Wolves in sheep clothing live among us to tear apart the Salvation we have in Jesus Christ

“Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.” Jude 1:3-4

Jude was writing to those who were supposed to be sharing Salvation in Jesus Christ, but he found it necessary to encourage them to continue to strive to keep their Christian faith. They were led astray by people who joined their fellowship that amounted to wolves disguised as sheep, but they were not recognized as the wolves they were. Within the heart of those wolves in sheep clothing, God meant nothing to them. They used the grace and kindness of God to make sexual promiscuity and lewdness acceptable while denying the Lord God and Jesus Christ. These would be those who had a form of Godliness but denying the power, “…having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!” 2 Timothy 3_5

We live in a world where Satan disguises himself as an angel of light, so it’s not surprising if his people also disguise themselves as those who have God’s approval. People like these are not serving Christ our Lord. They are serving their own desires. By their smooth talk and flattering words, they deceive unsuspecting people. Humanism builds up the esteem, dignity, and respect of the human creature, with all the natural instincts of sexuality, but ridicules God the Creator. Humanism is the fig leaf worn as a cover for the entity that has power over physiology to give people what to feel and think to influence what they say and do.

 “For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple.” Romans 16:18 “And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.” 2 Corinthians 11:14-15

Today, the entity that has power over physiology intends to enflame sensual feelings of pleasure to move people into the carnal realm and away from the spiritual. As people begin to crave physical and worldly benefits, they become receptive to the entity that replaces their conscience and spirit by giving them what to feel, think, say, and do. They move away from their Salvation in Jesus Christ as they are open to the entity that enlivens the image of the beast to live and speak through them. Today’s culture is groomed to the mark of the beast by what they are given to say and do.
