“It will come to pass in that day that his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, and his yoke from your neck,
and the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil” Isaiah 10:27
“In that day” refers to what happens as described in the post on Isaiah 10:24-26, which is the destruction of the global government and its global culture. The “his” in that verse refers to the beast that gives people what to speak, do, think, and feel. That relates to the time around the Battle of Armageddon and the Day of the Lord [as described in Zachariah 14]. The burden of global culture will be taken from our shoulder in that day and be destroyed.
The anointing oil is the Holy Spirit. When we believe in Jesus, He gives us he Holy Spirit. How can we know that we have the Holy Spirit? If we do not speak against Jesus and say that He is Lord, and make Him the Lord of our life in what we say and do, we have the Holy Spirit, “Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12:3
The Holy Spirit is our guarantee of eternal life and victory over this world, “In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.” Ephesians 1:13-14 Our inheritance is eternal life in the New Jerusalem. We are the purchased possession, purchased by the blood Jesus she don the Cross to atone for sin. Our redemption is our new eternal body.
Our Lord Jesus says that we must keep ourselves in the Holy Spirit, to continue acknowledging that He is Lord and not to speak against Him. That is why He spoke the parable of the Ten Virgins to us, five who had the oil of the Holy Spirit and five who did not. Those who have the anointing of the Holy Spirit will be with Him for eternity when He returns, those who do not will not be claimed by the Lord in that day. The parable of the Ten Virgins is spoken about in Matthew 25:1-13
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
