  • Interpretation of the Writing on the Wall.
  • Those who govern by the image of the beast don’t get it.

Worldly wisdom cannot solve spiritual corruption. “The king cried with strength to bring in the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. The king spoke, saying to the wise men of Babylon, “Whoever reads this writing, and tells me its interpretation, shall be clothed with purple and have a chain of gold around his neck; and he shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.” Daniel 5:7

During the time when the leaders of the global government are in fear of the destruction of their global “democratic” society, they will desperately seek for answers. However, the answers they seek are from worldly knowledge and wisdom as they refuse to seek God, scoff at the atonement for sin through Jesus Christ, and blaspheme the Holy Spirit. Offering rewards of prestige, power, authority, and wealth will not be able to motivate people to come forth with spiritual answers found in God through Jesus Christ.

“Now all the king’s wise men came, but they could not read the writing, or make known to the king its interpretation. Then King Belshazzar was greatly troubled, his countenance was changed, and his lords were perplexed.” Daniel 5:8-9

All of the rewards, prestige, money, possessions, power, etc. will not be able to solicit the answers needed to put the corrupt, depredated, and collapsed world back together. Humanism rooted in the thing which forms what people think, feel, do, and say does not have an answer for what is coming at them. The writing on the wall can only be discerned by the Spirit of God, which is given to us through the Holy Bible, and the spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus, (Revelation 19:10)

These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

1 Corinthians 2:13-16

Those of a Christian heritage can interpret the writing on the wall. “The queen, because of the words of the king and his lords, came to the banquet hall. The queen spoke, saying, “O king, live forever! Do not let your thoughts trouble you, nor let your countenance change.” Daniel 5:10

The queen was concerned about soothing Belshazzar’s mental and emotional tribulation but unable to personally turn him to God who has the answers. Today, those in authority are focused on giving people peace of mind and emotional comfort with plenty of self-esteem. They believe that is the answer to world peace as they toss out belief in God, discard the need for Jesus Christ, and trample on the Holy Spirit. They embrace humanism rooted in the thing with power over physiology to form thoughts, emotions, feelings, and words. The creature human being is served above the Creator God. The stronger the global government of the beast becomes the more embroiled it becomes in turmoil and tribulation.

“There is a man in your kingdom in whom is the Spirit of the Holy God. And in the days of your faher, light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, were found in him; and King Nebuchadnezzar your father—your father the king—made him chief of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers.” Daniel 5:11

Those who can understand the writing on the wall will be from an older generation of people. The younger generation of today would know very little about the writing on the wall that we are told about in the book of Revelation, Daniel, Ezekiel, Zechariah, Mathhew 24, Luke 21, etc. Those of our Christian heritage know more about the ills of the global government of the beast than all the leaders with worldly knowledge and wisdom.

As a Baby boomer, I remember the days when the Gospel of Christ had strong roots in the nation and around the world. The followers of Christ were abundant with the Spirit of Christ and possessed the wisdom to understand the prophecies of the Bible. They knew what the writing on the wall referred to. The fathers of Christianity knew the importance of the Cross, on which Jesus shed His blood to make atonement for sin. Through Him, we are given the Holy Spirit and eternal life to set us apart from the corruption of the world. As one ancestor named John wrote, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

Immediately after WW2, the New World Order was formed (the global government of the beast through the United Nations), and it brought the thing which forms what people think, feel, do, and say, as described in Daniel 8. Since that time, Christianity took a huge nosedive, and the Gospel of Christ was severely curtailed. The Baby Boomers were born during the time when the Gospel was being uprooted.

Today, the churches have degenerated and no longer hold to the testimony of Jesus Christ and do nothing to warn about the writing on the wall. The churches do nothing to warn about welcoming the image of the beast to live and speak through them through the thing that forms what they think, feel, say. By what they say and do they are groomed to the mark of the beast. They are silent on the presence of the global government of the beast being here today, silent on the corruption of the global culture, and silent on the churches’ partnership with the anti-Christian community. They have joined in partnership with the community agenda which embraces humanism rooted in the goals of the global agenda.

“Inasmuch as an excellent spirit, knowledge, understanding, interpreting dreams, solving riddles, and explaining enigmas were found in this Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar, now let Daniel be called, and he will give the interpretation.” Daniel 5:12

Calling Daniel was the right thing to do because he would interpret the writing on the wall according to the Spirit of God. His interpretation would do nothing to give Belshazzar peace of mind nor emotional comfort. The false prophets talk about peace for this world when there is no peace for this world. Today, the followers of Christ have the interpretation about the writing on the wall for the global “democratic” society of the beast. It’s not an interpretation of saving the world through mental peace, emotional comfort, and human dignity, but is a message of the need to reconcile to God by the remission of sin through Jesus Christ.

Christians are known for their insight into the global government of the beast. “Then Daniel was brought in before the king. The king spoke, and said to Daniel, “Are you that Daniel who is one of the captives from Judah, whom my father the king brought from Judah?” Daniel 5:3

As followers of Christ, we are held captive under the global culture of the beast. The Gospel of Christ is kept in captivity and the prophecies of the Bible are prohibited from spreading concerning the “democratic” global culture. The word of the Holy Bible is called hate speech and a “gag order” has been placed on Christianity.

“I have heard of you, that the Spirit of God is in you, and that light and understanding and excellent wisdom are found in you.” Daniel 5:14

Christians are well-known for having understanding of the global government, the image of the beast, and the mark of the beast. We have that light because it is from the word of God. The younger generation do not have exposure to what Christians know, but the thing that governs over what people think, feel, and do are well aware of the prophecies against it.

Worldly wisdom cannot resolve the writing on the wall. “Now the wise men, the astrologers, have been brought in before me, that they should read this writing and make known to me its interpretation, but they could not give the interpretation of the thing.” Daniel 5:15

The world of today is depending on human rationale to solve spiritual problems. Their faith is in the thing that forms what they think, feel, say, and do as it denies the existence of God, discards the need for Jesus Christ, and tramples on the Holy Spirit. It enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people as they are being synchronized to the mark of the beast.

But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

1 Corinthians 2:14

Money, prestige, and authority cannot reveal the writing on the wall.  “And I have heard of you, that you can give interpretations and explain enigmas. Now if you can read the writing and make known to me its interpretation, you shall be clothed with purple and have a chain of gold around your neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom. Then Daniel answered, and said before the king, “Let your gifts be for yourself, and give your rewards to another; yet I will read the writing to the king, and make known to him the interpretation.” Daniel 5:16-17

Christians can read the writing on the wall against the global “democratic” society of the beast, but it can’t be bought with money, possessions, prestige, and authority. In fact, trying to buy the Spirit of Christ with money, possessions, prestige, and authority is part of the writing on the wall. Reliance on worldly benefits to gain the favor of God leads to spiritual wickedness. The prophecies of the Bible are there for anyone to read and understand and the spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus, Revelation 19:10 Like Daniel, the followers of Christ says, “Let your gifts be for yourself, and give your rewards to another; yet I will read the writing to the king, and make known to him the interpretation.”

We must return to God and humble ourselves to receive Jesus Christ.  O king, the Most High God gave Nebuchadnezzar your father a kingdom and majesty, glory and honor.” Daniel 5:18

Daniel immediately reminds Belshazzar of the history of his father’s kingdom, one of majesty, glory, and honor. We should remember the Godly heritage of America, the one nation born with a Christian Church on every street corner. It used to be a nation of majesty, glory, and honor, but far from it today. Immediately after WW2, America joined with the New World Order, which is the global government of the beast, as described in Daniel 8.

“And because of the majesty that He gave him, all peoples, nations, and languages trembled and feared before him. Whomever he wished, he executed; whomever he wished, he kept alive; whomever he wished, he set up; and whomever he wished, he put down.” Daniel 5:19

Daniel reminds Belshazzar of the worldwide power his father had and was able to exert his influence on nations around the world. America used to be exactly like that, as far as standing for righteousness around the world, putting down unrighteous nations and lifting up the righteous ones. America used to be a staunch supporter of Israel, but now America supports the global goals of the beast over Israel. It’s no coincidence that at the same time America has fallen away from Christian roots that its worldwide influence and power has diminished, is challenged, and even scoffed at.

“But when his heart was lifted up, and his spirit was hardened in pride, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him.” Daniel 5:20

Today, the glory of America has been taken away, along with its glory and majestic throne. Chinese spy balloons waltz from one coast to the other without being touched, every election there is proof that Russia is influencing the count of votes, Mexico is pointing to America’s moral degradation as the reason for its drug and gun problem etc. Even Israel scoffs at America’s efforts to establish peace because America wants Israel to conform to the agenda of the global government of the beast. America is being accused of passively allowing Iran to develop nuclear weapons and the list goes on and on of how America is being tossed from its majestic throne and losing its glory. With all of that, the wealth of America is being eaten away and soon will belong to the treasury of the global economy.

“Then he was driven from the sons of men, his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild donkeys. They fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till he knew that the Most High God rules in the kingdom of men, and appoints over it whomever He chooses.” Daniel 5:21

We live in a world today which serves the human creature and denies the existence of God the Creator. The world embraces humanism rooted in the thing which forms what a person thinks, feels, and does. It wants to sit in the temple of God, our body, as if it were God. However, the only way to recover from the direction this world is headed is to humble ourselves in the presence of God and to live for Jesus Christ.

“But you his son, Belshazzar, have not humbled your heart, although you knew all this.” Daniel 5:22

Belshazzar blatantly rejected his father’s conversion to God and refused to humble his heart. He exalted himself above God, which is exactly what is being done by those who welcome the image of the beast to live and speak through them. They are synchronized to the mark of the best, “…it opposes and exalts itself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that it sits as God in the temple of God, showing itself that it is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Click here for a post on the “man of the sin.”

“And you have lifted yourself up against the Lord of heaven. They have brought the vessels of His house before you, and you and your lords, your wives and your concubines, have drunk wine from them. And you have praised the gods of silver and gold, bronze and iron, wood and stone, which do not see or hear or know; and the God who holds your breath in His hand and owns all your ways, you have not glorified.” Daniel 5:23

Corrupting the vessels of God is talked about in part 1 of 2 of the writing on the wall. Leaders and influencers of every type purposely corrupt the Spirit of Christ while worshipping the god of the global government of the beast. Their god is the thing which has the ability to form what a person thinks, feels, and does, which enables the image of the beast to live and speak through us. They are synchronized to the mark of the beast and do not glorify God, Jesus Christ, or the Holy Spirit.

And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” Therefore “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.”

2 Corinthians 6:16-17

Interpretation of the Writing on the Wall. “Then the fingers of the hand were sent from Him, and this writing was written.” Daniel 5:24

The writing on the wall is sent from God, which means it applies to each individual as well as to the world’s governing system. “And this is the inscription that was written: MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.” Daniel 5:25

“This is the interpretation of each word. MENE: God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it;” Daniel 5:26 There is a number in the book of Revelation that describes how close this world is to being finished, that number is “42 months.” “And it was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and it was given authority to continue for forty-two months.” Revelation 13:5 We know it is already in the world today which everyone knows about. It forms what people thinks, feels, and does and enables the image of the beast to live and speak through a person. It is synchronizing people to the mark of the beast. It entered the world immediately after WW2 when the New World Order was formed, as described in Daniel 8. This present world has less than “42 months” remaining of its existence.

“TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting; ” Daniel 5:27 The balances have about 100 shekels on one side of the scales and about 25 shekels on the other side. The way of the world far outweighs the belief in God, the need for Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. The fact that there is even 25 shekels in favor of the Gospel of Christ is something to praise God for. We could say those few shekels are the few faithful followers of Jesus Christ in a world which follows the beast.

The beast with “two horns like a lamb” (Revelation 13:11) also describes the 25 shekels which the global culture allows into its governing system. It uses a lot of churchy and humanitarian sounding words to promote what they do, such as love, support, justice, dignity, democracy, but they leave out the Gospel of Christ and belief in God. The beast’s two horns like a lamb are like humanism and the churches. However, the 100 shekels in favor of the “democratic” government of the beast far outweighs the 25 shekels of humanitarian and churchy sounding words. The beast with two horns like a lamb is 100% an employee of Satan.

Here’s an example of how the beast’s two horns like a lamb works; The killing of unborn infants is called, “Reproductive Rights,” the promotion of the LGBQT+ community is through the “Respect for Marriage Act,” the elimination of Christianity is called the “democratic” society, and the list goes on and on. The balances are so distorted and biased that nothing they say can be taken at face value.

“PERES: Your kingdom has been divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.” Daniel 5:28 The kingdom of Babylon, which Nebuchadnezzar had a huge hand in building, became so corrupt that it was conquered by far less glorious kingdoms. The corruption is referred to in part 1 of 2 of the writing on the wall. The global government of the beast is going to be so filled with divisions that the planet is filled with conflict, chaos, upheaval, and tribulation. Those who believe God and live for Jesus Christ are like clay (referring to being moldable by the hand of God through Jesus Christ), but those who welcome the image of the beast to live and speak through them are like iron (hardened to Jesus Christ and far from being gold). Iron and clay will never mix together but will lead to the collapse of the global government of the beast.

The human spirit is the clay which is designed by the Creator to mix with the Spirit of Christ. He is the potter, and we are the clay which he shapes our soul to be formed to the image of Jesus Christ. The human spirit isn’t designed to mix with the image of the beast and not made to be synchronized to the mark of the beast. Trying to mix the human spirit with the thing which forms what a person thinks, feels, and does is like trying to mix iron with clay. Humanity, under the global government of the beast, is destined for divisions and total collapse.

Those who govern by the image of the beast don’t get it. “Then Belshazzar gave the command, and they clothed Daniel with purple and put a chain of gold around his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.” Daniel 5:29

Those who live by the thing forming their thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors hear the prophecies of the Bible against them, but their heart and soul are not hearing. They continue to set their heart on worldly values by treating people royally, giving them prosperity, and endowing with authority, but refuse to set their hearts on the things of Heaven. “That very night Belshazzar, king of the Chaldeans, was slain. And Darius the Mede received the kingdom, being about sixty-two years old.” Daniel 5:30-3

“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Matthew 6:19-21

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25
