“David would save neither man nor woman alive, to bring news to Gath, saying, “Lest they should inform on us, saying, ‘Thus David did.’” And thus was his behavior all the time he dwelt in the country of the Philistines.” 1 Samuel 27:11
David silenced people from being able to talk about what he was doing, which was sparing the life of Israelites and plundering others. Even that is part of the “scarlet cord” of the Old Testament which points to Jesus Christ. Jesus was constantly warning those He healed, or anyone who recognized Him as the Christ, and Son of God, not to tell anyone. Because of the healings He performed, people believed in Him and died by the masses to the corrupt Jewish culture of the Pharisees. By that alone, despise, hatred, and animosity of the Pharisees were stirred up against the Lord Jesus. By demanding silence, Jesus Christ would reduce animosity towards Him as He would drive forward in His purpose to make the Kingdom of God known and to make atonement for sin by His death on the Cross.
The death of Jesus Christ wouldn’t come by stoning at the hands of an angry mob, nor would He be thrown off a cliff, nor any other way nor any other place except for according to the prophecy of God. As quoted below, The Lord Jesus made a purpose to silence the people as they died by the multitudes to the leadership of the Pharisees but were made alive to the Spirit of God. Below are several scriptures about how Jesus Christ commanded silence.
Then He commanded His disciples that they should tell no one that He was Jesus the Christ.
And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them: “See that no one knows about this!”
As they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, “Tell the vision to no one until the Son of Man has risen from the dead.”
And He healed many who were ill with various diseases, and cast out many demons; and He was not permitting the demons to speak, because they knew who He was.
Demons also were coming out of many, shouting, “You are the Son of God!” But rebuking them, He would not allow them to speak, because they knew Him to be the Christ.
And Jesus *said to him, “See that you tell no one; but go, show yourself to the priest and present the offering that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”
Her parents were amazed; but He instructed them to tell no one what had happened.
And when the voice had spoken, Jesus was found alone. And they kept silent, and reported to no one in those days any of the things which they had seen.

“So Achish believed David, saying, “He has made his people Israel utterly abhor him; therefore he will be my servant forever.” 1 Samuel 27:12
The only intent of those who live and govern for the “democratic” society is to degrade, slander, and to be malicious towards Christianity. They want us Christians to be abhorred as one by one there is nothing left of the testimony of Jesus. They have power over thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and words so it seems like the followers of the Lord Jesus are easy prey to perceptions, misinformation, or disinformation. Even then, those who allow the image of the beast to live and speak through them by the thing which forms their thoughts, feelings, and words continue to harass and afflict Christians. The Gospel of Christ is still alive, regardless of the smear campaign, affliction, and persecution happening.
Those of the “democratic” society who govern by the thing which forms thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and words wants us to be its servant. The tactics of making us abhorred is to push us into the arms of the “democratic” society of the beast. It wants us to be like everyone else who are conformed to their place in life by what they say and do when allowing the image of the beast to live and speak through them. It wants us to be conformed to our mark in life by being groomed to the mark of the beast. Its intent is to sit in the temple of God, our body, as if it were God. However, we dedicate our body to be the temple of Holy Spirit.
Sweet are the promises,
Kind is the word,
Dearer far than any message man ever heard;
Pure was the mind of Christ,
Sinless I see;
He the great example is, and pattern for me.
Where He leads I’ll follow,
Follow all the way.
Where He leads I’ll follow,
Follow Jesus ev’ry day.
(Church Hymn)
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
