Ezekiel’s desire of his eyes is taken away, and he is told not to mourn.

“Also the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Son of man, behold, I take away from you the desire of your eyes with one stroke; yet you shall neither mourn nor weep, nor shall your tears run down.” Ezekiel 24:15-16

God reveals to Ezekiel that his wife will be taken from him suddenly, but he is not to mourn or cry. In later verses, we are shown how this is a message to the Israelites of their lack of remorse in their rebellion against God. Also, 2000 years ago, Jesus Christ died on the Cross to atone for sin as the Jewish Messiah, but the people of the Jewish culture do not mourn, cry, or shed a tear at His crucifixion. There is no remorse leading them to accept Jesus as their Lord and Christ. Jesus Christ is not with them as they reject His Gospel, the entire New Testament, and they only live by the Old Testament.

We live in a world today that is hostile to genuine human emotions, including mourning, crying, and tears. The masses of the global culture depends on the entity with power over physiology to give them emotions that reflect the will of the entity giving them what to feel. Human emotions and conscience are hazed, harassed, and unwanted in today’s society.

Genuine emotions and conscience solicit human compassion, empathy, and sympathy, even to the point of remorse to come to Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Instead, a wall is built against Jesus Christ by hardening emotions and conscience. The intent is to conform people to allow the image of the beast to live and speak through them by the entity giving them what to feel, do, say, and think. They are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they are given to feel, say, do, and think.

When I show any genuine human emotions and conscience, there is a wide variety of opposition, whether at a funeral, wedding, or in day-to-day responses towards others. I usually get hard slaps on the back, or a voice in the background mocks the emotions. There is mockery, scrutiny, laughter, and other actions that does not allow me to mourn, cry, or show other human emotions and conscience. People who oppose human emotions and conscience also detest the love of God shown to humanity, they scoff at the remorse leading to the forgiveness of sin through Jesus Christ, and oppress the presence of the Holy Spirit.

God gives us a new heart through Jesus Christ, “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36:26 Jesus Christ is the way to be born again in the Spirit, or we cannot see the Kingdom of God.
