Christ is Priest Over the True Sanctuary.
The true sanctuary is the human body, the temple of the Holy Spirit. The sanctuary is not the ones made with human hands that are called churches. Jesus is the “Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.” In fact, if Jesus was on this earth today, He would not be a minister in a manmade church, “For if He were on earth, He would not be a priest.” Hebrews 8:4 Jesus is the High Priest who sits at the right hand of the Majesty in the heavens. The churches of today deny the Deity of Jesus Christ and have turned the sanctuary into the seat of government for the mark of the beast. Their god is the thing that has power over physiology and is able to form emotions, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
“Now this is the main point of the things we are saying:
We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand
of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, a Minister of the sanctuary
and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.”
Hebrews 8:1-2
Christ Wouldn’t Be a Minister in Churches of Today.
Ministers of the Church has to have something to offer God and to the people, and there is a clear difference between what Jesus Christ offers and what the churches of today offers. “For every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices. Therefore, it is necessary that this One also have something to offer.” The churches of today offers everything that relates to human rationale, and common human needs, but they do not believe in matters that concern Deity. They are wearing the clothing of humanism as they serve the mark of the beast. Jesus would not be a minister in one of those churches, “For if He were on earth, He would not be a priest.”
The churches talk about things that sound divine, such as peace, love, support, honor, and all such things that might suggest heaven on earth, they “…serve the copy and shadow of the heavenly things.” Talking about Moses, Abraham, and using the Bible without the Deity of Jesus Christ is only a pattern of what belief in Jesus Christ brings to us. It’s like drawing up a blueprint of the house but not actually building the house and living in it. They would be fulfilling this verse, “See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you on the mountain,” but not applying the foundation of Jesus Christ. Jesus wouldn’t be a minister in the churches of today because He is the Creator of the House, the Living Word, and the fulfillment of the New Covenant. While the world today is striving for a global “democracy” according to a heavenly pattern, Jesus Christ has a new eternal heaven and earth prepared for all those who believe in Him.
“For every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices.
Therefore, it is necessary that this One also have something to offer.
For if He were on earth, He would not be a priest,
since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the law;
who serve the copy and shadow of the heavenly things,
as Moses was divinely instructed when he was about to make the tabernacle.
For He said, “See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”
Hebrews 8:3-5
Jesus Christ Has a Better Ministry with Better Promises.
God says, the covenant made through Jesus Christ is “not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord.”
There was a covenant made that would lead the Israelites out of Egypt and into the promised land, that is the one that the churches of today are living by. They are preaching, teaching, and seeking an earthly promised land that leads to a global “democracy.” Jesus is not a minister in those churches. The churches have united with the community and government agenda, which is rooted in humanism and empowered by the mark of the beast. In fact, the two horns of the beast, as in mark of the beast, is the church and humanism, “Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.” Revelation 13:11 As followers of Jesus Christ, we are called to be separate from the “community family” frame of mind and to be set apart for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
“Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.” The covenant made through Jesus Christ has nothing to do with the heaven and earth that we see today, there is no earthly promised land, “But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.” The better promises include eternal life in a new heaven and earth called the New Jerusalem. In Jesus Christ there is the forgiveness of sin to reconcile us to God and restore the temple of God, our body, as the home of the Holy Spirit. The New Covenant that comes through Jesus is described like this, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 The ministry of Jesus Christ is a more excellent ministry than what is found in the churches made with human hands.
“But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry,
inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.
For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second.
Because finding fault with them, He says:
“Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant
with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah—
not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when
I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt;
because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord.”
Hebrews 8:6-9
The Ways of God are in Our Mind and Heart.
Today, there is a thing that is able to form our thoughts, emotions, and feelings and sets itself up as God by imitating everything He does, “It opposes and exalts itself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that it sits in the temple of God, showing itself that it is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 It is writing its own unGodly laws on the minds and hearts of people for the purpose of dominating their life.
The Holy Scripture says, “I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” The battleground is literally within the hearts and minds of the people, but through the Word of God we have an edge, a sharp two-edged sword, “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12 When thoughts and feelings come to us, we are able to discern whether it is of the Spirit of Jesus Christ or the mark of the beast. That discernment comes by reading the Holy Scriptures and being attentive to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
In today’s world, when our body is under a tremendous amount of exposure to unGodly intrusions, these words are comforting to hear, “For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” God is merciful to those who live for Jesus Christ and acknowledge the body as the temple of the Holy Spirit. There is the inheritance of eternal life for us Believers, but the wages of sin of eternal torment for those who willfully pollute the temple of God by allowing the mark of the beast to establish its seat of government in them.
“For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord:
I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts;
and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.
For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness,
and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
Hebrews 8:10-12
Present Heaven and Earth Ready to Vanish Away.
“In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete.
Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.”
Hebrews 8:13
The first covenant relates to leading humanity into the earthly promised land which has become obsolete through Jesus Christ. Today, the world is seeking that earthly promised land through the doctrine of humanism which is empowered by the mark of the beast. They rely on human rationale and meeting the common needs of people, whom they refer to as the human animal. This present governing system is becoming obsolete, growing old, and ready to vanish away. One obvious sign is the sun’s intense heat of global warming, which plays a role in the vanishing of the power center of the mark of the beast.
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
