“Now David came to Nob, to Ahimelech the priest. And Ahimelech was afraid when he met David, and said to him, “Why are you alone, and no one is with you?” 1 Samuel 21:1
Ahimelech, the priest, was afraid because there was no sign that David was attached to king Saul, David was alone. King Saul sent fear through the churches and was determined to put David to death. Today, the ministers of the churches definitely fear the masses of the “democratic” society of the beast more than they fear God. They welcome the thing which forms what they feel, think, and do to enable the image of the beast to live and speak through them. They fear the one which intends to kill the Gospel of Jesus Christ more than they love the followers of Jesus. Jesus says to us as quoted below,
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Matthew 10:28
When a person enters the churches of today, and they are alone, the question being asked (quietly or verbally) is “Why are you alone, and no one is with you?” They expect people to have some type of social connection with those who live for the image and mark of the beast. Social approval and having a social life are part of being rewarded for living a life which blasphemes God, discards the need for the remission of sin through Jesus, and trampling on the Holy Spirit. Even within the churches, the followers of Jesus Christ will find themselves alone in their belief in God, their encouragement to come to Jesus for the remission of sin, and for embracing the Holy Spirit.
As followers of Jesus Christ, we are not to be partnered with those who have made the temple of God, their body, the home of the image of the beast which lives and speaks through them. They welcome the thing which forms what they feel, think, and do. We want the image of Jesus Christ to live in us so that we are the home of the Holy Spirit. We want the Spirit of Christ to live and speak through us. As quoted below,
Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:
“I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”
2 Corinthians 6:14-16
I come to the garden alone
While the dew is still on the roses
And the voice I hear, falling on my ear
The Son of God discloses
And He walks with me, and He talks with me
And He tells me I am His own
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known
(Church Hymn)
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
