Hallelujah! The global system of the beast comes to an end. 

“After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God!” Revelation 19:1

“After these things” refers to the collapse of the global government of the beast, spurred on by the collapse of the global economy, which came with the events of the Seven Trumpets, the Seven Thunders, and the Seven Plagues of Revelations 16. The power center of the beast was plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11, which brought the end to the government of the beast and its global culture. Global warming, the Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9, plays a role in bringing the destruction of the power center of the beast.

The great multitude in heaven is described like this, “Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands…” Revelations 5:11 There will be great rejoicing in heaven when the government of the beast is destroyed, as they all say, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God!”

 “For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.” Revelation 19:2

The “great harlot” is described in Revelations 17, which speaks about the formation of the global government of the beast.

Christians will be persecuted and killed before the Lord brings this present world system to an end.

A harlot is someone who partners with somebody for financial gain and those who hook up with a harlot are looking for physical benefits in return. The global government of the beast is considered to be the “great harlot” for the same reasons. She partners with any nation on the premise of economic prosperity, through a global economy, and in return the nations receive the personal benefit of peace, security, and prosperity. She corrupts all the nations and people in every city around the world with worldly benefits while causing them to turn away from faithfulness to God through Jesus Christ. Instead of peace, security, and prosperity, the nations contract a severe and incurable case of an incurable and deadly disease. That deadly disease, transmitted by the “great harlot”, is the service rendered to the beast that gives people what to speak, do, think, and feel.

The global culture makes it their ritual to persecute everyone holding to the testimony of Jesus Christ, “I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.” Revelations 17:6 The vengeance of God comes against her.

The vengeance of the Lord comes after the persecution and death of Christians comes to an end. John saw a vision of all the followers of Jesus Christ who had been killed for holding to His testimony. They are those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life and will have an eternal home in the New Jerusalem. That vision is given to reveal that not only have Christians been killed in the past, but many more will be killed within the global chaos, lawlessness, social and economic collapse. “When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.” Revelations 6:9-11 Click for post on Revelations 6.

 “Again they said, “Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!” Revelation 19:3 The fire and smoke at the end of this world’s is described in the post on Revelations 18. That fire and smoke will extend into the eternal afterlife, as quoted, speaking of the beast of the global government [great harlot], and all who serve him, “He will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” Revelation 14:10-11

“And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, “Amen! Alleluia!” Revelation 19:4

The Four Living Creatures and the Twenty-four Elders are mentioned in Revelations Four. There is no description of the who the twenty-four elders are, but they are among the many angels and living creatures of Heaven, as quoted, “Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands…” Revelations 5:11 That is what Heaven looks like today, before and without the we who will be resurrected into eternal life.

Concerning the twenty-four elders, I like to believe that that twelve had something to do with the twelve Apostles of Christ, and twelve had something to do with the twelve tribes of Israel. That would bring the Old and New Testaments together to acknowledge our Lord Jesus as the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

It’s a glorious day for all in Heaven when the Lord takes vengeance against the “great harlot,” which is the global government of the beast, which operates through the United Nations. The united Nations was established in 1945, immediately after World War 2, and brought the government of the beast with it, as described in Daniel 8:1-14.

“Then a voice came from the throne, saying, “Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!” Revelation 19:5

All of us who serve the Lord Jesus Christ are to praise God for the destruction that He will be bringing to the “great harlot”, the global government of the beast. In the Bible, the relationship between “small” and “great” refers to social status, not the height of a person nor the number in the population. In a worldly sense, the “small” would be the homeless and the “great” would be government leaders. In the Kingdom of God, the small and the great are included into one category who give praise to God through Jesus Christ. “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. ” Galatians 3:28

“And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!” Revelation 19:6

There is a great multitude in Heaven, they are many angels, the living creatures, and the elders, as quoted, “Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands…” Revelations 5:11 That is Heaven today, before and without the resurrection of we who believe God, through Jesus Christ, in the presence of the Holy Spirit.

The great multitude in Heaven will be with Christ Jesus when He returns, “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war…And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.” Revelations 19:11, 14

Rejoicing for the Lamb’s wedding.

“Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.”  Revelation 19:7

The marriage of the Lamb comes when this world’s system comes to an end and His wife will be ready. Who is the wife of Jesus Christ? While on this earth, those who come to God through Jesus Christ are married to Him. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit by the remission of sin, and we do not commit adultery with the ways of this world. We do not commit adultery by allowing ourselves to be married to the beast that gives people what to say, do, think, and feel.

When we all get to Heaven, the wife of Jesus Christ is the New Jerusalem, as quoted, “And I John saw the Holy City, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” Revelation 21:2 and “Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the Holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,” Revelation 21:9-10

“And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.” Revelation 19:8

The New Jerusalem will be arrayed with everyone who chose to live for Jesus Christ on this earth. The New Jerusalem is a place filled with people of a clean and bright spirit as we are living in our redeemed and eternal body. The New Jerusalem is adorned in the righteous acts of the saints.

“Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’ ” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.” Revelation 19:9

Are you called to the marriage supper of the Lamb? The invitation has been sent to you and you can pick it up at the Cross where Jesus Christ has made a reservation for you. His invitation is written in these words, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 RSVP.

Worship God only, the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

“And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Revelation 19:10 

The Apostle John bowed to worship the angel who was revealing to him the events in the book of the Revelation. The angel told John not to do that because the testimony of Jesus Christ is the spirit of prophecy and only God is to be worshipped. As followers of Jesus Christ, we are all one through the testimony of Jesus, and we are all able to prophecy because the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. If we want to know where the world is within prophecy, we only have to know where Jesus is within the world.

All of us who live for God through Jesus know we are living in times where Christianity and the teachings of the Bible are harassed. We already know where this world is within prophecy because we know the anti-Christian sentiments taking place against the testimony of Jesus.

We do not regard other angels or saints as objects of worship, adoration, or any other honor above the worship and adoration we give to God through the Lord Jesus, “Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels…” Colossians 2:18

The beast has power over physiology, and through the testimony of Jesus we know it is the power source of the global anti-Christian culture of the beast. It is able to form what people think but opposes any positive thoughts through the testimony of Jesus. It is able to form feelings but opposes any positive feelings through the testimony of Jesus. It is able to form words but opposes words which speaks about the testimony of Jesus. It is able to form behaviors but opposes behavior which comes through living for the testimony of Jesus. What it does do is enable the image of the beast to live and speak through people, and by what they are given to say and do we know their hostility towards the testimony of Jesus. People in every city around the world are conformed to the global culture as they are groomed to the mark, name, number of the beast by what they say and do.

Only God is to be worshipped, and we come to Him through Jesus Christ by the remission of sin. He is greater than any human being, any angel, even though we live in a world which serves the creature human being while mocking God the Creator. “How can you believe, who receive honor from one another, and do not seek the honor that comes from the only God?” John 5:44 The beast that forms thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors exalts itself above God. We know the truth by living for the testimony of Jesus. It wants to sit in the temple of God, our body, as if it is God. Click here for a post on the “man of sin”.

Description of Jesus Christ as the victorious King.

He is Faithful, True, and Righteous. “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.” Revelation 19:11

The white horse Jesus Christ rides on when He returns is from Heaven. When He came to earth, He came humbly riding on a donkey [Matthew 21:1-9], when He returns, He comes riding on a white horse as King of kings.

He His Faithful and True in His promise to return and bring us home into the eternal New Jerusalem. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 He judges this world in the righteousness of Holiness against the atrocities of sin and makes war accordingly.

He has eyes like fire, wears many crowns, and knows the names written in the Book of Life. “His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had names written that no one knew except Himself.” Revelation 19:12

His eyes are like a flame of fire to symbolize the fire of the Holy Spirit which destroys sin and spares those who come to God through Him. When He comes back, He destroys the sin of this world that He sees. As sinners, we are seen as being righteous by our belief in Jesus Christ and living for His testimony. He wears many crowns is like saying He “wears many hats”. For example, He has the crown from Hs victory over sin and death, He has the crown He wears in Heaven as He sits down with His Father on His throne, He wears the crown of victory over this world when He returns, He wears the crown of victory over Satan, the beast, and the second beast (false prophet) etc. Jesus Christ knows every name written in the Lambs Book of Life, and He is the only one who knows those names. When this world is destroyed, those in the Book of Life will be taken to be with Him eternally.

His robe is dipped in blood and His name is called the word of God. “He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.” Revelation 19:13

The robe dipped in blood symbolizes the sacrifice He made on the Cross when He shed His blood as the Lamb of God for the atonement of sin. He is the word of God, He is the Holy Bible, He is the Gospel. “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14

“...and without shedding of blood there is no remission….Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.” Hebrews 9:22, 28 That is the word of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as quoted, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

He leads the righteous armies of Heaven. “And the armies in heaven, clothed in pure white linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.” Revelation 19:14

The armies in heaven are described like this, “Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands…” Revelations 5:11

From His mouth comes a sharp two-edged sword and He brings the wrath of God. “Now out of His mouth goes a sharp tw0-edged sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.” Revelation 19:15

The sharp two-edged sword is what separates those who live for God through Jesus Christ from those who do not. The nations will be struck by that sword when the Lord Jesus returns. Everyone who lives for the global culture of the beast will be destroyed. That includes those of today who welcome the beast which forms what they think, feel, do, and say. It enables the image of the beast to live and speak through them and by what they are given to say and do they are groomed to the mark, name, number of the beast. The United Nations (government of the beast) and all the nations with it will be destroyed.

Jesus Christ rules with the rod of Holiness, and it is He Himself who brings the wrath of God onto this world, which has a horribly violent and disastrous fall. “And the winepress was trampled outside the city, and blood came out of the winepress, up to the horses’ bridles, for one thousand six hundred furlongs.” Revelations 14:20

“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” John 3:18-21

He is the King of kings and Lord of lords. “And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.” Revelation 19:16

The destruction of the global culture and government of the beast.

Ungodly inhabitants of the earth come to an end. “Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God,” Revelation 19:17

An angel is standing in the sun when the destruction of the earth’s population is destroyed. In fact, global warming is the Fourth Plague which leads to the destruction of the power center of the beast in the Fifth Plague. The global government of the beast will be rendered powerless. The catastrophic event of the Battle of Armageddon occurs in the Sixth Plague. Jesus Christ comes back when the Seventh Trumpet blows in sync to the Seventh Plague. During that time, there is going to be a massive loss of life and it will be a feast for all the birds of the air.

“…that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, both free and slave, both small and great.” Revelation 19:18

The whole global culture of the United Nations (government of the beast) will be food for the birds of the air. From the very smallest janitorial worker to the greatest global leader will be destroyed when the time comes for the return of Jesus Christ. National and global leaders will be destroyed, powerful people under them will be destroyed, military leaders will be destroyed, soldiers and all battle equipment will be destroyed, every human being living for the beast that gives them what to say, do, think, and feel will be destroyed.

The two beasts come to an eternal end. “And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.” Revelation 19:19-20

We are definitely seeing the beast, the national and global powers, and their armies coming against the Lord Jesus Christ today. They have come against the entire structure of Christianity as well as the State of Israel. The Gospel of Christ is no longer found within the churches. Government lawmaking no longer includes the values of the Bible within laws and policies. The educational system has tossed out the teachings of the Bible. And the light of Christianity is not welcomed in any sector of society.

The masses of people in every city around the world make up the armies of the United Nations (government of the beast). They are those who protest and riot in cities around the world against governments which refuse to conform to the goals of the United Nations. They welcome the beast which forms their thoughts, words, behaviors, and feelings as it enables the image of the beast to live and speak through them. By what they are given to say and do, they are put on the “same sheet of music” from city to city around the world. They are conformed to the anti-Christian global culture as they are groomed to the mark, name, number of the beast by what they say and do.

The battle is a spiritual one, and Jesus Christ will be coming to defeat the beast on a spiritual realm leading to the destruction of the beast,“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places…‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.” Ephesians 6:12 and also Zechariah 4:6

The final battle is a spiritual one where Jesus Christ and His armies of Heaven intervenes to cast the beast and the second beast (false prophet) into the eternal lake of fire burning with brimstone. Those two beasts are seeing working in partnership in this verse, “He (the second beast who is the false prophet) performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived.” Revelation 13:13-14

When the two beasts are eternally destroyed, that will be the end of the ability to empower people with what to think, feel, do, and say. There will be no more uncanny knowledge, no more heightened intuition, no more extraordinary skills, no more formed emotions, no more amazing physical feats and accomplishments, no more uncanny authority over others, etc. The image of the beast will be powerless to live and speak through people and the mark of the beast will be powerless to hold people to a specific station in life. When all of that is plunged into darkness, as described in the Fifth Plague, it will be the end of today’s world system.

 “And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.” Revelation 19:21

“The rest” refers to everyone else after the two beasts. Everyone who lives and governs for the global government of the beast will be destroyed once the two beasts are destroyed. They will be killed by the sword of Christ who separates those who hold to His testimony from those who don’t, as quoted, “Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.” Matthew 13:30 The birds will be filled with their flesh, “For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.” Matthew 24:27-28.

“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
