Children and Parents, Employees and Employers

Ephesians 6:1-9

The family and the workplace structure has changed significantly from the time when I was brought up. I’m a 1959 Baby Boomer who still remembers the roots that the Gospel of Christ had in the family structure and at the workplace. Nowadays, it’s almost a crime to talk about Jesus Christ to the younger generations, and it’s certainly taboo to lift up the banner of Christ at the workplace. This unGodly age encourages a person to lift up the standards of the thing that has power over physiology and can form emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Children are encouraged to live by the mark of the beast and the workplace culture requires it. Parenting is very difficult in this divided country full of conflict, and the workplace isn’t any better.

  • Children are to Obey Parents.
  • Fathers not to Provoke Children.
  • Employees to Respect Employers.
  • Employers to Respect Employees.

Children are to Obey Parents.

“Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
Honour your father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
That it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.”
Ephesians 6:1-3

Obeying parents was just the thing to do when I was growing up. It seemed like everyone was neighborly and the world was a safe place to be. The doors were left opened, neighbors and relatives were free to walk right in for a visit. Things were well on the earth. About the time I reached age eleven everyone was beginning to shut doors and the neighbors would call before coming over. Today, not only are doors locked but they are locked with security locks and security cameras added for more security. Somewhere along the line the children left the teachings founded in the Bible. These are also the days when the Godly family structure has been sabotaged by the thing that has power over physiology and can form thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It works within children as they are known for being extraordinarily informative, intuitive, “wise,” and have astonishing behaviors. It also opposes the Gospel of Christ which puts children in opposition to Christian parents.

The schools that the children attend make it very difficult for children to be obedient to Christ-centered parents. They are taught to recognize non-binary pronouns. They are taught to search for their true identity because a born male might be a female inwardly and a born female might be a male inwardly. They are taught sex education which makes casual sex a normal occurrence for the “human animal”. They are taught to demand abortion rights, gay rights, transgender rights, etc. They are taught history through “critical race theory,” and scientific theory of creation is encouraged over accepting God as the Creator. When children come home from a day of school, their learning experience has put them at odds with Godly parents.

These are evil times that we live in where the world lives by the mark of the beast. It opposes obedience to Godly parents and influences children against the Bible. Jesus Christ said in Luke 23:29 ‘Blessed are the childless women, the wombs that never bore and the breasts that never nursed!’

Fathers not to Provoke Children.

“And, you fathers, provoke not your children to wrath:
but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.”
Ephesians 6:4

Many parents have a grudge against this present system that has marginalized them or otherwise have taken their US Constitutional rights away from them. They detest this system that operates through the mark of the beast. Parents are suspected of provoking their children to act out against the system of government. Today, parents are being held accountable for the crimes of their children as authorities are accusing parents of provoking their children to wrath. It is a common practice nowadays to include parents into the investigation of their children who commit school shootings. Parents are doing jail time for the crimes committed by their children.

This is from ABC News and are statistics in the United States, “Stunning annual crime statistics compiled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) show that between 2013 and 2018 (the most recent year for which complete data is available), at least 30,467 children under the age of 10 were arrested in the United States. And the numbers skyrocket for children between the ages of 10 to 12 with 266,321 arrested during the same six-year time span, according to the data.”

Those who live for Jesus Christ want nothing more than to bring up their children in the teachings of the Bible. Yet, there is the thing that discards Jesus Christ, tramples on the Holy Spirit, and requires everyone to treat it as God. These are dark and evil times under the rule of the mark of the beast.

Employees to Respect Employers.
My own personal job experiences teach me that living for the Gospel of Jesus Christ is asking to be used like a work mule. I related to my employers with kindness and goodwill and in return was treated with spite. Everything that I did for my employers was to maintain myself in the Spirit of Christ. I didn’t complain, didn’t grumble, didn’t slack in my responsibilities, went above and beyond normal requirements (such as constantly being called in on my days off). It is not that I was seeking a sainthood reward, I was just refusing to be mean-spirited and a disgruntled worker and I “whistled as I worked.”

My Christian work ethic was constantly met with hostility. Even when there was no supervisor around, especially during “graveyard” shift, I always put in 100%. Ironically, I was constantly accused of being lazy and never wanting to work. Even though they were hostile to my love for the Gospel teachings, I did my work with goodwill in my heart. I was believing what is written, that whatever good thing I do, I will receive the same from the Lord.

Those who rule by the mark of the beast only recognizes one form of allegiance, and that is allegiance to the thing that has power over physiology and is able to form emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Christian employees are not rewarded for their respect for employers and will never be the “employee of the month.” These are evil times that we live in that sets the mark of the beast up as God while tossing aside Christianity and the Holy Spirit. The persecution of Christians is taking place today for simply doing what is written below,

“Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh,
with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ,
doing the will of God from the heart;
With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man does, the same will he receive of the Lord,
whether he be bond or free.”
Ephesians 6:5-8

Employers to Respect Employees.

“And, you masters, do the same things to them, forbearing threatening:
knowing that your Master also is in heaven;
neither is there respect of persons with Him.”
Ephesians 6:9

I’ve seen some schoolteachers who had the full attention of their classroom and I saw others who couldn’t keep control of their students. That includes all students from pre-school to high school. The teachers who were very respectful to their students according to the Spirit of Christ had very unmanageable students. Even in those difficult times, the Christian teacher did not threaten the students nor were hostile to them in any way. In contrast, the teachers who discarded the Gospel of Christ had the undivided attention of the students. One was honoring God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit when teaching. The other was following the thing that forms thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, which is living by the mark of the beast. Even so, the one that matters is the Lord in Heaven who will judge us according to His judgment.

Those who rule by the mark of the beast takes control of the workplace by having things run smoothly when it is followed and disrupts the workplace when the mark is rejected. That means those who live for the testimony of Jesus Christ are afflicted by the chaos within their ranks until they are demoted from the place of authority. In contrast, those who live by the mark of the beast are seated in places of authority by the cooperation of those they manage.

These are evil times that we live in today as the teachings of the Bible are blasphemed and mocked. The mark of the beast has been set up as the ultimate authority in all things. The persecution of Christians is taking place at the workplace, in schools, and in the homes. These are the days of the fulfillment of Bible prophecy as revealed in Daniel, the Revelation, Matthew 24, Ezekiel, etc. Jesus Christ is returning soon for all those who believe in their heart and say with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord. Jesus is the Lord of all lords.

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25
, 3:11

  1. You are definitely right and we see results of removing God, prayer, Bible and authority to appropriate discipline children. The world’s motto is to remove God from schools but allow in prisons since there is where some are heading. We live in a world where anything goes but not in my childhood; thank
    God. In the third grade my teacher told me to stop talking in class but I refused. I hand-carried my own referral to the principal, got a spanking in appropriate place with female staff present. Today, 50+ years later, I still cherish his action and stayed with me through college. I learned in school to talk by raising my hand and allow the teacher to acknowledge me.

    Today, principals would properly be fired, or charges brought against them. I see two many articles today about child hitting teacher, and recently a five and six year old beat their teacher and put her in the hospital. 🥲🥲🥲🥲 Remove God and we get a world like the first one He destroyed.

    1. In today’s world, I wouldn’t want my children, if I had children, to be spanked for bringing up something in the classroom that I taught them at home as a Christian parent. As Christians, we want children to grow up in Jesus Christ.
