Repentance through Jesus Christ but destruction to the global sinners

“Zion will be redeemed with justice, and her penitents with righteousness. The destruction of transgressors and of sinners will be together, and those who forsake the Lord will be consumed.” Isaiah 1:27-28

“Zion will be redeemed with justice, and her penitents with righteousness…” is prophesying about the coming of the Christ, the Messiah of the Jewish people. Their redemption would come according to the justification of Jesus Christ by the repentance of sin in His name. However, the Jewish people rejected Jesus, the Christ, and justification and repentance came to all non-Jewish people, “He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:11-13

Today, “Zion” represents the eternal New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth, “We’re marching to Zion beautiful, beautiful Zion we’re marching upward to Zion the beautiful city of God,” [Church Song] “The destruction of transgressors and of sinners will be together, and those who forsake the Lord shall be consumed…” means that the Jewish people who reject Jesus as the Christ and all non-Jewish people who reject Jesus will be destroyed and will perish.

Those verses sum up like this, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23 And also, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

“For they will be ashamed of the terebinth trees which you have desired; and you will be embarrassed because of the gardens which you have chosen.” Isaiah 1:29

Terebinth trees were places where the Israelites served false gods. The gardens they chose were the physiological, or carnal, comforts, desires, and pleasures that came with serving false gods. The Lord promised they would be ashamed and embarrassed of their choices. In other words, they chose the easy and broad road that leads to destruction instead of the narrow and difficult way that leads to eternal life. We see how that turned out for them in earthly ways by looking at the State of Israel today. They are definitely wallowing in their shame and embarrassment.

The global government and its global culture have also chosen the broad way that leads to destruction while saying no to the narrow and difficult way that leads to eternal life. They serve the false god that has power over physiology to give them what to feel, do, think, and say. That beast is the power that is driving the global government forward in being established as the undisputed one world government. By the authority of that power, the global culture is anticipating an earthly Garden of Eden, as promoted through the United Nation’s “Sustainable Development Goals”. They will be ashamed and embarrassed, as described in the next verse.

“For you will be as a terebinth whose leaf fades, and as a garden that has no water.” Isaiah 1:30

Israel is fading right before our eyes and is scarcely recognizable as the Jewish people of faith spoken about in Hebrews 11. They are like a garden with no water, which means they will not grow in God through Jesus Christ, will not grow beyond their present boundaries. In fact, their territory is fading as the West Bank and Gaza Strip has whittled away their territory, and will continue to fade under the threat of the “Two State Solution.” [As seen on the maps below]. Also, the Jewish people will not blossom with the fruit of the Holy Spirit, they do not have the Water of Life [Jesus Christ] to water their spirit and soul.

The map on the right is the territory of Israel as described in Ezekiel 48, which is almost identical to the map of modern day Israel to the left. The map on the left shows how much the territory of Israel is fading, like a garden with no water. On the map to the left, we can see how large of a chunk the West Bank takes from Israel, and the Gaza Strip takes a little more away [Gaza Strip is on the southwest corner bordering the Sea]. Today’s governing powers are definitely not going to water the growth of Israel.

Also, the global government’s and its global culture’s hope of having an earthly Garden of Eden is going to fade like a garden with no water. “A day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness…a people come, great and strong, a fire devours before them, and behind them a flame burns; The land is like the Garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; Surely nothing will escape them.” Joel 2:2-3

The Seven Seals have already began opening, as described in Revelations 6. There will be a half-hour of silence in Heaven, then the events of the first four of the Seven Trumpets begin [as described in Revelations 8] They begin to play havoc on the earthly Garden of Eden. The events of the Fifth and Sixth Trumpets begin as described in Revelations 9. Then the Seventh Trumpet sounds, which brings the return of Jesus Christ, as described in Revelations 11:15-18.

“The strong will be as tinder, and the work of it as a spark; Both will burn together, and no one will quench them.” Isaiah 1:31

The global culture think they are strong and invincible because the beast with power over physiology empowers them with uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, extraordinary skills and talents, amazing physical abilities, fabricated emotions, uncanny authorities over others, etc. They are those who say “I see!”, or “I know!”, or “You can’t be!”, and other attitudes that say, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” Revelations 13:4

They will be a tinder, everything they do is a spark leading to a global fire, and no one is able to quench it. In fact, global warming [Fourth Plague of Revelations 16:8-9] is instrumental in bringing the destruction of the power center of the beast [Fifth Plague of Revelations 16:10-11]. Without the power center of the beast, the global culture will no longer be empowered with extraordinary abilities. The global fires of chaos rage at that time and in comes the Sixth Plague of the Battle of Armageddon of Revelations 16:12-16. Then comes the Seventh Plague and the Seventh Trumpet, and the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
