Blaspheme of the Holy Spirit and the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faints.

“Why should you be stricken again? You will revolt more and more.” Isaiah 1:5a

The Spirit of the Lord is asking why should He chastise Israel again, they just continue to revolt more and more against acknowledging Jesus as the Christ and Son of God. As the world can see through those of the State of Israel, they are far from the peaceable fruit of righteousness. They have been in eighteen wars since the State of Israel was established in 1948 and their streets are constantly filled with protests and riots against their own government. The purpose for the Lord chastising us, or disciplining us, is to bring about the fruit of peace and righteousness. “Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” Hebrews 12:11

Today’s global government and its global culture continue to revolt more and more against belief in God, revolt against acknowledging Jesus as the Christ, and revolt against the Holy Spirit. When people are no longer responsive to the discipline of the Lord, that amounts to blaspheme against the Holy Spirit, and there is no more forgiveness from there,  “…whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.” Matthew 12:32 Today’s culture lives for the beast that despises God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. The beast gives them what to speak, do, think, and feel and gives life/breath to the image of the beast so that it can speak by speaking and living through people everywhere.

“For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.” Hebrews 10:26-27

“The whole head is sick, and the whole heart faints. From the sole of the foot even to the head, there is no soundness in it, but wounds and bruises and putrefying sores; They have not been closed or bound up, or soothed with ointment.” Isaiah 1:5b-6

Those who continue to revolt against God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit do not retain God in their knowledge, nor the Holy Spirit within their heart and soul. The head is sick from the thoughts the beast gives them to think. The heart faints because the beast has no use for the spirit or the conscience that embraces the Holy Spirit.

As those of the global culture lives their life for the beast that fills their head with what to think and gives them what to do, they are spiritually sick from head to toe. There is no soundness or spiritual health within that culture. After willfully rejecting the change of heart and mind that comes through Jesus Christ, there is no where else to turn to for the remission of sin and spiritual healing. The healing ointment of the Holy Spirit is not wanted by today’s culture. They are left with spiritual wounds, bruises, and open infected sores that are not being attended to.

“Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.” Jeremiah 17:14
