“For the lips of a priest should keep knowledge, and people should seek the law from his mouth; For he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts. But you have departed from the way; You have caused many to stumble at the law. You have corrupted the covenant of Levi,” says the Lord of hosts. “Therefore I also have made you contemptible and base before all the people, because you have not kept My ways but have shown partiality in the law.” Malachi 2:7-9
The ministers of the churches are supposed to be considered the messenger of the Lord, and the message is the testimony of Jesus Christ, “And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.” 1 John 5:11 The lips of a minister should be filled with the knowledge of the Gospel of Christ within the presence of the Holy Spirit. People should be able to come to ministers to learn about Jesus Christ, the forgiveness of sin, the infilling of the Holy Spirit, the resurrection of life, and of the Living God as the creator of all life.
Unfortunately, the ministers of today’s churches have abandoned the Gospel of Jesus Christ and have departed from the message of the Cross and have silenced the need for the forgiveness of sin, the resurrection of life, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. The ministers of today have caused many to stumble at the word of God by teaching the doctrines of human beings instead of teaching Jesus Christ, as Jesus says, “And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’” Matthew 15:9 This is why today’s culture welcomes the atheistic entity that gives them what to feel, think, say, and do as the image of the beast is enlivened to speak and live through them. They are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they are given to say and do. “If we receive the witness of [human beings], the witness of God is greater…” 1 John 5:9
By abandoning the message of the Cross, the ministers of today have corrupted the word of God, the entire Bible, and oppress the voice of the Holy Spirit. “Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.” 1 John 2:22-23
The churches of today have shown their partiality for the broad way of the community culture even though Jesus Christ has taught us, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:13-14
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”

The churches of today have shown their partiality for the broad way of the community culture even though Jesus Christ has taught us, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:13-14
Our churches are certainly in a danger zone. It’s my opinion that those seeking Christ must seek Him outside of the organized church setting.
