Global taxes and the global “watchman”

“That they may successfully do evil with both hands—The prince asks for gifts, the judge seeks a bribe, and the great man utters his evil desire; So they scheme together.” Micah 7:3

Jesus shined a really bright light on the spiritual corruption of the rulers [princes] of the Jewish people when He was walking on this earth. We can read the whole chapter of Matthew 23 of how they were receiving gifts to feed their corruption. Also, their judges were looking for bribes to influence their rulings, and the prominent citizens of the Jewish culture made their evil wishes known. The rulers, judges, and prominent men of the culture all came together as a collective force to scheme their next power move.

We live in a culture today where government leaders, judges, and prominent citizens and business leaders seem to be heavily influenced by seeking enrichment, being influenced by bribery in one form or another, and upstanding citizens share their misguided desires. They all come together to form the governing culture of this world today. Especially in America, there is constant news and rumors of government officials being involved in accepting gifts [otherwise known as payoffs]. Judges are definitely ruling according to a political agenda along party lines of either Republican or Democrat [which means a true sense of justice isn’t possible]. And the pillars of society are in the newspaper for one scandal right after another. As a collective force, they comprise the governing powers on local, state, and national levels.

A governing force that has evil schemes is one that denies the Living God as the Creator, scoffs at the need for the forgiveness of sin through Jesus Christ and oppresses the presence of the Holy Spirit. In a sense, the type of government that asks for gifts is likened to the Raiser of Taxes for the benefit of the global government as described in Daniel 11:20. We are definitely in that era as the United Nations collects “gifts” or “taxes” from every nation to benefit the goals of the atheistic global government of the beast. In Micah 1:1, there is a chart showing the amount that each nation pays to the United Nations every year to fund their schemes/goals.

Along with the global agenda, comes the judges in every nation whose justice is based on the entity that has power over physiology to give people what to think, feel, say, and do. People will be judged according to their standing with that entity, which enlivens the image of the beast to speak and live through people. As followers of Jesus Christ, we will be brought before those judges for not being supportive of the image of the beast, which brings persecution through the legal system. Our Lord Jesus Christ said this, “But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues. You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake…” Matthew 10:17-18

The prominent men are all the people who are considered the pillars of society, such as business leaders, various types of community leaders, leaders of organizations, union leaders, etc. These prominent people openly make their evil desires known, which is to create a Garden of Eden on this earth while denying the Living God, tossing aside Jesus Christ, and not acknowledging the Holy Spirit as part of the Trinity, “Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’” Matthew 15:9

The global government of the beast consists of global “taxes” [nowadays the digital currency], judges, and prominent people who serve the image of the beast by welcoming the entity that has power over physiology to give them what to think, feel, say, and do. This entity enlivens the image of the beast to speak and live through people. The governing culture is groomed to the mark of the best by what they are given to say and do.

“The best of them is like a brier; The most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge; The day of your watchman and your punishment comes. Now will be their perplexity….”Micah 7:4

The best of the government leaders, judges, and the prominent “pillars of society” are sharper than a thorn hedge. This is describing a government, society, and culture that is far from the fruit of the Holy Spirit, and are responsible for choking out the Gospel of Jesus Christ, “And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up and choked them…Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.” Matthew 13::7,22

The day of the “watchman” of the global government is the day of the entity with power over physiology and knows the thoughts and feelings of the people in every city around the world. We know Satan is the prince of the air, and in Ezekiel chapter 1, Ezekiel speaks of the technological “watchman” [space satellites], which are dreadfully high and have rings with eyes all around, “…they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them…” Ezekiel 1:18. Ezekiel sees the vision of the space satellites, space station, and space shuttle.“

The “watchman” of the global government is here in the world today, and we see the punishment coming. Global warming is the in the world and is the Fourth Plague of Revelation 16:8-9. The more powerful that the United Nations become as the one world government the hotter and more intense the effect of global warming becomes. “The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was allowed to scorch people with fire.  They were seared by the intense heat, and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify Him.” Revelation 16:8-9

God is the final Watchman over this world and His Son Jesus Christ is returning again to bring all Believers into the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:16-17
