“And when I passed by you and saw you struggling in your own blood, I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’ Yes, I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’” Ezekiel 16:6

God saw the Jewish people when they were still connected by the navel cord, struggling in their own blood, seeking to survive in a world with no pity or compassion for them. They were cut off from the world around them and struggling to survive as their own people. They were like a baby whose umbilical cord was cut from the mother but still attached to the baby thrown into an open field and left to die. In that struggle for survival, God spoke the word to them, “Live!” This would be the beginning of the children of God, the Israelites, the Jewish people.

Many of us today have witnessed the birth of a newborn, that very critical time between when the navel cord is cut, and the first sounds of life is heard from the baby. For the baby, that transition from the womb to the new world is a struggle for life. Without pity or compassion from the world around them, there is no hope for the survival of the newborn at that time. At that moment is when God spoke to the Jewish people and said “Live!”

God wants the unborn children to live, those still attached to the lifeline of the mother, not to be thrown into the field of trash bins of abortion clinics. God shows us the true meaning of reproductive, life, and healthcare.

Those of us who have a testimony for Jesus Christ know the reality of the remarkable change that happens after we come to God through Jesus Christ and embrace the presence of the Holy Spirit. We know the life we had in this world before the forgiveness of sin and how we were struggling in our own blood to survive in a sin-plagued world. We were like a newborn baby in a cold-hearted world that didn’t have a care about us being thrown into the field of spiritual darkness, destruction, and death. In fact, that is where they want us, “they” being those who live by the entity giving them what to do, say, feel, and think. When Jesus Christ passed by, He offered us light, life, and Salvation. God said to us, “Live!”  “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63

“As He says also in Hosea: “I will call them My people, who were not My people, and her beloved, who was not beloved.” “And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not My people,’ There they shall be called sons of the living God.” Romans 9:25-26

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
