The angel of Heaven blows the Seventh Trumpets. “Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the Lord is coming, for it is at hand: A day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, like the morning clouds spread over the mountains.” Joel 2:1-2
The verse above illustrates how Zion represents Heaven, as Zion is where the trumpet is blown. In Revelation, seven angels blow seven trumpets, each heralding a different event. The last trumpet (Revelation 11:15-19) announces the return of our Lord Jesus Christ and coincides with the Day of the Lord. Therefore, the final trumpet is blown in Zion.
The Seven Trumpets are God’s way of warning the world about the dark, gloomy, and terrible day that is coming. He sends seven angels from Heaven to blow one trumpet each and reveal the events that will happen. These events are like a tornado warning siren that urges people to seek safety in God by accepting His Son Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. However, the Holy Spirit tells us that after the first six trumpets, many people still refuse to repent. “But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk. And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts.” These people are like those who ignore the tornado warning siren and perish in the storm.
The Day of the Lord is a term in the Bible that refers to the time when God will judge the world and bring an end to its wickedness. It signifies the return of Jesus Christ. It will be a day of darkness, destruction, and terror, but also a day of salvation and glory for those who belong to Jesus Christ. The Bible gives many details about the events of the Day of the Lord, and they are consistent across different books and passages. For example, Joel, Zechariah 14, Revelation 16:17-21, Revelation 11:15-19, Matthew 24, Luke 21, Mark 13, and more all describe similar aspects of the Day of the Lord. The Day of the Lord is a major theme in God’s word and a warning to all people to repent and prepare for His coming.
Below are Biblical passages about the Day of the Lord from the references given above. They describe how the United Nations (global government of the beast) will come against Israel, but then be vanquished by the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Here begins the quotes: “Behold, the day of the Lord is coming, and your spoil will be divided in your midst. For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem…then the Lord will go forth and fight against those nations, as He fights in the day of battle.” Zechariah 14:1-3
For in those days there will be tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the creation which God created until this time, nor ever shall be. For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so, shall also the coming of the Son of man be. But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
“But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.”
“Then the seventh angel sounded (Seventh Trumpet): And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” “The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air (Seventh Plague), and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying, “It is done!”
Mark 13:19, Luke 21:22, Matthew 24:36-42, Mark 13:24-26, Matthew 24:27-28, 2 Peter 3:10, Revelation 11:15, Revelation 16:17
The phenomenally powerful global culture destroys the earth in quest of their worldly Garden of Eden.
The global culture of the beast is shaped by the thing that dictates their thoughts, feelings, actions, and words. This thing allows the image of the beast to possess, live, and speak through the masses in every city around the world. By replacing the human conscience with its own commands, it makes the global culture cruel and destructive. The traits of psychopathy are widespread on every continent.
The masses of the global culture have become egocentric, self-centered and arrogant, feeling empowered to exalt their authority above God’s authority and power. In their attitude, they proudly ask, “Who is like the beast? Who can fight against him?” Revelation 13:4 They feel no remorse or guilt and do not care about the harm they cause to others or admit that they are sinners who need Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. They oppose, manipulate, mock, and are domineering towards the presence of the Holy Spirit. They lack empathy and compassion as the world becomes more lawless and antisocial. People in every city conform to the anti-Christian culture and are groomed to the mark of the beast by their words and actions. They march together as a united force, without any deviation.
The beast’s global culture is unprecedented in human history. “A people come, great and strong, the like of whom has never been; Nor will there ever be any such after them, even for many successive generations.” Joel 2:2b.
The current global culture is unlike anything that humans have ever experienced before. However, this culture and its future generations will not last long, because we are living in the last days. The global regime and its culture causes suffering and destruction all over the world and ushers in the Day of the Lord.
Human physiology is the channel for a powerful force that has created a global culture unlike any other in history. This force affects how people think, feel, talk, and act, giving them abilities and knowledge beyond the natural human range. They have enhanced intuition, skills, talents, and authority, as well as artificial emotions that make them appear more humane. They also have remarkable physical feats and achievements. This force allows the image of the beast to live and speak through people all over the world. People are shaped into the anti-Christian global culture as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by their words and actions.
Global culture destroys the planet as it strives for a worldly Garden of Eden. “A fire devours before them, and behind them a flame burns; The land is like the Garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; Surely nothing shall escape them.” Joel 2:3
The proponents of the United Nations’ goals claim that they are creating a new Garden of Eden for the world. However, their actions are causing more harm than good. They are destroying laws, constitutions, and social order to force nations to accept a global government. They are creating chaos, mass migration, and unrest everywhere to present the United Nations as the only solution. They are wiping out anything, anyone, or any nation that does not conform to their agenda. They impose their ideology on everyone and demand obedience to the thing shaping emotions, thoughts, words, and actions.
The Garden of Eden was a unique creation of God, and He ceased from His creative work on the seventh day. The Bible says, “Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. By the seventh day God had finished the work He had been doing; so on the seventh day He rested from all His work. Then God blessed the seventh day and made it Holy, because on it He rested from all the work of creating that He had done.” Genesis 2:1-3 The only way to return to the Garden of Eden is to be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ, who gives us the Holy Spirit. He is the only source of true rest for humanity. The Garden of Eden will be restored in the new heaven and earth, where the New Jerusalem will be.
We are followers of Jesus Christ, and we foresee the fire that will engulf the global culture in the future. This fire refers not only to the global warming in the Fourth Plague, but also to what is written here, “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.” 2 Peter 3:10
Global culture is a war machine by their masses and their military. Their appearance is like the appearance of horses; And like swift steeds, so they run. With a noise like chariots over mountaintops they leap, like the noise of a flaming fire that devours the stubble, like a strong people set in battle array.” Joel 2:4-5
The global culture resembles “a strong people set in battle array”. Its strength is evident in our cities today, and its attitude and spirit proclaim, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” Revelation 13:4 Across the world, there are countless people overcoming mountains as they overcome all obstacles in establishing the government and culture of the beast. They consume their critics like fire consuming stubble. They use their empowerment of extraordinary knowledge, intuition, authority, abilities, skills, etc. to dominate and manipulate those who resist them. They feel no guilt or remorse in the process. They are the warriors riding on stallions while the followers of Christ are clothed in humility riding on a donkey.
The United States of America is facing a strong pressure to ban gun ownership and to remove the Second Amendment (the right to own and carry guns) from its Constitution. This is a clear objective of the United Nations. The USA has never experienced such a high level of gun violence as it does today. It seems that the surge in gun violence is being exploited to manipulate the USA constitution and to abolish the right to gun ownership. It is appalling to witness how gun violence is provoked and tolerated until people are willing to comply with the agenda of the United Nations.
The implication is that human lives have little value for those who only care about imposing a one world government. It suggests that the global culture is becoming a place where only the global government has access to guns. It raises the question, “Whom will they shoot?” It also describes how they will do whatever comes to their mind to do.
The Holy Spirit guides us as we follow Christ, “‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of Hosts.” Zechariah 4:6 The Holy Spirit reminds us to put on the armor of God., as described in Ephesians 6:20.
Those who resist or defy the authority of the global culture suffer pain. “Before them the people writhe in pain; All faces are drained of color.” Joel 2:6
A global culture that disregards human conscience, guilt and remorse, and only pursues its own egocentric aims dominates the world. It delights in the suffering and despair of those who resist its influence and do not conform to its standards. This is the challenge and the reality that the followers of Jesus Christ face and endure.
The global culture lives by the thing giving them what to feel, think, do, and say. It allows the image of the beast to live and speak through them. It has no connection to the Spirit and is entirely unspiritual. People conform to the anti-Christian global culture and lose their empathy, mercy, grace, and love. They are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do.
Global culture works as one without breaking ranks. “They run like mighty men, they climb the wall like men of war; Every one marches in formation, and they do not break ranks. They do not push one another; Every one marches in his own column. Though they lunge between the weapons, they are not cut down. ” Joel 2:7-8
The phrase, “being on the same sheet of music” is equivalent to marching in formation without breaking ranks, having a common understanding or agreement. The global culture is synchronized by the thing that gives them what to think, feel, act, and speak. They are empowered with extraordinary knowledge, intuition, and so on. They can follow the same direction without deviating from person to person. They have a sense of knowing and seeing beyond the ordinary. A common phrase they use is, “I see” or “I know”.
The fact that everyone marches in their own column without pushing others shows that they respect each others’ boundaries. This is possible because everyone in the global culture lets the image of the beast influence their feelings, thoughts, words and behaviors. They remain within their limits according to their life status defined by the mark of the beast through their words and actions.
With a unified global culture “marching in formation”, the global government can advance smoothly without any hindrance. They appear and feel unstoppable and formidable. “They run like mighty men, they climb the wall like men of war… Though they lunge between the weapons, they are not cut down. ”
Global culture do as they please in every city around the world. “They run to and fro in the city, they run on the wall; They climb into the houses, they enter at the windows like a thief.” Joel 2:9
The global culture imposes its will on nations and cultures worldwide. It does not respect any boundaries or territories, but invades the spaces of those who resist its influence. They roam freely in every city, doing as they please. They climb over the walls that separate them from the non-conformists, asserting dominance. They disregard the privacy and property of those who are outside its social network. They claim the world as their own and challenges anyone who opposes their authority.
“Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:7-10
Destruction of the earth as the Lord Jesus Christ returns. “The earth quakes before them, the heavens tremble; The sun and moon grow dark, and the stars diminish their brightness. Lord gives voice before His army, for His camp is very great; For strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; Who can endure it?” Joel 2:10-11
Global warming, which is the Fourth Plague in Revelation 16:8-9, reveals the destruction of this present heaven and earth to everyone around the world. The power center of the beast, which is essential for the global government, is also destroyed by global warming (Fifth Plague in Revelation 16:10-11). Without the power center of the beast, people will no longer be influenced by the image and mark of the beast. People will be free from the influence that gives them their thoughts, emotions, actions, and words. The image of the beast will lose its power to animate, live and speak through people and the mark of the beast will lose its grip to confine people to their assigned roles in life. They will lose their uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, extraordinary talents and skills, fabricated emotional responses, amazing physical abilities and feats, etc. The global culture of the beast will become powerless and that will lead to the Battle of Armageddon, as described in the Sixth Plague.
A dark and terrible day awaits the global government and its culture when the Seventh Trumpet sounds and the Day of the Lord arrives, as the following scriptures indicate,
“But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.” Mark 13:24-26
Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since mankind has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake.” Revelation 16:
“Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had names written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:
KING OF KINGS AND
LORD OF LORDS.
Revelation 19:11-16
“Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God…” Revelation 11:15-16
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
