King of Nineveh receives the word of the Lord

“Then word came to the king of Nineveh; and he arose from his throne and laid aside his robe, covered himself with sackcloth and sat in ashes. And he caused it to be proclaimed and published throughout Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying; Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste anything; do not let them eat, or drink water. But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily to God; yes, let every one turn from his evil way and from the violence that is in his hands. Who can tell if God will turn and relent, and turn away from His fierce anger, so that we may not perish?” Jonah 3:6-9

The “king” of this world is the entity with power over physiology to give people what to think, feel, say, and do. This king will never bow its knee to Jesus Christ to repent of using its power against belief in God, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. The only purpose of this entity is to enliven the image of the beast to live and speak through people, and this is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Our body is the temple of God. Click here for a post on the “man of sin”.

Even then, God promises this through Jesus Christ, “When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place.” 2 Chronicles 7:13-15

In Ezekiel 1, he speaks of the space shuttle, space station, and space satellites, relating to the prince of the airways, “…the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience…” Ephesians 2:2
