Filled with “eastern ways”, pleased with “children of foreigners”, and serving the beast.

Isaiah 2:5-9

“O house of Jacob, come and let us walk in the light of the Lord.” Isaiah 2:5

This is a prophetic call for the Jewish people, those of the land of Israel, and the whole world to walk in the Light of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Light of the world. “And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil… But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” John 3:19, 21

“For You have forsaken Your people, the house of Jacob, because they are filled with eastern ways; They are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they are pleased with the children of foreigners.” Isaiah 2:6

Today, we can see how the Lord has forsaken the Jewish people, especially evident within the State of Israel. The Lord has forsaken them because “they are filled with eastern ways”, referring to their rejection of Jesus Christ and unbelief in the word of God that says Jesus is the Christ and Son of God. The dominant eastern ways are known to be the atheistic countries such as Russia and China. Philistine is modern day Gaza Strip, and during the days of Isaiah they were known for constantly saying what was going to happen at their hands, especially to Israel. The Israelites became that way in their confederacy with non-Jewish military might, as described in Isaiah 8:11-15. Today, the governors of the State of Israel are constantly “soothsaying” against their enemies, boasting of their military superiority. They are not aligning themselves with the prophecies of the word of God that speaks of judgment against them and their need to acknowledge Jesus as the Christ and Son of God.

When the Israelites formed their military confederacy, they became pleased with foreign military power. They welcomed “the children of foreigners”, people with no connection to the Israelite heritage as God’s people. The Israelites turned away from faith in God to put their faith in a foreign military power. Today, that is exactly what the governors of the State of Israel are doing by relying on the military and political power and might of the United States, instead of relying on the Spirit of God. “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.” Zachariah 4:6

Today, the whole world is filled with “eastern ways” as the global culture is being shaped. In fact, the majority of the countries of the United Nations are atheists, with China and Russia being in the top three of the most powerful countries. People in every city around the world deny God, reject Jesus, and oppose the presence of the Holy Spirit as they welcome the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel. They are the children of today’s culture, which is global. That is why the United Nations is obviously seen as the government of the beast, with their global culture. The global government are soothsayers in their prophecies of an earthly Garden of Eden using the “Sustainable Development Goals” as their “talking points”. The global culture, in every city around the world, are the “children of foreigners” who protest and riot against national governments to force conformity to the agenda of the global government. The United nations is pleased with those children.

“Their land is also full of silver and gold, and there is no end to their treasures; Their land is also full of horses, and there is no end to their chariots.” Isaiah 2:7

When the Israelites formed a confederacy with a foreign military power, that also brought economic prosperity. Their economy and military grew by leaps and bounds. The Israelites turned away away from God for earthly prosperity and military security. That is exactly what the governors of the State of Israel have done today. They reject the word of God by rejecting His Son Jesus as the Christ. Today, its obvious to see that the land of the State of Israel is full of “horses” and “chariots” representing their military force. The land is also full of “silver and gold” and all types of “treasures”. Israel is ranked the 16th richest economy, per person, on a global scale. Israel is a global center for technology, cybersecurity, and defense [they are famous/infamous for their “iron dome” defense system]. The Lord does not stand with Israel because they put more faith in power and might than they do in Him through Jesus Christ.

Also, the land being filled with silver and gold represents the global economy, hoarding the wealth of the earth’s resources. Nations around the world are very much connected through economics. The global land is filled with horses and no end to chariots, representing the future global military. Today, the United Nations has their own military, and when they become the undisputed one world government, they will be the military force of the world. Today, the future of NATO is questionable. If the United States were to leave NATO, it would leave NATO virtually powerless. When that happens, the only powerful military force remaining would be China and Russia. Those atheists countries would form the global military of the beast, the military of the undisputed one world government.

“Their land is also full of idols; They worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made.” Isaiah 2:8

The Israelites must have thought they had it all within prosperity and military security, so then they decided they could make their own gods and ditch the Living God. Their land was full of idols, people serving whatever false god that filled them with physical pleasure, comfort, promises of prosperity, and self-righteousness.

Today , the governors of the State of Israel have filled their land with gods that their own fingers have made. That includes the land of Israel itself, the military to defend the land, and an economy to keep them prosperous as the independent State of Israel.

Today, the global land is full of idols. The global government and its global culture serve the idol that has power over physiology to give them what to speak, do, think, and feel. That idol gives breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through the many people of the global population. They are groomed to the mark, number, and name of the beast by what they are given to say and do.

“People bow down, and each man humbles himself; Therefore do not forgive them.” Isiah 2:9

The Israelites were bowing down and humbling themselves to the confederacy formed through military power and economic prosperity. They were not humbling themselves to God their Creator. So it was spoken, “Therefore do not forgive them.”

One could say that all of the Jewish people and the global culture will be brought down to a spiritually lowly state of atheism and will not be forgiven by the Lord. In their misplaced faith in human beings over the Creator, they focus on building up the esteem, dignity, and respect of one another. They humble themselves to one another but exalts themselves above God. They care nothing about the born-again experience that comes through Jesus Christ who forgives sin to foster life in the Holy Spirit.

Also, the global population bows down to serve the beast that gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel. They reject God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. They humble themselves to each other in an act of honoring the beast that lives within each person. “How can you believe, who receive honor from one another, and do not seek the honor that comes from the only God?” John 5:44 Therefore, Lord, do not forgive them.
