God uses the global government of the beast to bring His judgment against Israel.

“Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger and the staff in whose hand is My indignation. I will send him against an ungodly nation, and against the people of My wrath I will give him charge, to seize the spoil, to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.” Isaiah 10:5-6

The kingdom of Israel formed a military confederacy with the foreign king of Syria to come against the kingdom of Judah, with the intent to form a united defense against the Assyrians. At that time, the Israelites were divided between the kingdom of Israel and the kingdom of Judah, [as seen on the map below, in the middle]. Because the king of Israel partnered with the foreign king of Syria, instead of relying on God, the Lord sent the Assyrians against them. God uses unGodly powers to come against unGodly nations, and the kingdom of Israel was that unGodly nation. The Assyrians were given charge to take prey, tread them down, and seize the plunder.

The followers of Jesus Christ will never be used by the Lord to bring physical violence against hostile people of this world. “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12 Click for scriptures on the Armor of God, that we wear. Why does the Holy Spirit say, “Woe to Assyria?” whom the Lord is using as an instrument of His judgment? Because unGodly instruments are brought against unGodly vessels and God’s Holiness is against all unGodliness, “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness…” Romans 1:18 We have a choice to serve Jesus Christ or not, if we don’t, we are contributing to the trouble and suffering in the world. The wrath of God’s judgment follows.

Today, Israel and the United States have formed a confederacy with each other to defend Israel from hostile countries and to defend the United States from terrorist threats coming from the Middle East region. They have rejected the will of God by relying on military power and might instead of His Spirit, “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.” Zachariah 4:6 The Assyrians represent the global government of today, that God sends against Israel and the United States. The global government will take the prey, trample on them like mud in the streets, and seize the plunder. That is part of the agenda of the United Nations to be the undisputed one world government of the beast.

When a country rejects God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, they are left to their own unGodly means. Israel and the United States are considered unGodly due to relying on a military confederacy instead of relying on the Spirit of God. The United Nations is the unGodly force used by God to bring His judgment to Israel and the United States, and will eventually be destroyed with the whole world, “Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger and the staff in whose hand is My indignation”. This is spoken about the fate of the global government, “I will also gather all nations, and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will enter into judgment with them there…” Joel 3:2 This is referring to the gathering of nations for the Battle of Armageddon.

Today, the majority of countries of the United Nations are atheists, with China and Russia being two of the top three world powers. The global government is rooted in the beast that governs by giving people what to speak, do, think, and feel. That is the global culture of the beast. The beast gives breath/life to the image of the beast by speaking and living through people everywhere. By what they are given to say and do, the global population is groomed to the mark, name, and number of the beast. Their intent is to subdue Israel and the United States to the will of the global agenda of the United Nations.

“Yet he does not mean so, nor does his heart think so; But it is in his heart to destroy, and cut off not a few nations. For he says, ‘Are not my princes altogether kings? Is not Calno like Carchemish? Is not Hamath like Arpad? Is not Samaria like Damascus?” Isaiah 10:7-9

In the verses of the previous section, the Lord said that He was going to use Assyria to bring His wrath against the confederacy of the king of Syria and the king of the kingdom of Israel. However, that was not something that the king of Assyria thought he would be doing. However, it was placed in his heart to destroy and cut off many nations, not just the confederacy between the king of Israel and the king of Syria. The Assyrian felt puffed up and invincible because he had unbeatable governors managing his conquests. He had already conquered Calno, Carchemish, Hamath, and Arpad. Then he decided, “Why not Syria [Damascus] and Samaria [capital of the kingdom of Israel]?”

Assyria included most of modern day Syria and Lebanon.

On the map below, to the right, is seen the countries of Calno, Carchemish, Arpad, and Hamath [circled in oblong red]. Damascus, which is Syria, is seen on the middle map in the brown area towards the top. Damascus is also circled in yellow on the map to the right. Samaria, the capital of the kingdom of Israel, is seen circled in purple on the map to the right, and also seen on the map in the middle, under “KINGDOM OF ISRAEL”. The map to the left is modern day Israel. Modern-day Samaria is in the northern part of the West Bank.

Today, the word of God reveals more about the United Nations and their intent to be the undisputed one world government than they know about themselves. We know the Lord is using the unGodly global government to bring His judgment against an unGodly world. We know it is already in their heart to destroy and cut off many nations. Countries are being destroyed and cut-off socially and economically to force their submission to the agenda of the United Nations. Even today, Israel and the United Nations are being made international pariahs as they have entered into a confederacy against the attacks against them. In a sense, its the United States and Israel against the world. They are fighting against submission to the will of the nations of the world, against losing their independence to the global government.

We see today how the nations of the world have been conformed to the will of the United Nations to be the undisputed one world government. The majority of nations of the United Nations are atheists, and China and Russia [both atheists] are two of the three most powerful nations of the world. Within their heart they are devising another conquest, “Why not the confederacy of Israel and the United States next?”

The global government and its global culture may not intend to be the culture of the beast, but the Lord says that is exactly what is in their heart to be. They willingly serve the beast that has power over physiology to give them what to speak, do, think, and feel. They have no belief in the Living God, reject the need for Jesus Christ, and do not want the Holy Spirit to be part of who they are. God is using that unGodly global culture to bring His wrath and judgment against the unGodly confederacy between the United States and Israel.

“As my hand has found the kingdoms of the idols, whose carved images excelled those of Jerusalem and Samaria, as I have done to Samaria and her idols, will I not do also to Jerusalem and her idols?’” Isaiah 10:10-11

The king of Assyria says in his heart that he was able to conquer the “kingdoms of the idols”, which means because of their false gods he was able to conquer many nations. The nations he conquered had more gods than the kingdom of Israel [capital was Samaria] and the kingdom of Judah [capital was Jerusalem]. The Assyrians were atheists but understood the weaknesses and vulnerabilities of living for idols.

Today, the global government of the beast is able to conquer many nations because they serve a false god instead of serving the Living God through Jesus Christ. The global culture, in nations around the world, serves the false god that has power over physiology to give them what to speak, do, think, and feel, “All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” Revelations 13:8 The “him” in that verse is the beast of the image and mark, number, name of the beast. The global government and its global culture are built on the idol that governs by giving them what to say, do, think, and feel.

Samaria, the capital of the kingdom of Israel, formed a confederacy with the foreign nation of Syria [Aram-Damascus], turned away from the word of God, and adopted idols. The Assyrians came against that confederacy and conquered Samaria. Although the kingdom of Judah did not join with the confederacy, the king of Assyria swore to invade and conquer Judah as well, to consolidate the strength of his empire.

Today, the global government of the beast and its global culture intend to conquer Israel [and the whole world]. The West Bank is evident of how Israel is being divided and her independence whittled away [we also see many divisions and conflicts around the world]. Imposing the “Two State Solution” would erode Israel’s independence even further [the same as uniting countries under the agenda of the united Nations weakens their independence]. The intent of the heart of the United Nations is to place all of Israel [and all the world] under its thumb. That is to consolidate the authority of the United Nations in the process of becoming the undisputed one world government.
