Ministers and congregation must daily refresh what Christ did for us on the Cross. 

Ezekiel 46:15

“Thus they shall prepare the lamb, the grain offering, and the oil, as a regular burnt offering every morning.” Ezekiel 46:15

The Lamb is Jesus Christ as the sacrificial Lamb of God [burnt offering] who takes away the sin of the world. The grain offering represents our voluntary devotion to God, and the oil represents the Holy Spirit.

The congregation and ministers of the manmade churches are both to serve God every day through Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit, not just on Sunday. We are to live every day in the knowledge that our Lord Jesus sacrificed His life on the altar of the Cross to atone for our sin. Through Him, we are given the Holy Spirit as a means by which to serve God. The Holy Spirit inspires within us a willing devotion to the gospel of Jesus Christ in our service to God. Morning-by-morning we confirm the mercies of God and His great faithfulness.
