God’s wrath is against those who falsely speak of peace for Jerusalem.

 “To wit, the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord God.” Ezekiel 13:16

In the days of Jesus, the Jewish leaders were calling the teachings of Jesus Christ a conspiracy against the Jewish culture. They even threatened anyone who believed that Jesus was the word of God and who had faith in Him. The word of God warn, “Do not say, ‘A conspiracy,’ concerning all that this people call a conspiracy, nor be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.” Isaiah 8:12 The Jewish leaders prophesied and saw visions of peace for the Jewish culture, but none will ever come without Jesus Christ.

In 70AD, Jerusalem was destroyed by the Roman general Titus, along with the Temple, and the Jewish people were scattered and dispersed around the globe. When they were regathered 1878 years later, in 1948, to the State of Israel, they found themselves in 18 wars since the year the Jewish State was established, Click for a list of those wars and scroll close to the bottom of the page. During the Battle of Armageddon, the destruction of Israel comes. There is no peace for Israel until they acknowledge Jesus Christ as their Savior, “See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ ” Matthew 23:38-39

The peace that we all must find is with God, within our spirit and soul, through Jesus Christ, and His peace is not the peace of this world, “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27

The United Nations vision of peace for the global culture is to tie a knot in the barrel of a gun, instead of opening the spirit and soul to Jesus Christ. While the prophets of the United Nations speak of visions of peace, there is no peace for this present world system, says the Lord God.
