“It is the sword that slays,
the sword that slays the great men,
that enters their private chambers.”
Ezekiel 21:14
This verse is key to this chapter of Ezekiel. It refers to the entity that has entered within the private chambers of our thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. Many prominent people have been brought to their knees by the power it has over what they feel and think. The sword that has entered into the private chambers is against Israel, the followers of Jesus, and Jesus Christ Himself.
- God cuts off the righteous and wicked from the land of Israel.
- Proclamation against the Holy Places in the land of Israel.
- Righteous and wicked are cut off from the land of Israel.
- God’s sword is against all flesh from south to north.
- God’s sword will not return to the sheath.
- The coming news is devasting to Israel.
- Sighing with a breaking heart and bitterness.
- The coming news makes every heart melt, hands feeble, every spirit faint, and knees weak.
- The devastating news is brought to pass.
- The sword comes against the governors of Israel, the people of God, and Jesus Christ.
- A sword is sharpened and polished.
- A dreadful slaughter is coming which despises the authority of Jesus Christ.
- The sword is ready to be given into the hand of the slayer.
- The sword comes against the people of God and the governors of Israel.
- A severe testing is coming where Jesus Christ will be extinguished from the world.
- The internal sword works through militant-like orders.
- The sword is within and slays great men.
- The sword is against the internal and external gates.
- The sword acts according to militant-like orders from within.
- The “Y” in the road: The world government decides to come against Israel.
- The world government has a decision to make at the Y in the road.
- The world government consults its god to decide which road to go down.
- The world government decides to come against Israel.
- The Israeli citizens cannot believe that the world government comes against them.
- Israel’s sin against the will of God brings His wrath.
- Israel is overthrown and remains that way until the return of Jesus Christ.
- God speaks a word against the governor of the State of Israel.
- The State of Israel is overthrown to the day of the return of Jesus Christ.
- Judgment comes against the lawless ones of the world.
- God speaks a word against the archenemy of Israel and the lawless ones.
- A sword of slaughter comes to the lawless ones.
- The lawless ones believe false visions and untrue messages.
- The lawless ones are told to put their sword back in the sheath as judgment comes against them.
- God’s wrath comes against the lawless ones by delivering them to the brutal and skillful at destruction.
- The lawless ones will be slaughtered and never remembered.
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
