ears to hear will understand. That understanding only comes through Jesus Christ.
The only way the Bible can be understood, and the only way we can blossom with the fruit of the Holy Spirit, is through Jesus Christ. Hearing the Word of God doesn’t come by hearing the thing that has power over physiology to give a person uncanny knowledge and heightened intuition. It blasphemes the Holy Spirit and discards the need for Jesus.
The good seed grows in a receptive and curious heart, “But others fell on good ground, sprang up, and yielded fruit a hundredfold.” When He had said these things He cried, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” Luke 8:8 The seed in the good soil is the heart of a person who reads the Word of God in the Spirit of Jesus, and who understands the Bible according to who Jesus is. Their life is abundantly filled with the fruit of His Word in the process of persevering during the affliction from those who oppose the teachings of the Bible. As Jesus explains privately to his disciples, “But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience.” Luke 8:15
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11

It really is encouraging to hear someone, you, talk with a lot of understanding (I’m also referring to the posts I read of yours) I still think of you as the unmarried Prophetess. Thank you, Jesus.
