Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, he and those who were with him: how he entered the house of God and ate the showbread which was not lawful for him to eat, nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests?—Yet I say to you that in this place there is One greater than the temple. But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the guiltless. For the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”
Matthew 12:3-4, 6-8
- Why is Jesus Christ alone in the world today?
- Jesus is alone because He offers Salvation to the world.
- Jesus Christ wants the offering of our spirit not the carnal flesh.
- Our body is dedicated as a vessel for the Holiness of Jesus Christ.
- The Holiness of the Lord detains lawlessness.
- The Sword of the Spirit is enough to destroy the global giant.
- Terror comes by the thing which knows thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
- Christianity is considered a mental abnormality by a hostile government.
Why is Jesus Christ alone in the world today? “Now David came to Nob, to Ahimelech the priest. And Ahimelech was afraid when he met David, and said to him, “Why are you alone, and no one is with you?” 1 Samuel 21:1
Ahimelech, the priest, was afraid because there was no sign that David was attached to king Saul, David was alone. King Saul sent fear through the churches and was determined to put David to death. Today, the ministers of the churches definitely fear the masses of the “democratic” society of the beast more than they fear God. They welcome the thing which forms what they feel, think, and do to enable the image of the beast to live and speak through them. They fear the one which intends to kill the Gospel of Jesus Christ more than they love the followers of Jesus. Jesus says to us as quoted below,
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.Matthew 10:28
When a person enters the churches of today, and they are alone, the question being asked (quietly or verbally) is “Why are you alone, and no one is with you?” They expect people to have some type of social connection with those who live for the image and mark of the beast. Social approval and having a social life are part of being rewarded for living a life which blasphemes God, discards the need for the remission of sin through Jesus, and trampling on the Holy Spirit. Even within the churches, the followers of Jesus Christ will find themselves alone in their belief in God, their encouragement to come to Jesus for the remission of sin, and for embracing the Holy Spirit.
As followers of Jesus Christ, we are not to be partnered with those who have made the temple of God, their body, the home of the image of the beast which lives and speaks through them. They welcome the thing which forms what they feel, think, and do. We want the image of Jesus Christ to live in us so that we are the home of the Holy Spirit. We want the Spirit of Christ to live and speak through us. As quoted below,
Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:
“I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”2 Corinthians 6:14-16
Jesus is alone because He brings Salvation to the world. In previous verses, a minister in a church, Ahimelech, asked David why he was alone and not associated with the people of king Saul. Saul was seeking to hunt David down and to have him killed. This is like those in the churches of today, which has thrown out the Gospel of Christ, asking a Christian why they are not associated with those who deny the need for Jesus Christ. Today’s churches do not want to hear the Gospel of Christ living and speaking through a person, they want to verify the image of the beast living and speaking through a person.
“So David said to Ahimelech the priest, “The king has ordered me on some business, and said to me, ‘Do not let anyone know anything about the business on which I send you, or what I have commanded you.’ And I have directed my young men to such and such a place.” 1 Samuel 21:1-2 As followers of Jesus Christ, we do not recognize any other authority as our king except Jesus Christ, the King of kings. Jesus is the only person sent by God to make atonement for sin.
David is a symbolic description of the ministry of Jesus Christ. He was sent by God, His King, on a special mission to give His life for the atonement of sin, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
Jesus told His disciples not to tell anyone about Him until His time had come, “Then He commanded His disciples that they should tell no one that He was Jesus the Christ.” Matthew 16:20 When the time had come, and Jesus had been crucified, killed, and God had raised him from the dead then He directed his young men (His disciples) to spread His testimony from place to place, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.” Matthew 28:19-20
Today’s world does not believe in Salvation through Jesus Christ because they have no belief in anything beyond human rationale. Their faith is in humanism rooted in the image and mark of the beast and they have quarantined the Gospel of Christ from their society. To them, talking about sin and our need for Jesus robs a person of human dignity, respect, and esteem. They figure as long as a person welcomes the thing which forms what they think, feel, and do then the person is not living in the flesh and is not exposed to unchecked or unbridled sins of the flesh. They demand that a person allow the image of the beast to live and speak through them. As it lives and speaks through people, it conforms them to their station in life which establishes the mark of the beast. There is no mark in society for the message of the Cross because it is not given a place to live and to speak through people.
As followers of Jesus Christ, we believe God, acknowledge our need for Jesus Christ, and by the Holy Spirit we have this message to share, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
The Holy Bread of Life is for the unHoly who hunger for His word. “Now therefore, what have you on hand? Give me five loaves of bread in my hand, or whatever can be found.” 1 Samuel 21:3 David was asking the minister of a church for some bread, for whatever the minister had on hand. This would be like those searching for the word of God asking those in the churches of today for the Gospel of Christ. Even further, it would be like the Holy Spirit within a person seeking communion with Jesus Christ, the Bread of Life.
When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, “This is a deserted place, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves food.” But Jesus said to them, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.” And they said to Him, “We have here only five loaves and two fish.”Matthew 14:15-17
“And the priest answered David and said, “There is no common bread on hand; but there is holy bread, if the young men have at least kept themselves from women.” 1 Samuel 21:4 The minister of the church felt like it was his requirement to only serve the common bread and to keep back the Holy bread. This is like the ministers in today’s churches holding back the Gospel of Christ and feeling obligated to only serve the common bread. The common bread only feeds the human spirit while discarding the Spirit of Christ. They are sharing the teachings of humanism intertwined with the image and mark of the beast.
In order to eat of the Bread of Life there are no requirements or restrictions which prohibit us from doing so. God accepts us just the way we are, and absolutely no expectations for us to be spiritually clean before eating from the Bread of Life. Whoever believes on the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved, that is the only requirement, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 Anybody can pick up the Bible anytime and start eating, no need to be clean before doing so.
Common bread comes from welcoming the thing which forms what a person thinks, feels, and does to enable the image of the beast to live and speak through a person. It does not allow the Holiness of the Gospel of Christ to live and speak through a person. It blasphemes God by dominating the roles in the churches, discards the need for the remission of sin through Jesus Christ, and steps on the Holy Spirit.
With just five loaves of bread from the Holy Bible, miracles of the soul are accomplished.
He said, “Bring them here to Me.” Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes. So they all ate and were filled, and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained. Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children.Matthew 14:18-21
Our body is dedicated as a vessel for the Holiness of Jesus Christ. “Then David answered the priest, and said to him, “Truly, women have been kept from us about three days since I came out. And the vessels of the young men are holy, and the bread is in effect common, even though it was consecrated in the vessel this day.” 1 Samuel 21:5 David’s answer to the priest is the answer given to us by Jesus Christ concerning our body as the temple of the Holy Spirit. It’s necessary to keep clean of sexual immorality and to keep our body Holy in the eyes of God. Since the death and resurrection of Jesus, it is common that people dedicate the body as the home of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of Christ is consecrated in us today.
The thing that has power over feelings and emotions enflames sensual feelings within a person to give rise to many forms of sexual immorality. That is why respect for marriage as God intended is no longer honored, as casual sex and the LGBQT+ community is rampant. The “Respect for Marriage Act” sounds churchy and humanitarian, but it promotes sexual immorality. This world does not want the vessel of our body to be kept Holy because they require people to live by the thing that forms what a person thinks, feels, and does. It enables the image of the beast to live and speak through us. As it lives and speaks through us, we are conformed to a specific mark, or station in life. It synchronizes a person to the mark of the beast.
“So the priest gave him holy bread; for there was no bread there but the showbread which had been taken from before the Lord, in order to put hot bread in its place on the day when it was taken away.” 1 Samuel 21:6 God has given Jesus Christ the Holy Bread. Through Him, the Holy Bread has been taken from the manmade churches and placed in our soul. We are now the temple and home of the Holy Spirit by the remission of sin through Jesus. The Holy Bread of Life, Jesus Christ is now for the whosoever, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:15
The Holiness of the Lord detains lawlessness. “Now a certain man of the servants of Saul was there that day, detained before the Lord. And his name was Doeg, an Edomite, the chief of the herdsmen who belonged to Saul.” 1 Samuel 21:7 The servants of Saul were not walking with God, but Saul had made them to be the chief herdsmen. They had authority over all the herdsmen who watched over all the herds. Doeg had the command to take David and to have him killed, but the Lord detained Doeg on that day. Lawlessness was detained on that day.
Today, the herds are the masses of people in every city around the world. Those in authority over them are not walking with God, they deny His existence, discard the need for the remission of sin through Jesus Christ, and trample on the Holy Spirit. They demand that those under them welcome the thing which forms what a person thinks, feels, and does to enable the image of the beast to live and speak through them. By allowing it to live and speak through them, their direction in life is determined, the mark or station in life is formed, it synchronizes us to the mark of the beast. Those in authority over us have the order to put down the followers of Jesus Christ and Christianity as a whole.
Lawlessness is the destiny of this current world because they reject the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the only One who detains lawlessness from being unleashed onto the world. Already, we see lawlessness in the world like never before, and it will continue to worsen as the Holy Spirit is taken out of the way,
For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 2 Thessalonians 2:7-10
As followers of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit is what enables us to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In a lawless world devoid of the Holy Spirit, we are the salt of the earth, we are the ones with the Light of Christ and the message of Life which we have in Him.
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be [a]witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”Acts 1:8
The Sword of the Spirit is enough to defeat lawlessness. “And David said to Ahimelech, “Is there not here on hand a spear or a sword? For I have brought neither my sword nor my weapons with me, because the king’s business required haste.” 1 Samuel 21:8 David was in the presence of the enemy who wanted to kill him, but he had no weapons with hm. He decided he needed a sword for protection.
When Jesus Christ came to this earth, He was sent by God as a matter of urgency to a world desperately in need of the atonement for sin. His enemies surrounded Him who wanted to kill Him. He brought no military with Him, no armed rebel forces, no destructive physical weapons whatsoever. The only sword He looks for is the Sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. As followers of Jesus Christ, we do not engage in any physical aggression whatsoever because we depend on the Sword of the Spirit, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Holy Bible.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;Ephesian 6:12, 17
“So the priest said, “The sword of Goliath the Philistine, whom you killed in the Valley of Elah, there it is, wrapped in a cloth behind the ephod. If you will take that, take it. For there is no other except that one here.” 1 Samuel 21:9 The only sword available to David was the sword of the giant Goliath, who David killed. The sword of the giant was the same sword used to behead the giant.
Jesus Christ is going to behead the global giant of the beast with the same sword which they come against the children of God. For the government of the beast, it is a time of chaos, turmoil, upheaval, and global tribulation. It eventually brings their collapse in a horrific time of conflict and eventual Battle of Armageddon. That happens because they bring their gigantic sword against belief in God, against the need for the remission of sin through Jesus Christ, and they trample on the Holy Spirit.
“And David said, “There is none like it; give it to me.” There is no sword like the one Jesus Christ uses to defeat this world’s system, it is their own sword. For us followers of Christ, it is the Sword of the Spirit. Victory is not by power nor physical strength, but by the Spirit of God.
Terror comes by the thing which knows thoughts, feelings, and emotions. “Then David arose and fled that day from before Saul, and went to Achish the king of Gath. And the servants of Achish said to him, “Is this not David the king of the land? Did they not sing of him to one another in dances, saying: ‘Saul has slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands’?” 1 Samuel 21:10-11 David’s popularity was enormous, ever since a young boy when he defeated the giant Goliath, Everyone knew the hostility which Saul had for David because of David’s real and unquestionable valor. David preferred to keep a low profile, but the people of the city where he went blurted out the insult to Saul by repeating the valiant reputation of David.
When Jesus Christ walked on this earth, He asked others not to blurt out and make known His deeds and who He was. He wasn’t looking to stir up conflict with those who would be opposed to His reputation and love among the people. However, people everywhere were lifting up the name of Jesus. The more His fame grew, the more He was conspired against to be put to death. His mission was simply to let everyone know about the Kingdom of God. In the process, He did many compassionate deeds for others,
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”Luke 4:18-19
Today, as we lift up the name of Jesus Christ, things about our most secret thoughts and feelings are publicized and blurted out. There is a thing in this world that is able to form thoughts which make war with the Spirit of Christ. It is able to enflame our feelings against what the Bible says about carnal feelings. It is able to form emotions and behaviors against what we would want t0 do as a Christian. Those who welcome the thing to form what they think, feel, and do enable the image of the beast to live and speak through them. With uncanny knowledge and heightened intuition, they blurt out information and make bodily gestures which we would rather not experience.
Uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, and bodily gestures are used to afflict and dominate their enemies, especially Christians, like a cat playing with a mouse. “Now David took these words to heart, and was very much afraid of Achish the king of Gath.” 1 Samuel 21:12 David feared the “stink” that would be raised by the king of Achish knowing who he was and the opposition it would present to him. Likewise, Jesus Christ knows the terror of having a whole city coming against Him to kill Him. As a human, He didn’t look forward to His crucifixion on the Cross, but as God He would follow the will of His Father. As followers of Christ, God expects His Spirit to liv in us,
And He was withdrawn from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and prayed, saying, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” Then an angel appeared to Him from heaven, strengthening Him. And being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.Luke 22:41-44
Christianity is considered a mental abnormality by a hostile government. “So he changed his behavior before them, pretended madness in their hands, scratched on the doors of the gate, and let his saliva fall down on his beard.” 1 Samuel 21:13
Today, the followers of Christ must look like madness for scratching on the doors of the gate that enters into the presence of God. We want our body, the temple of God, to be the home of the Holy Spirit. However, the thing that has the ability to form thoughts, emotions, and feelings can drive a person to absolute madness when trying to live in the Spirit of Christ. They are vigilant against those who oppose allowing the image of the beast to live and speak through them. We do not want to be locked into a lifestyle in opposition to the Gospel of Christ by what we say and do. We oppose being conformed to the mark of the beast.
Jesus Christ was repeatedly referred to as being a madman, demon-possessed, and not being rational. Yet, it was His zeal for the house of God which gave Him the appearance of madness. “Then His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for Your house has eaten Me up.” John 2:17 Jesus Christ wants our body, His house, to be filled with the image of Christ, not the image of the beast.
“Now the Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. And He found in the temple those who sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the money changers doing business. When He had made a whip of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers’ money and overturned the tables. And He said to those who sold doves, “Take these things away! Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!” Then His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for Your house has eaten Me up.”John 2:13-17
“Then Achish said to his servants, “Look, you see the man is insane. Why have you brought him to me? Have I need of madmen, that you have brought this fellow to play the madman in my presence? Shall this fellow come into my house?” 1 Samuel 21:14-15 Those who live and govern for this present system have no beliefs beyond human rationale. They embrace humanism rooted in the thing which forms thoughts, feelings, and behaviors rooted in the image and mark of the beast. They consider belief in the resurrection from the dead, the remission of sin through Jesus Christ, demons, and eternal life to be an abnormality in human thought processes. They do not want us in their house, they do not want us to be in their “democratic” society. They even deny that they are killing Christianity.
The people answered and said, you have a devil: who goes about to kill you?
And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, “He has Beelzebub,” and, “By the ruler of the demons He casts out demons.John 7:20
“For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.” 1 Corinthians 1:18-19
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
