Ezekiel 46:10
“The prince shall then be in their midst. When they go in, he shall go in; and when they go out, he shall go out.” Ezekiel 46:10
Jesus Christ is within our midst, within the body of believers. Wherever we go He goes and in all of our comings and goings He is with us. Wherever two or three gather in His name He is there with us, “For where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:20.
The ministers of the manmade churches should include themselves within the fellowship of the congregation. When the congregation enters the church, the ministers should be there among them and when the congregation goes out the ministers should be there with them. This is a life of humility as each one of us in the congregation, and the ministers, are all servants of our Lord Jesus Christ. As Jesus has said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them. Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.” Matthew 20:25-26
“After that, [Jesus] poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded…If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.” John 13:5, 14-15
