God gathered the Jewish people to Israel because they are dross and to unleash His judgment on them.

“Therefore thus says the Lord God: ‘Because you have all become dross, therefore behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem. As men gather silver, bronze, iron, lead, and tin into the midst of a furnace, to blow fire on it, to melt it; so I will gather you in My anger and in My fury, and I will leave you there and melt you. As silver is melted in the midst of a furnace, so shall you be melted in its midst; then you shall know that I, the Lord, have poured out My fury on you.’” Ezekiel 22:19-22

After 1848 years of dispersion across the globe, from 70AD to 1948, the Jewish people were gathered to the State of Israel in 1948 as the place where God unleashes His anger on them. That is also described in Ezekiel 20:34. God leaves them there like cheap metal burning in a fire to cause them to melt, which is His anger and fury being poured out on them. The Jewish people are compared to cheap metal, and not gold, because they rejected Jesus Christ 2000 years ago. God’s will for them is to accept Jesus as their Savior and to embrace the presence of the Holy Spirit.

There is an expression that goes, “…out of the frying pan and into the fire…”, which describes Israel’s situation in the Middle East. As soon as the Jewish people were gathered to Israel in 1948, the furnace was lit, the fire was blown on, and the melt-down of Israel began. The fiery wrath of God began to be unleashed against them. The fires of God’s judgment keep burning from all directions against Israel. Sometime in January 2024, the members of the United Nations opened a case of genocide against the State of Israel, World Court to hear Genocide Case Against Israel. The UN has also sought arrest warrants for alleged war crimes against government officials of Israel. There are even fires burning within the State of Israel. The Israeli citizens riot and protest against their own government to demand conformity to the will of the United Nations. The will of the UN is for a unified Middle East to empower themselves as the one world government. The independence of Israel is an obstacle to that goal, and at the same time, the global government is an instrument to carry out the wrath of God against Israel. The sin-plagued global government is coming against the wayward Jewish people, but the enemy of Israel is the same enemy that despises the Holiness of God. The Holiness of God cannot tolerate the rebellion of Israel, nor can God tolerate the one world government of the beast. The judgment coming against Israel will come against the whole world, and Salvation is reserved for those who serve God through Jesus Christ.
