Matthew 12

I haven’t had a decent spiritual meal at a church for years and really don’t feel a need to be involved with Sunday services. I feel more like my sense of human decency and the Spirit of Christ is muted in those “services.” It’s consistent with the presence of the beast that gives people what to speak, do, think, and feel that downplays human sentiments while eliminating the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It’s obvious that congregating inside a church building does not cause the internal government of the beast to go away. The church is as much affected by the internal control of thoughts and feelings as the rest of the world. I know that the Spirit of Jesus Christ and the Word of God is what’s important, not where I receive spiritual nutrition. Jesus Christ is Lord of Sundays, not the church. “For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.” Matthew 12:8
Of course, people of today’s churches, and their leaders, condemn those who ignore Sunday church and find other ways to feed themselves in the Spirit of Christ. “At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. His disciples were hungry and began to pick some heads of grain and eat them. When the Pharisees saw this, they said to him, “Look! Your disciples are doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath.” Matthew 12:1-2
So, Jesus brought up the fact that David (A man beloved by God) and his companions got hungry and walked into church and ate the Holy bread, which is huge no-no (Matthew 12:3). Jesus Christ is greater than the church and He said so Himself, “I tell you that something greater than the temple is here. If you had known what these words mean, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent.” Mattew 12:6-7
Normal isn’t Coming Back, Jesus Is.
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
