Reading the above sentences says it all. The Holy Spirit has been defunded in the Circleville police leadership, making it very easy to see how those who should be living in the light love the darkness more, “And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.” John 3:19-20

We live in a culture where those living in the light, and for the truth, who want to be a light for the Holiness of Christ are not wanted by law enforcement. Police leadership around here fear that the followers of Christ will expose what they have done out of public view, in the darkness. The Gospel of Jesus Christ leads us to live in truth and He brings us to the light, “But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” John 3:21

Light has no fellowship with darkness, and unfortunately that separates the followers of Jesus Christ from those sworn to uphold the law. Righteousness has no fellowship with unrighteousness, and unfortunately that drives a wedge between Christianity and those who are behind the badge. Thus goes the culture here in Circleville. “For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God.” 2 Corinthians 6:14-16

Today’s culture puts darkness for light, puts evil for good, and puts bitter for sweet. “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” Isaish 5:20 This happened to Jesus Christ who was considered to be an outlaw and given the death penalty by being crucified on the Cross, as our Lord Jesus said, “For I say to you that this which is written must still be accomplished in Me: ‘And He was numbered with the transgressors.’” Luke 22:37

Christians have been made the offenders among today’ s culture, whose light of Christ is called darkness, whose sweetness of the Holy Spirit is called bitter, and the goodness of God called evil. As the Holy Spirit said through Paul, “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” Romans 8:18

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25
, 3:1
