“And the cherubim were lifted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar. And when the cherubim went, the wheels went by them: and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the same wheels also turned not from beside them. When they stood, these stood; and when they were lifted up, these lifted up themselves also: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.” Ezekiel 10:15-17

This verse sounds identical to those of Ezekiel 1:19-21, but there are some very important and specific changes made in this chapter, as seen in the table of comparison below. In chapter 1, the vision of Ezekiel is describing the space shuttle, space station, and space satellites which corresponds to the entity giving people their thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. This entity enlivens the image of the beast to live and speak through people. People in every city around the world conform to its global culture as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do. In this chapter, the guardians of Holiness (cherubim) have mitigated its function.

In Chapter 1, there is zero mention of Cherubim, none, zilch. Cherubim are the guardians of Holiness. In Chapter 10, Cherubim are mentioned throughout.

Ezekiel makes it clear that the vision he saw in chapter one corresponds to what is being talked about in this chapter. “This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar.” The Holy Spirit is letting us know that the entity of Ezekiel’s vision in chapter one is made to look like God in every aspect possible. “For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregations on the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’ Isaiah 14:13-14 In fact, it sits as God in the temple of God, our body, by giving people what to think, feel, do, and say, and is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Click here for a post on the “man of sin”.

We see some obvious changes in chapter 10 from the vision of Ezkiel in chapter one., as seen in comparisons below,

Changes between chapter 1 and Chapter 10Comparison of Scripture
Wings in chapter 1 are described as wings with the hands of a man without mentioning the wings of Cherubim. Chapter 10 mentions the hands of man being attached to the Cherubim wings.

In Chapter 1, there is zero mention of Cherubim, none, zilch. Cherubim are the guardians of Holiness. In Chapter 10, Cherubim are mentioned throughout.
“And there appeared in the cherubim the form of a man’s hand under their wings.” Ezekiel 10:8

The wings spoken about in Ezekiel 1:8-9, 11-12 make no mention of Cherubim in connection with the hands of a man.
The wheels in chapter 10 are described as being beside the Cherubim, there are no guardians of Holiness [Cherubim] with the wheels in chapter 1.

In Chapter 1, there is zero mention of Cherubim, none, zilch. Cherubim are the guardians of Holiness. In Chapter 10, Cherubim are mentioned throughout.
“And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubim, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub:” Ezekiel 10:9

The wheels spoken about in Ezekiel 1:15-17 have no cherubim.
The wheels in chapter 10 are described as following the “head” (Jesus Christ) instead of being the spirit that decides the course to follow in chapter 1.When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went.” Ezekiel 10:11 The “head” is Jesus Christ.

In Ezekiel 1, the wheels were leading the direction, not the head, “Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went…for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.” Ezekiel 1:20
Eyes are everywhere with the Cherubim (guardians of Holiness) in chapter 10, not just very high into space with the “rings of eyes” (space satellites) as in chapter 1.And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, even the wheels that they four had.” Ezekiel 10:12

“As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.” Ezekiel 1:18
In chapter 10, the face of an ox [chapter 1]is replaced by the face of a Cherub (guardian of Holiness). An ox represents servitude or sacrifice, so in chapter one this represents servitude to the entity giving people their thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. In chapter one, instead of the ox there is the face of a Cherub, which represents our service to God in the Holiness of Jesus Christ.

In Chapter 1, there is zero mention of Cherubim, none, zilch. Cherubim are the guardians of Holiness. In Chapter 10, Cherubim are mentioned throughout.
“And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of a cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.” Ezekiel 10:14

“As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.” Ezekiel 1:10
In chapter 10, the cherubim are lifted up to go to the door of the Lord’s house, but in Ezekiel one, they are lifted up to go into space.

The firmament is the blue sky above us. The “firmament upon the heads” is the limits of the sky just before a shuttle enters into space. The “…color of the terrible crystal…” is caused by the heat on the head of the shuttle when entering into or reentering from space. “...under the firmament were their wings straight…” is speaking of the part of the shuttle not quite penetrated into space. These are the wings below the head of the shuttle. Ezekiel is describing a space shuttle being lifted up into outer space.

In Chapter 1, there is zero mention of Cherubim, none, zilch. Cherubim are the guardians of Holiness. In Chapter 10, Cherubim are mentioned throughout.
“And the cherubim lifted their wings and mounted up from the earth in my sight…and they stood at the door of the east gate of the Lord’s house,..” Ezekiel 10:19

“…and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth…the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the color of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above. And under the firmament were their wings straight, Ezekiel 1:19, 22

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25
, 3:1
