The two rods of Beauty and Bonds are broken and the global rise of the foolish shepherd appears.

Opening the doors of sin and destruction brings the collapse of the global culture.

“Open your doors, O Lebanon, that fire may devour your cedars. Wail, O cypress, for the cedar has fallen, because the mighty trees are ruined. Wail, O oaks of Bashan, for the thick forest has come down. There is the sound of wailing shepherds! For their glory is in ruins. There is the sound of roaring lions! For the pride of the Jordan is in ruins.” Zachariah 11:1-3

Today’s culture lives by the unwritten law that their doors must remain shut. They keep the doors shut to the Holy Spirit, shut to the repentance of sin through Jesus Christ, and shut to belief in God the Creator. When those doors are kept shut, life is given to the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel. Behind those closed doors are dark actions against others, the deep secrets of Satan, “….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets, ‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’” Revelations 2:24-25 Those who live for the beast love the darkness, “And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.” John 3:19

Those who keep their doors shut to the Holy Spirit are filled with the blood of the saints, “I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement.” Revelations 17:6 “Then [the beast] opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.” Revelations 13:6

When Jesus Christ returns, those doors are going to be opened to reveal the atrocities committed by the global government of the beast and its global culture. On that day, the wrath of God’s judgment will be unleashed to bring an end to this world’s system. Fire will devour the highest, strongest, and most prominent of the global culture. The mighty “tress” of the global government will be ruined. The “thick forest” of the population of the global culture will come to nothing. The “wailing shepherds” are the leaders and guides of the global culture. There will be chaos, and lawlessness like a roaring lion all across the world. The mighty flow of the river of the culture of the beast will be in ruins. That is the day that the power center of the beast is plunged into darkness, as described in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11.

The congregation of the fallen church is fed for the slaughter and global tribulation approaches.

“Thus says the Lord my God, “Feed the flock for slaughter, whose owners slaughter them and feel no guilt; those who sell them say, ‘Blessed be the Lord, for I am rich’; and their shepherds do not pity them.” Zachariah 11:4-5

By the Spirit of the Lord, Zachariah was speaking to the leaders of the Israelites, the same as Jesus Christ spoke to the corrupt Pharisees and scribes, as described in Matthew 23. And the same as the Lord speaks to the Jewish people of today. They feed their flock [congregation] with everything except the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They make their converts two times the children of hell as themselves, “For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.” Matthew 23:15 The leaders of the congregation are the “owners” of the flock, a flock being led to the slaughter, and the leaders have no guilt in doing so. The flock being led astray feel rich emotionally, but they are like fatted sheep led to the slaughterhouse. By uplifting and feel-good words, the flock is lead astray, “…by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple”, Romans 16:18 Those who lead them to the slaughter feels no pity for them.

The leaders of the manmade churches of today have abandoned the Gospel of Jesus Christ to form a partnership with the community agenda, “And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ” Matthew 15:9 The churches have become an extension of the culture of the beast. The leaders are feeding their congregation for the slaughter, teaching them to feed on the beast that has power over physiology to give them what to speak, do, think, and feel. The leaders over them feel no guilt in what they are doing, “…having their own conscience seared with a hot iron…” 1 Timothy 4:2 They convince their congregation that they are rich, rich in community connections, rich in human love, rich in the empowerment of the beast that gives them uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, extraordinary skills and talents, amazing physical abilities, fabricated emotions, etc. But they do not know that they are wretched, miserable, and poor in the eyes of the Lord. They deny God the Creator, reject Jesus Christ, and do not want the Holy Spirit to be part of who they are. They are being led to the slaughter of eternal hell, and no one pities them. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

“For I will no longer pity the inhabitants of the land,” says the Lord. “But indeed I will give everyone into his neighbor’s hand and into the hand of his king. They will attack the land, and I will not deliver them from their hand.” Zachariah 11:6

Who is the “king” of the land? The land is the global population, and the “king” is the beast that sets itself up as God, within the temple of God, our body. The beast sets within our body by giving people what to speak, do, think, and feel, and is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Click here for a post on that. “All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” Revelations 13:8

Because the world follows the beast instead of living for God through Jesus Christ, the Lord will no longer have pity for the global culture. There will be violence from person to person, from neighbor to neighbor. When people reject Jesus Christ, they close the door to the Holy Spirit, and when the Holy Spirit is taken out of the way, lawlessness, chaos, and violence is the result, as quoted, “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed…” 2 Thessalonians 2:6-8 People will be delivered up to the “king” for persecution, “But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues. You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.” Matthew 10:17-18

All across the globe, the land will be filled with chaos, turmoil, violence and lawlessness of all types. The global system will be under attack, and the Lord will not deliver them from each other’s hand. That will peak when the power center of the beast is plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. The global government of the beast and its global culture will be powerless to defend themselves from the lawlessness.

The staffs of Beauty and Bonds.

The Church was initially fed with the grace and unity of God through Jesus Christ.
“So I fed the flock for slaughter, in particular the poor of the flock. I took for myself two staffs: the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bonds; and I fed the flock.” Zachariah 11:7

The Bible, inspired by the Spirit of God, makes no secret that living for Him through Jesus Christ is a difficult path, “Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:14 The Holy Spirit says this, “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Romans 8:36, as quoted from Psalms 44:22

Our Lord Jesus is the Shepherd of the Sheep, and He says, “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” Matthew 5:11-12 By the Holy Spirit, Paul says, “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed in us.” Romans 8:18 This is written of the Christ, Jesus, “…though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered.” Hebrews 5:8

The Lord God leads us to the feeding pastures by two staffs, one is called Beauty and the other called Bonds. Beauty and Bonds refers to our Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ. Beauty refers to His favor, gentleness, and kindness to those who reconcile to God through Him. That refers to His grace and mercy towards us in this sin-plagued world, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9 Bonds refers to all Believers being united with God through the New Covenant, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

Nothing can separate any of us from His love, “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Romans 8:31-36

Ministers of the churches are loathed by God and He is abhorred by them.
“I dismissed the three shepherds in one month. My soul loathed them, and their soul also abhorred me.” Zachariah 11:8

God has dismissed the three corrupt shepherds the same as what He has dismissed the earthly ministers of the fallen churches. No longer are we under the ministry of earthly ministers, but now, God has made Jesus Christ the only Minister, the only Priest that we need. We are the temple of God, the temple of the Holy Spirit, and He is our one and only Minister, “Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.” Hebrews 8:1-2 “God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands.” Act s17:24

Although we don’t know the three shepherds by name, we know they discarded the word of God to feed the Israelites with lies. The Israelites were led astray, put on the pathway to eternal hell, led to the slaughter. That is the same as the Jewish people being led astray by the corrupt Pharisees, Sadducees, and scribes. Which is the same as the leaders of today’s fallen churches leading their congregation astray by encouraging them to live for the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel. The fallen churches loathe God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, and God loathes them.

Satan has his own version of the trinity, and those three are one in how they loathe God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Those three shepherd the population of the world to serve the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel. The Dragon [Satan] of Revelation 13:4, is the father of the first and second beast. Satan gives power and authority to the first beast, similar to how God gives power and authority to Jesus Christ. The first beast is mentioned in Revelations 13:1-8 and is the second member of Satan’s trinity. The second beast with two horns like a lamb is Satan’s version of the Holy Spirit and is the third member of Satan’s trinity. That beast is the subject of Revelations 13:11-17. The second beast draws everyone to serve the image of the first beast, similar to how the Holy Spirit draws people to Jesus Christ.

The church ministry of today is not fed by God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
“Then I said, “I will not feed you. Let what is dying die, and what is perishing perish. Let those that are left eat each other’s flesh.” Zachariah 11:9

When people are hardened to the Holy Spirit, they refuse to be led to the Water of Life, and refuse to be fed the Bread of Life [Jesus is the Water and Bread of Life]. God will not feed them. That is also spoken in this way, “Do not prattle,” you say to those who prophesy. So they will not prophesy to you; They will not return insult for insult.” Micah 2:6 Our Lord Jesus also says, “I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” John 9:4-5

Lawlessness comes to this world, and there will be no stopping it because the global population rejects the Holy Spirit who restrains lawlessness. What is dying, the Lord lets die, and what is perishing is left to perish. People who are left will be devouring one another in a chaotic, violent, and tumultuous world. The Apostle John, by the Spirit of God, speaks these words, “He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.” Revelations 22:11

The Beauty of God’s grace and mercy is cut in two.
“And I took my staff, Beauty, and cut it in two, that I might break the covenant which I had made with all the peoples.” Zachariah 11:10

The Lord breaks the staff of Beauty, which represents His favor, grace, mercy, gentleness, and kindness towards sinners, “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 He breaks the staff of His mercy and grace because people reject His mercy and grace that comes through Jesus Christ.

An example of the staff of Beauty being broken is when the Jewish people were broken off from His mercy and grace for their unbelief, as quoted, “You will say then, “Branches were broken off that I might be grafted in.” Well said. Because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either. Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off.” Romans 11:19-22

“For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation…Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.” Hebrews 10:26-27 , Matthew 12:31

“O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness: fear before Him, all the earth.” Psalms 96:9

“So it was broken on that day. Thus the poor of the flock, who were watching me, knew that it was the word of the Lord.” Zachariah 11:11

Today, the staff of Beauty has been broken for the culture of the beast, which is global. They choose to serve the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel instead of choosing the Christ, Jesus. They blaspheme the Holy Spirit and willfully sin in defiance and spite towards Christ Jesus. They reject His grace, mercy, and forgiveness and that is why God has broken them off from His staff of Beauty.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we are watching the hand of God working in this world through Jesus Christ. We know where the churches are in Bible prophecy because we look at where Jesus Christ is within the churches. Likewise, we know where the world is in Bible prophecy because we look at where Jesus Christ is within the world. “The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Revelation 19:10

The Bonds of God’s peace and unity are cut in two.
“Then I said to them, “If it is agreeable to you, give me my wages; and if not, refrain.” So they weighed out for my wages thirty pieces of silver. And the Lord said to me, “Throw it to the potter”—that princely price they set on me. So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them into the house of the Lord for the potter.” Zachariah 11:12-13

Zachariah wasn’t a prophet of the Lord for the money, and said that it didn’t matter whether the corrupt leaders paid him or not. If Zachariah was prophesying for financial gain, then he would have been one of them and not a prophet inspired by the Spirit of God. The corrupt leaders offered Zachariah 30 pieces of silver, which were literally the price of a slave. That shows how little they regarded his preaching and prophecies. They despised Zachariah for holding to his faith in the word of God.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we do not share our born-again experience for money, which is the Gospel of Christ written on our heart. Today’s atheistic culture belittles the worth of the ministry of the message of the Cross, and holds no more value for the testimony of Jesus Christ than the wages paid to a homeless person. The leadership of the fallen churches receive a pay check every week, and they are being paid for keeping the Gospel of Jesus Christ out while bringing people into harmony with the community culture, “And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’” Matthew 15:9

The thirty pieces of silver also reveals how little value the Jewish leadership placed on the ministry of Jesus Christ. 30 pieces of silver is the price put on His head for someone to betray Him, and Judas Iscariot was that someone, as quoted, “Then one of the Twelve—the one called Judas Iscariot—went to the chief priests and asked, “What are you willing to give me if I deliver him over to you?” So they counted out for him thirty pieces of silver. From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand him over.” Matthew 26:14-16 When Judas Iscariot betrayed our Lord Jesus Christ, he was an Apostle and had power to cast out unclean spirits, heal all kinds of sicknesses and diseases, as quoted, “And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. Now the names of the twelve apostles are these…and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him.” Matthew 10:1-2, 4

For 30 pieces of silver, Judas betrayed the Christ, Jesus, the same as the Israelites betraying Zachariah by scoffing at his preaching and prophecies by paying him like a slave. They weighed out 30 pieces of silver to pay Zachariah, the price of a slave, the same as the Jewish leaders paid Judas 30 pieces of silver to hand Jesus over to be crucified. The Lord said to Zachariah, “Throw it to the potter”—that princely price they set on me.” But first, the 30 pieces of silver was thrown into the house of the lord, for the potter, as quoted, “So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them into the house of the Lord for the potter.”

When the thirty pieces of silver were thrown into the House of the Lord, the Holy Spirit is revealing to us how spiritually wicked the fallen churches of today have become.

30 pieces of silver was the princely price they set on the Lord Jesus Christ. After Judas received, from the chief priests, the silver for the betrayal, he threw it back into the temple, “Then he threw down the pieces of silver in the temple…” Matthew 27:5 The money then went to buy the potter’s field, as quoted,  “And [the chief priests] consulted together and bought with them the potter’s field, to bury strangers in. Therefore that field has been called the Field of Blood to this day.” Matthew 27:7-8

A potter’s field was a place where potters [those who make clay pottery] would gather clay for making their pottery. It was also a burial place for the poor and unknown, reflecting the fate of the unclaimed dead. Today, the money received by the leadership of the fallen churches comes from their betrayal of the Christ, Jesus. Their clay is the congregation that they mold to favor the beast and reject Jesus. The potters within the fallen churches are those shaping the hearts and minds of the flock. They want to make the House of God, our body, the living place of the beast that forms thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. (Click here for a post on the “man of sin”) They have purchased a “potter’s field” where those dead to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are placed. That potter’s field is their congregation that has chosen to serve the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel, while betraying Jesus with a kiss.

“Then I cut in two my other staff, Bonds, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.” Zachariah 11:14

Bonds refers to the bond we have in Jesus Christ by the New Covenant, which is, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 That bond is broken when the Lord Jesus is rejected, which happened to Israel, “See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ ” Matthew 23:38-39 The Jewish people are cut off from the brotherhood of the family of Jesus Christ. Judah represents the family of Christ because Jesus is from the tribe of Judah.

The severed bond between the Jewish people and the we who believe in Jesus as the Christ and Son of God is described in this verse, “He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:11-13

Cutting in two, Bonds, also refers to how those who serve the beast are severed from Jesus Christ, and His family. As His children, Jesus calls us to break apart from today’s atheistic culture, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.” Revelations 18:4

A global shepherd arises who is cold-hearted, un-loving, and un-caring.

“And the Lord said to me, “Next, take for yourself the implements of a foolish shepherd. For indeed I will raise up a shepherd in the land who will not care for those who are cut off, nor seek the young, nor heal those that are broken, nor feed those that still stand. But he will eat the flesh of the fat and tear their hooves in pieces.” Zachariah 11:15-16

The implements of a foolish shepherd is any implementation that leads people away from belief in God the Creator, leads people away from acknowledging Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and leads people away from making the Holy Spirit part of who they are. Today, the implementation of those implements comes through the beast that has power over physiology. That beast implements its goals by governing by giving people what to speak, do, think, and feel. That beast gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through people everywhere. By what they are given to say and do, the global culture is groomed to the mark, name, number of the beast.

The foolish shepherd has been raised up in the land, the global land on all seven continents. That is the foolish shepherd of the global government that is formed through the United Nations. People are being shepherd to embrace the environment and humanity as their God, as seen through the “Sustainable Development Goals” of the United Nations. In the process, they have diluted God in their atheistic effort to fit Him into any form of worship that people choose. The need for the forgiveness of sin for all of God’s creation is scoffed at as the gospel of Jesus Christ is considered unnecessary. They do not want the Holy Spirit to be part of who people are. The United Nations was formed in 1945, immediately after World War 2, and brought the government of the beast with it, as described in Daniel 8:1-14.

The global shepherd does not care for anyone who has been cut off from the social network of the beast. They do not seek out the innocence of children, but makes sweetness bitter, and goodness evil. “But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14 The global shepherd of the beast does not heal those who are broken, but rejects the born-again experience that comes in the presence of the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ. Those who still stand for God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit…those standing outside the social network of the beast…are not fed, ignored, and neglected. That neglect comes by less than adequate health care, safety concerns, housing insecurity, a lack of social acceptance, not feeding a person’s sense of worth, and preventing a person from realizing the aspirations of who they want to be in the name of Jesus. The global shepherd of the beast will eat their flesh and tear their hooves to pieces so that they will collapse.

The global shepherd of the beast is far, very far, from the Godliness that it wants its public image to be. Jesus Christ is the Good Shepherd, and He cares for us, wants us to be part of His family, wants the children to come to Him, wants to heal the broken, and to feed those that still stand in His name. “A bruised reed He will not break, and a smoking flax He will not quench, till He sends forth justice to victory; And in His name Gentiles will trust.” Matthew 12:20-21

Our Lord Jesus says, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.” Luke 4:18-19

“Woe to the worthless shepherd, who leaves the flock! A sword will be against his arm and against his right eye; His arm will completely wither, and his right eye will be totally blinded.” Zachariah 11:17

A worthless shepherd is one that does not have a devotion to the population of those being guided. The worthless shepherd has no investment in God, Jesus, nor the Holy Spirit. The worthless shepherd is not a true shepherd as the flock is abandoned, a flock that desires the guidance of the Good Shepherd. The worthless shepherd sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep in order to serve the beast that gives what to speak, do, think, and feel concerning us Christians. The worthless shepherd is hired by the beast and is rewarded financially and in physical ways. The worthless shepherd causes the way of Christ to be disbanded and scattered. Our Lord Jesus says, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them.” John 10:11-13

The sword of the Lord will be against the worthless shepherd, to sever his arm and his right eye. The arm and right eye were very important for soldiers who carried shields and swords by their arms and peered over the shield with their right eye. Without and arm or right eye, the soldier was defenseless and would be quickly killed. The arm represents what is done for the beast and the right eye represents seeing and knowing. Today, the leaders of the fallen churches are empowered with the arm and right eye that the beast gives to them. They have the arm of extraordinary skills and talents, amazing physical abilities, and fabricated emotional responses. They have the right eye of uncanny knowledge, and heightened intuition. That arm and right eye empowers them as soldiers within the social network of the culture of beast.

The sword of the Lord comes against the arm and right eye of the beast’s soldiers when the power center of the beast is plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11. The global worthless shepherd and its global culture of the beast will be defenseless. The image of the beast will no longer be living and speaking through people. They will no longer have the empowerment of uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, extraordinary skills and talents, amazing physical abilities, uncanny authority over others, fabricated emotional responses, etc. Instead, they will be facing the Battle of Armageddon in the Sixth Plague of Revelations 16:12-18. They will be facing the Day of the Lord, as described in Zachariah 14.

The blackout of the power center of the beast follows global warming, which is the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9.
