“Do not rebuke an older man, but exhort him as a father, younger men as brothers, older women as mothers, younger women as sisters, with all purity.” 1 Timothy 5:1-2
The key to relating to others is “with all purity”. Purity comes through the Spirit, which is a process of sanctification doing the work of Holiness within us, which allows the fruit of the Spirit to blossom in what we say and do. Relating to others with purity involves kindness, goodwill, love, peace, meekness, gentleness, faith, joy, goodness, self-control, patience, and perseverance.
Sanctification purges from us the ways not to relate to one another, The ways not to relate to others is by adultery, fornication, indecency, hatred, conflict, jealousies, anger, selfish ambitions, envy, murder, partying, substance abuse, etc. And especially not to relate to others by what the beast gives people to speak, do, think, and feel. The only thing that beast wants to do is give breath/life to the image of the beast to speak by speaking and living through people. The beast wants to groom people to the mark, name, number of the beast by what they are given to say and do.
Do not rebuke an older man but urge him as a father, encourage younger men as brothers, exhort older women as mothers, and encourage younger women as sisters.
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
