Devastation for Israel as well as for the global culture.

“Therefore thus says the Lord: “Behold, against this family I am devising disaster, from which you cannot remove your necks; Nor will you walk haughtily, for this is an evil time.” Micah 2:3

Regarding the Jewish people, God has devised disaster for them, which is verified in these verses, “Therefore thus says the Lord God: ‘Because you have all become dross, therefore behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem. As men gather silver, bronze, iron, lead, and tin into the midst of a furnace, to blow fire on it, to melt it; so I will gather you in My anger and in My fury, and I will leave you there and melt you. Yes, I will gather you and blow on you with the fire of My wrath, and you shall be melted in its midst.” Ezekiel 22:19-21 This is verified as the State of Israel has been in 18 wars since God gathered them to the State of Israel in 1948, Click for a list of those wars and scroll close to the bottom of the page. There will be no escape for them, no pride, for this is a world in an evil time.

Regarding the global government of the beast and its global culture, God has devised disaster for them as described in the events of the Seven Trumpets of Revelation 8, 9, and 11 and the Seven Plagues of Revelation 16. There will be no escape for them, no pride, for this is a world in an evil time.

“In that day one will take up a proverb against you, and lament with a bitter lamentation, saying: ‘We are utterly destroyed!” Micah 2:4a

As far as the Jewish people, which the world sees through the State of Israel, there will be a bitter lamentation about them saying, “‘We are utterly destroyed!” Likewise, the day is coming when the same will be said about the global government and its global culture as they suffer the events of the Seven Trumpets and Seven Plagues. We hear a whisper of that now as they struggle with urgency against global warming, and global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelation 16:8-9. The more powerful the United Nations becomes as the one-world government, the more intense and severe the effects of global warming become.

“He has changed the heritage of my people; How He has removed it from me! To a turncoat He has divided our fields.’” Micah 2:4b

As far as the Jewish culture goes, their heritage has been completely changed and completely removed from them. No longer do they have exclusive rights to God but now must come to God through Jesus Christ like everyone else. In a sense, Jesus Christ is a “turncoat”, or traitor to the Jewish people because He is a Jewish person from the Tribe of Judah, but He opened the door to Gentiles and anyone else who wanted to come to God and be part of His family. Our Lord Jesus took the fields of the Jewish people and divided it to whoever believes in Him, “He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:11-13

On the right is the original territory of Israel as described in Ezekiel 48. On the left is practically the exact same territory, called the State of Israel, but with a huge chunk being dedicated as the West Bank, another parcel called the Gaza Strip, and Jerusalem itself divided between west and east Jerusalem.

As far as the global government and its global culture goes, their heritage is going to be changed and removed from them. They see their heritage as being this earth and everything in it. However, this present heaven and earth is going to be destroyed, completely gone, worse than junk, and global warming is a sure sign of that. In a sense, this world is going to be turned over to “turncoats” or traitors. That happens when the power center of the beast is plunged into darkness in the Fifth Plague of Revelation 16:10-11. This is the power center of the global government, and they will be rendered powerless. In that powerlessness, the entity that had power over physiology will not be functioning and unable to control what people think, feel, say, and do. In that “freedom”, many people will turn against the government that once governed through their physiology. It will be total chaos and tribulation leading to the old-fashioned way of doing battle in the Battle of Armageddon. The fields of this planet will be lethally divided. The “turncoats” are also described in Habakkuk 2:5-8.

“Therefore you will have no one to determine boundaries by lot in the assembly of the Lord.” Micah 2:5

In a sense, the Jewish people have no one to determine their boundaries, surely not in the State of Israel, and especially not in the Kingdom of God. As seen with the State of Israel, it is all about boundaries, and determining who has the right to parcels of territory. This is most obviously seen in the “Two State Solution” which has been in the works for years but no one able to implement yet. The Jewish people rejected Jesus Christ who set their boundaries 2000 years ago. Those boundaries are those He sets for all Christians by saying we have no nation on this earth, but our nation is the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth, “These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off were assured of them, embraced them and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For those who say such things declare plainly that they seek a homeland. And truly if they had called to mind that country from which they had come out, they would have had opportunity to return. But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them.” Hebrews 11:13-16

As far as the global government of the beast and its global culture goes, they will have absolutely no one to determine boundaries, especially not in the Kingdom of God. The world will be filled with lawlessness and no hope beyond the grave for them who reject God, scoff at Jesus Christ, and oppress the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit restrains lawlessness, and the Holy Spirit is given to us as we believe in Jesus, “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8 Click here for a post on the “lawless one”.
