Victory over Lucifer/Satan who exalts himself above God

Lord has mercy on Jacob and the strangers are joined with them.
“For the Lord will have mercy on Jacob, and will still choose Israel, and settle them in their own land. The strangers will be joined with them, and they will cling to the house of Jacob.” Isaiah 14:1

Jacob represents Christianity because the blessing of the eldest son, Esau, was transferred to him. That’s the same as Christianity receiving the blessing of the eldest son of the Jewish nation. The Jewish people were born first, but Christianity, as the last born, receives the blessings of God through Jesus Christ. The forgiveness of sin, the Holy Spirit, and eternal life belongs to everyone who believes in Him. “He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:11-13

Jacob’s name was changed to Israel in Genesis 32:28, so as born again believers, we are Israel, “For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, “In Isaac your seed will be called.” That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed….And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Romans 9:6-8, Galatians 3:29 We settle in the eternal New Jerusalem, that is our own land.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we have been made the children of God, we are the strangers joined with the Jewish people through Him. After all, our Lord Jesus was Jewish from the tribe of Judah, and all of the Apostles were Jewish from one of the tribes of Israel. Although they were faithful to God, the Jewish people in general were not, “And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree, do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, remember that you do not support the root, but the root supports you.” Romans 11:17-18

Also, the Jewish people were gathered to Israel in 1948 and that has become their own land. An earthly land, not the eternal New Jerusalem. That is where God unleashes His judgment on them, “Therefore thus says the Lord God: ‘Because you have all become dross, therefore behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem. As men gather silver, bronze, iron, lead, and tin into the midst of a furnace, to blow fire on it, to melt it; so I will gather you in My anger and in My fury, and I will leave you there and melt you. Yes, I will gather you and blow on you with the fire of My wrath, and you shall be melted in its midst.” Ezekiel 22:19-21

“Then people will take them and bring them to their place, and the house of Israel will possess them for servants and maids in the land of the Lord; they will take them captive whose captives they were, and rule over their oppressors.” Isaiah 14:2

The phrase, “…take them captive whose captives they were…” refers to being liberated from captivity then making captives of those who once held others as captives. The “strangers” were led by people to bring them to their place to be possessed as servants and maids in the house of Israel. The Spirit is speaking prophetically about the non-Jewish Gentiles [you and me] becoming the servants of our Lord Jesus Christ and becoming part of the family of God [within the house of Israel]. We were once held captive and oppressed by sin and unbelief but Jesus has given us victory over our oppressor who held us captive. He has conquered sin and death.

The Holy Spirit speaks these words to us, “But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Therefore He says: “When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men.” Ephesians 4:7-8

To take captivity captive is easy to envision. Jesus Christ took captive those who were in captivity to sin and death by His victory over sin and death on the Cross. It is better to be a captive to Jesus Christ than to live in captivity to sin. As an illustration, that is like the dogs and cats who are in captivity in a humane society. When someone comes to adopt a pet, it is an act of grace and mercy, and the pet is taken captive by its new owner. In a sense, the captivity of the animal is taken captive by grace through the process of adoption. When the adopted pet arrives to its new home, many new gifts are given to it. God has adopted us into His family through Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus has taken us captive, freed us from captivity to sin, and gives us many gifts. Among those gifts is the Holy Spirit and a new home in the eternal New Jerusalem.

Oppressors are brought into bondage and the global government collapses.
“It will come to pass in the day the Lord gives you rest from your sorrow, and from your fear and the hard bondage in which you were made to serve,” Isaiah 14:3

This verse applies to the Jewish people and every person in this world. Rest for the Jewish people from their sorrow, fear, and hard bondage comes through faith in Jesus Christ, as it also applies to every single person in this world. “There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.” Hebrews 4:9-11 Our Lord Jesus says, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

To the Jewish people our Lord Jesus says, “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ ”Matthew 23:37-39

If the Jewish people would have come to Jesus Christ 2025 years ago, they would be relieved of the sorrow, fear, and hard bondage they have suffered and are suffering. The Holocaust would never have happened, the State of Israel would never have existed, and none of the 18 wars [which there was one in 1948 also] would have happened involving Israel. Click here for a list of those 18 wars. As Christians, we do not have a nation or country [nor a racial heritage] to call our own. Our country is the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth.

“…that you will take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say: “How the oppressor has ceased, The golden city ceased!” Isaiah 14:4

Babylon represents a global oppressor, or a prototype of the global government of the beast. Today, the global government of the beast has been brought into this world when the United Nations was formed in 1945 [immediately after WW2], as described in Daniel 8:1-14 and Revelations 17. The government of the beast and its global culture despises the Jewish people because they have a heritage of representing the people of God. The global government of the beast also despises Christianity. Today’s culture opposes belief in God the Creator, rejects Jesus Christ, and opposes the presence of the Holy Spirit. They live by the beast that governs globally by giving people what to speak, do, think, and feel.

The oppressor of God’s people, the global “golden city”, will cease. That destruction is described in Revelations 18. Global warming is already in this world and progressing hand-in-hand with the progress of the goals of the global government. The more powerful the United Nations become as the undisputed one world government the hotter and more intense the effects of global warming becomes. Global warming is the Fourth Plague as seen in Revelation 16:8-9. Global warming is instrumental in bringing destruction to the power center of the beast, which happens in the Fifth Plague as seen in Revelation 16:10-11. That means the government of the beast and the whole global culture is rendered powerless. After the global government loses power, the Battle of Armageddon happens and is in the Sixth Plague as written in Revelation 16:12-16. Then comes the Day of the Lord and Jesus Christ returns.

“The Lord has broken the staff of the wicked, the scepter of the rulers;” Isaiah 14:5

Breaking the staff of the wicked and the scepter of the rulers is another way of saying the global government and its global culture becomes completely powerless, as described in the paragraph above. The Lord Jesus Christ broke the staff and scepter of Satan in another way as well when Jesus defeated sin and death on the Cross. As Christians, we prefer to make our body the home of the Holy Spirit, not the home of the beast which forms what people think, feel, do, and speak.

“He who struck the people in wrath with a continual stroke, He who ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted and no one hinders.” Isaiah 14:6

The one who persecutes God’s people and all of Christianity will become the persecuted., and no one can help. “He who leads into captivity will go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.” Revelation 13:9-10 Click here for a post on Revelations 13:9-10. Persecution of the government of the beast comes through various forms, such as the events of the Seven Trumpets (Click for Trumpets 1-4, click for trumpets 5-6, click for the Seventh Trumpet) and by the events of the Seven Plagues. No one will be able to hinder the wrath of God coming against the global culture of the beast. As the Lord God promises, “…for he that touches you touches the apple of His eye.” Zachariah 2:8

“The whole earth is at rest and quiet; They break forth into singing. Indeed the cypress trees rejoice over you,
And the cedars of Lebanon, Saying, ‘Since you were cut down, No woodsman has come up against us.’” Isaiah 14:7-8

The destruction of this present world’s system means peace, rest, and quiet. It will be a day of rejoicing when the Lord Jesus Christ returns.

“I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God! For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.” Again they said, “Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!” And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, “Amen! Alleluia!” Then a voice came from the throne, saying, “Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!” Revelation 19:1-5

Revelation 18 the great city of Babylon has fallen, rejoice.

Hell is excitedly expecting the arrival of their king, the ruler of the government of the beast.
“Hell from beneath is excited about you, to meet you at your coming; It stirs up the dead for you, all the chief ones of the earth; It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.” Isaiah 14:9

The Spirit of God wants us to know that hell is as low as anyone can go and is an eternal place reserved for those who fight against God, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. It is a place of torment beyond the grave.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we believe the words of the Holy Bible, and we know the beast behind the government of the beast, and behind the whole global culture of the beast is on the highway to hell. Hell is expecting the arrival of Satan/Lucifer (Revelation 20:10), the beast, and the second beast (false prophet) Revelation 19:20.

The dead are stirred up at the arrival of Satan in hell. The dead are those who have no place for God in their thoughts, they mock the need for the remission of sin through Jesus Christ and mock the presence of the Holy Spirit. They are dead to the life of Holiness. They serve Satan through the thing which forms their thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors which enables the image of the beast to live and speak through them. They are conformed to the anti-Christian global culture as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do. They are the masses in every city around the world upon which the global culture is built, they are the “chief ones” who are given social approval, esteem, honor, and treated with dignity.

Those in hell who are “…raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations” refers to the governors of the countries of the United Nations. All the national leaders who govern for the global government of the beast will be in hell anticipating the arrival of Satan. They are the national leaders who glorify the goals of the United Nations and work to build the global culture. They encourage people in every city around the world to embrace the anti-Christian global culture. Because of them, people all around the world are seduced to abandon God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and Holiness to embrace the leadership of the thing which forms their thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. 

“…he exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Click here for a post on the “man of sin”.

“They all shall speak and say to you: ‘Have you also become as weak as we? Have you become like us? Your pomp is brought down to Sheol, and the sound of your stringed instruments; The maggot is spread under you, and worms cover you.’” Isaiah 14:10-11

On this earth, those who live by Satan’s tool to make them feel invincible, powerful, and authoritative are saying, “Who is like the beast? Who can make war with Him?” Revelation 13:4 Today, they have uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, extraordinary skills and talents, amazing physical abilities and accomplishments, sensual pleasures, physical comforts, etc. In the afterlife, they have a different attitude in hell as they rub salt into the wounds of Satan/Lucifer and say, “Have you also become as weak as we?” Though Satan once exalted himself above God, his pomp is brought low, and no one will be dancing to his music. Satan will be laying on maggots with worms covering him, meaning his threat is dead as he lives eternity in hell.

Lucifer wanted to exalt himself above God but is brought down to hell.
“How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations!” Isaiah 14:12

Revelation 12 explains how Lucifer was thrown down to earth and makes it his business to bring to extinction the births born of Jesus Christ Lucifer is the name of Satan before his fall from Heaven.

The nations are weakened as Lucifer/Satan seduces governments and people around the world to serve his global government of the beast. They are seduced away from belief in God. With seduction, the nations disregard any need for the remission of sin through Jesus Christ, and they are seduced to make a mockery of the Holy Spirit. Satan’s seduction pulls people away from the life of Holiness.

Through the carnal nature, the nations are weakened as the world slips into lawlessness, destruction, violence, pandemics, global warming. Global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelation 16:8-9, and eventually the world slips into the Battle of Armageddon the Sixth Plague. The global government of the beast (United Nations) is destroyed by the brightness of the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, “And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” 2 Thessalonians 2:5-8

“For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation on the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’” Isaiah 14:13-14

Those two verses above summarize 2 Thessalonians perfectly. 1) Sitting on the “mount of congregation” represents sitting within the masses of people in every city around the world by the thing forming their thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. 2) Ascending “…above the heights of the clouds” refers to Ezekiel 1 vision of the space shuttle, space station, and space satellites. 3)To be “like the “Most High” and exalting self “…above the stars of God” refers to exalting self above God and sitting in the temple of God, our body, as if it is God, “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4

“Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, to the lowest depths of the Pit.” Isaiah 14:15

The power center of the beast is going to be plunged into darkness as described in Revelation 16:10-11 in the Fifth Plague. That will render Satan’s global government of the beast powerless, and he will be brought down to hell. Global warming is instrumental in rendering the power center of the beast powerless as global warming is the Fourth Plague.

“Those who see you will gaze at you, and consider you, saying: ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, who shook kingdoms, who made the world as a wilderness and destroyed its cities, who did not open the house of his prisoners?’” Isaiah 14:16-17

Not “opening the house of his prisoners” refers to keeping the goodness, mercy, and grace of God locked away. That leads to the destruction of cities around the world and making the planet a wilderness. It’s a wilderness because people are not able to find a way out of sin, lawlessness, carnal seduction, and spiritual wickedness. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is locked out of the global culture of the beast and people find it extremely difficult to receive Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit and life of Holiness is made scarce. Because of that prison, the world collapses into chaos. In its chaos, the words go out, “…is this the man who made the earth tremble, who shook kingdoms…”.

Lucifer and his global government come to a disgraceful and humiliating end.
The power behind the global government will have no honor in the end. “All the kings of the nations, all of them, sleep in glory, everyone in his own house; but you are cast out of your grave like an abominable branch, like the garment of those who are slain, thrust through with a sword, who go down to the stones of the pit, like a corpse trodden underfoot.” Isaiah 14:18-19

Even today, national and world leaders are given funeral services of high honor. When the global government of the beast is destroyed, there will be no ceremonial honors for the one behind its power and authority. In fact, there won’t be a resting place for Lucifer/Satan because he will be cast out of his grave like an abominable branch. Satan’s eternal place will be in the lake of fire of Hell. Lucifer/Satan will be like a filthy garment of the dead and he will be like a corpse that is stepped on by those passing by on the street.

The verses above are describing the idea that when the global government of the beast is destroyed, it will be the end of Satan. There is no rebound for Satan on this earth. Satan/Lucifer will be left in the ruins of the planet and his tool for shaping what people think, feel, do, and say is finished. There will be no memorial for him because the world as we know it today is laid waste. No longer will the image of the beast be living and speaking through people by Satan’s tool with power over physiology. Satan is finished. No longer will the mark of the beast be able to hold people to their place in life by what they say and do. Satan/Lucifer comes to an absolute end.

Disgrace comes because of the destruction brought and there will be no memory of the spiritually wicked. “You will not be joined with them in burial, because you have destroyed your land and slain your people. The brood of evildoers shall never be named.” Isaiah 14:20

The power behind the global government of the beast is responsible for the destruction of this planet. . That is disgraceful and deserves no honor. The power behind the government of the beast refuses to realize that global warming is the Fourth Plague, and it is not manmade. The only solution to global warming is to reconcile to God through Jesus Christ by the remission of sin. The government of the beast, operating through the United Nations, is responsible for the destruction of this planet. Global warming continues to progress hand-in-hand with the progression of the authority of the beast through the global culture of the United Nations.

The power behind the global government of the beast is also responsible for the death of the world’s population in more ways than one. The government of the beast kills people’s belief in God, ensures that people die to Jesus Christ, and kills the life lived in Holiness. The intent is to murder the presence of the Holy Spirit. Everyone in this world worships the beast except for those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Love has gone cold under the global culture and people are dying. People are being put to death quietly by what is termed as a “soft kill” at the hands of the psychotic “lamb”.

The wrath of God puts an end to every person of the global culture of the beast. “Prepare slaughter for his children because of the iniquity of their fathers, lest they rise up and possess the land, and fill the face of the world with cities.” “For I will rise up against them,” says the Lord of hosts, “And cut off from Babylon the name and remnant, and offspring and posterity,” says the Lord.” Isaiah 14:21-22

We know Babylon represents the global government and not the United States. That’s because this world’s system collapses at the collapse of the one world government, not at the fall of the United States. The United States has already fallen and is no longer a Christian nation. The next thing to happen for the United States is to become a state of the one world government. The USA is already robustly implementing the goals of the United Nations. Once every nation around the world becomes a state under “Babylon”, then the collapse of the one world government begins to happen.

Babylon represents absolute governing power over every nation around the world, which will never be the USA. The global population is under the influence of the thing forming what they think, feel, do, and say, not under the jurisdiction of the constitution of the United States. The masses in every city around the world protest and riot for conformity to the goals of the government of the beast. They are the children of Lucifer/Satan as they allow the image of the beast to live and speak through them by their thoughts and feelings. They are conformed to the global culture as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do. They are the global culture which will be destroyed, meaning this world will never again be repopulated. We are seeing the very last government which will ever exist on this earth.

This planet will be totally destroyed. “I will also make it a possession for the porcupine, and marshes of muddy water; I will sweep it with the broom of destruction,” says the Lord of hosts.” Isaiah 14:23

The verse above is describing this world where the decency of the Holy Spirit and the goodness of God is corrupted, and love has grown cold with spiny attitudes. This spiritually muddy and spiny world will be totally swept away in the destruction of this present heaven and earth.

Porcupines are creatures that are very hard to cuddle up to and get cozy with. That describes a world where love has gone cold. People raise up their spines and shoot them towards the decency of the human spirit. They are very spiny against the goodness of God and shoot their spines against the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They needle the Holy Spirit in their detest of Holiness.

Marshes of muddy water are to corrupt the fluidity of innocence, to turn smiles of joy into smiles and laughter of malice, and to muddy the presence of the Holy Spirit. The “Jackass” movies are designed to do just that, to bring smiles at the calamity of others. The “Jackass” movies are just a drop in the bucket of all the muddy waters in this world today. The spiritually muddy waters mixed with spiny attitudes describes the world we are living in today, and it progresses forward into global tribulation. That is exactly what this following verse is describing,

“‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’

She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.

For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries.

Revelation 18:2-3

The thing with power over physiology to form thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors is all about creating a world of muddy waters and porcupines. It enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people and by what they say and do, they show their detest against cleanliness of the spirit and show their happiness when the spines of the porcupine appear. The are conformed to the anti-Chrisitan global culture within a world of muddy marshes and porcupines as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do.

“Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.” Psalms 24:3-5

The nations are destroyed and those faithful to Jesus Christ are freed from death and sin. “The Lord of hosts has sworn, saying, “Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, and as I have purposed, so it shall stand:” Isaiah 14:24

What God has thought, which is and will come to pass, is written in the Holy Bible. The Scriptures are the thoughts of God we are meant to know and is evident for the whosoever to see as quoted below,

1. The global government is here, and its formation is written about in Daniel 8 and also Revelation 17.
2. With the global government, was brought the thing which forms what people think, feel, do, and say to enable the image of the beast to live and speak through people. People in every city around the world are conformed to the anti-Christian global culture as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do. That is described in Revelation 13 and also the “man of sin” is described in 2 Thessalonians 4.
3. Global warming is here and is the Fourth Plague as mentioned in Revelation 16:8-9. Global warming and the global government are progressing hand-in-hand.
4. Global warming has a direct role in bringing an end to the power center of the beast within the Fifth Plague as written in Revelation 16:10-11.
5. The powerlessness of the government of the beast ushers in the Battle of Armageddon as described in the Sixth Plague in Revelation 16:12-16. Jesus Christ comes back after that.
6. Most importantly, the prophecy of the first coming of Jesus Christ has happened. Through the Lord Jesus, we can be reconciled to God by the remission of sin and be given the Holy Spirit. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

“That I will break the Assyrian in My land, and on My mountains tread him underfoot. Then his yoke shall be removed from them, and his burden removed from their shoulders. This is the purpose that is purposed against the whole earth, and this is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations. For the Lord of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back?” Isaiah 14:25-27

The yoke of slavery will be removed from God’s people as the Assyrians are broken and trampled on. The Holy Spirt is revealing to us that the thing with power over physiology will be broken and trampled on. Presently, it holds us captive to the thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors it imposes on us. As we obviously see in the world today, the signs of the end of the global culture of the beast are everywhere, as explained in the first paragraph of this section. That is the intent of the Lord God for this entire planet, every nation, and everyone who lives for the anti-Christian global culture. There is no way to turn it back nor to annul it in any way. Global warming is not going to go away by the united efforts of the global culture acting on the goals of the United Nations. The Lord Jesus Christ is the only Way, the only Truth, and in Him is eternal Life.

“This is the burden which came in the year that King Ahaz died. “Do not rejoice, all you of Philistia, because the rod that struck you is broken; For out of the serpent’s roots will come forth a viper, and its offspring will be a fiery flying serpent.” Isaiah 14:28-29

The power center of the beast is struck in the Fifth Plague, breaking the rod of authority of the thing with power over physiology. The global government will be rendered powerless. Even then, there still remains the events of the Sixth and Seventh Plagues and from the serpent’s roots comes forth a viper like a fiery flying serpent. During that time, lawlessness, chaos, and violence increases even more bringing the Battle of Armageddon.

Philistia thought it would be a happy day when their enemy died, but that was not the case. The Holy Spirit is revealing that there will be a lot of anti-Christian people who rejoice for the catastrophe hoovering over this planet, but they refuse to reconcile to God through Jesus Christ, and they ridicule the Holy Spirit. They will have absolutely no benefit coming to them at the destruction of this world’s system. In fact, they will have enemies in this world during the downward spiral of this planet, which are of Satan and a remnant of those holding to what is left of the government of the beast.

“The firstborn of the poor will feed, and the needy will lie down in safety; I will kill your roots with famine, and it will slay your remnant.” Isaiah 14:30

The poor and needy within the world will find safety in the Day of Lord, which brings eternal life in the New Jerusalem within the new heaven and earth. However, there is nothing but death and eternal hell for those who refuse to reconcile to God through Jesus Christ.

“Wail, O gate! Cry, O city! All you of Philistia are dissolved; For smoke will come from the north, and no one will be alone in his appointed times.” Isaiah 14:31

Those of Philistia thought they would be exempt from any destruction coming to them, they thought they would be alone and strangers in the appointed time of the wrath of God. The Holy Spirit is revealing to us that there is no escape from the wrath of God except through Jesus Christ. God knows the heart of every person on this planet and His judgment comes through Jesus Christ. When God looks at our heart, He is looking to see where His Son Jesus is within our soul. No one is a stranger, no one is exempt, no one is alone within the knowledge of the Lord God.

And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;

And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

Revelation 18:21-24

God and His Son Jesus Christ are victorious. “What will they answer the messengers of the nation? That the Lord has founded Zion, and the poor of His people shall take refuge in it.” Isaiah 14:32

What answer can be given to the global culture of the beast for the decay, tribulation, and total collapse which is coming on them? Very simply, the Lord God creates a new heaven and earth for those who are reconciled to Him through Jesus Christ. Those of us who hold to His testimony will live in perfect peace and security in the eternal New Jerusalem.

….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
