The Jewish people and all of Israel need our support, Christian support, support from people who are willing to remind them that Jesus Christ is their Messiah.

We want to mirror the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ ” Matthew 23:37-39

If the Jewish people would have accepted Jesus Christ 2000 years ago, they would not be suffering one iota of everything they have been suffering in the past 76 years. If the Jewish people were Christians, the Jewish State of Israel would not exist, their presence in the Middle East would never have happened. That’s because as Christians, we do not have a nation on this earth to call our own, our nation is the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth.
