“Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; When I fall, I will arise; When I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.” Micah 7:8

In today’s culture, which is global, the masses of people rejoice when the followers of Christ fall and as Christianity is being made extinct, click here for a post on the extinction of Christian births in Revelation 12. As our Lord Jesus says to us, “Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy.  John 16:20 In the book of Revelation, this is said about the persecution of the faithful witnesses of Jesus Christ, “And those who live on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who live on the earth.” Revelation 11:10 Click here for a post on the faithful and few witnesses from Revelation 11.

When our Lord Jesus returns, our sorrow will be made to joy and when we fall, we will arise on the last day in the resurrection. We will enter into the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth. “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed in us.” Romans 8:18

As followers of Jesus Christ, we live in the light because the Bible gives us a detailed blueprint of the times we are living in today. We understand the judgment coming to Israel as described in Ezekiel 22:19-21. We understand the establishment of the global government as described in Daniel 8:1-14 and Revelation 17. We understand the image and mark of the beast. We understand how the values of Christians are not compatible to this atheistic culture. We understand that global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelation 16:8-9. We understand that today’s global culture is built on the entity that has power over physiology to give people what to think, feel, say, and do. This is the entity that enlivens the image of the beast to speak and live through people as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they are given to say and do. Click here for a post on Revelation 13.

Most importantly, we understand that we are called out of darkness into the marvelous light of our Lord Jesus Christ, “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.” 1 Peter 2:9-10

“I will bear the indignation of the Lord, because I have sinned against Him, until He pleads my case and executes justice for me. He will bring me forth to the light; I will see His righteousness.” Micah 7:9

As human beings, inherited sin is rooted into our nature, and by nature we will always be contrary against the Living God. However, we are sinners saved by grace through Jesus Christ, and through Him, who gives us the Holy Spirit, we find mercy in the eyes of God, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 Whoever acknowledges Him, He will acknowledge in the presence of God and brings justice to us, “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 10:32 He will bring us to the light, and we will see His righteousness in the New Jerusalem. We are sown in the corruption of the flesh but are resurrected in incorruption, “So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption. It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power. It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.” 1 Corinthians 15:42-44

“Then she who is my enemy will see, and shame will cover her who said to me, “Where is the Lord your God?” My eyes will see her; Now she will be trampled down like mud in the streets.” Micah 7:10

The “she”, who is the enemy of God, is the woman described in Revelation 17:3-6“There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns. The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries. The name written on her forehead was a mystery: Babylon the great the mother of prostitutes and of the abominations of the earth. I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of God’s holy people, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus. Revelation 17:3-6 Click here fora post on Revelation 17.

The “woman” is a description the global government of the beast, and at the return of Jesus Christ, this present world system will be covered in shame because they mock God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit by saying, “Where is the Lord your God?” This world system will be trampled down, as described in Revelation 18. Global warming is already in the world, and is the beginning of the end for this present world government, as described in Revelation 16:8-9

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25
, 3:11
