“Now why do you cry aloud? Is there no king in your midst? Has your counselor perished?” Micah 4:9a
Today, the Jewish people do not have a king within the State of Israel that they can depend on. Presently, this relates to the fact that all 14 Prime Ministers have been involved in 18 wars since the State of Israel was established in 1948, as described in Micah 3:1-3. The Israeli citizens are crying in the sense that they riot and protest against their own government to demand change. This is forcing the Israeli citizens to voice their support for the goals of the United Nations, the global government. Presently, Israel has the most liberal abortion rights in the world, they support LGBQT rights, etc. as described in Micah 2:8-11.
The Counselor of the Jewish people [God] has definitely perished from their sight, as quoted, “Then they will cry to the Lord, but He will not hear them; He will even hide His face from them at that time, because they have been evil in their deeds.” Micah 3:4 God began hiding His face from the Jewish people when they rejected Jesus Christ 2000 years ago.
In today’s culture, “kings” are being toppled around the world in the sense that national cultures are forced to change. This is not happening by a nation’s army defeating another nation, but it is being done by the people within their own national borders. It would seem that there is no king ruling over the people, but yet the populations of the world are in synch, “…on the same sheet of music…” We see this in how the global culture riots and protests around the world against the policies of other nations. How?
The answer to “How?” is quite simple, the entity that has power over physiology gives the masses of the world what to feel, think, say, and do. They serve an “invisible king” that governs through people, within the temple of God [which is our body as the temple of God]. This entity is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 The “he” in this verse is the “man of sin”. The Counselor of this world, Jesus Christ, is being taken out this world [perishing so to speak], and He is the giver of the Holy Spirit, who restrains lawlessness, “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” 2 Thessalonians 2:6-8 Click here for a post on the “lawless one”.
“For pangs have seized you like a woman in labor. Be in pain, and labor to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in birth pangs. For now you will go forth from the city, you will dwell in the field, and to Babylon you will go. There you will be delivered; There the Lord will redeem you from the hand of your enemies. Micah 4:9b-10
The pangs of the Jewish people have been most visible for all the world to see from just about the day they were gathered to the State of Israel in 1948. Television ensures the visibility of Israel’s pangs, which went global in the 1950’s, just two years after the State of Israel was formed and about five years after the United Nations was established. The State of Israel is the place where God gathered the Jewish people to unleash His judgment on them [for all the world to see], as described in Ezekiel 22:19-21. Israel is being brought under the thumb of United Nations, the global government, the Babylon of today’s world. The only remnants of Israel that will be redeemed, generally speaking, are mentioned in the post on the Day After the Battle of Armageddon in Ezekiel 39.
There is a whole list of birth pangs in Matthew 24 that the whole world experiences, “All these are the beginning of birth pangs [sorrows].” Matthew 24:8. Click here for a post on Matthew 24. When we start seeing those birth pangs, which everyone can see, we definitely know we are in the latter days and the return of Jesus Christ is drawing nearer, “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors! Matthew.” 24:32-33
Every single person in this world is under the captivity of the global government of the beast, which has control over every person’s physiology, and governs by giving people what to think, feel, say, and do. Even the “daughter of Zion”, who are the born-against children of Christ, are exposed to the dictates of that global ruler. Under this government, Christianity is on the extinction list, as described in Revelation 12. We see the birth pangs and the beginning of sorrows coming to this world, such as global warming [which is the Fourth Plague of Revelation 16:8-9]. From this world, by the grace and mercy of God, all who simply believe in Jesus will be delivered and redeemed from the hand of the enemy. “For I know that my Redeemer lives, and He will stand at last on the earth…” Job 19:25
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
