“Then He said to me, “See, I am giving you cow dung instead of human waste, and you shall prepare your bread over it.” Ezekiel 4:15
The Lord allowed Ezekiel to use cow feces instead of human to bake his bread. The cow feces was used like we use charcoal today. The act of Ezekiel baking his bread with cow dung was to show the Israelites how they had defiled the word of God. This was considered unclean by the laws of the Israelites, but using cow dung was more tolerable than using human dung. Ezekiel was reluctant to do this, but God encouraged him to do so. This is similar to the Lord saying to the Apostle Peter that it is OK to eat what was once considered unclean according to the written law. “And a voice spoke to him again the second time, “What God has cleansed you must not call common.” Act 10:15
As followers of Jesus Christ, we prepare our spiritual bread not by chapter and verse of the Holy Bible but by the Spirit of the Gospel. “...who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” 2 Corinthians 3:6 As the Holy Spirit spoke through the Apostle Paul, “All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.” 1 Corinthians 6:12 We are the home of the Holy Spirit, not the home of an encyclopedia of laws, rules, regulations, policies, chapters, verses, quotes, cliches, etc. “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?” 1 Corinthians 6:19
The entity that gives people what to think, feel, do, and say intends to kill the human spirit to build a wall against Jesus Christ. The purpose of this entity is to enliven the image of the beast to live and speak through people. It wants to tie up our spirit so that we cannot walk in the Spirit of Christ, ”And you, O son of man, surely they will put ropes on you and bind you with them, so that you cannot go out among them.” Ezekiel 3:25 They want to destroy the spirit by accusing us of sin, “And the Lord said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you, Satan!…Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?” Zachariah 3:2
Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.” John 8:34-36 Sin is to turn away from God, reject Jesus Christ, and oppress the Holy Spirit.
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
